Spacious and clean. Convenient location, close to transport. Lot of dinning options near by. The only downsides are no on-site parking and internet bandwidth (youtube playing got interruption a lot).

Apartment was very clean. Kitchen very functional ( it has all that is needed). Centrally located. Perfect for a multiple days stay. The gym and the pool are fantastic.

Great hotel! Clean, and close to a lot of good restaurants! Also close to the metro station! Will definitely stay here again! And OMG, we love the pool. Wish it was heated. The water was kind of cold . Overall was excellent! Highlight recommended!!!

City view was lovely, apartment was clean, had a full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, plates, glasses, cutlery but not a lot of utensils, pots etc if you intend to cook. Shower was fine, but likely had the water saving thing that doesn’t give full water pressure. Best thing was the awesome indoor heated pool with a section with jets, plus two outdoor hot spas, a sauna and a steam room. Lots of food options nearby.

Our apartment at the Aspire had a comfortable bedroom, well stocked kitchen, a dining area, a small livingroom, and a combo washer/dryer in the bathroom. It was perfect for our two and a half week stay in Melbourne. It also had a good on-site gym and a pool (too cool for the time of year we were there) and a sauna and steam room. The hot tubs were tepid but pleasant. Surrounded with good public transit options including Sky Bus to the airport. It was the perfect place for us.

Lovely apartment, new, clean and in great condition. Good size and lots of storage. I could happily live in it. Pool and spas were lovely. No cleaning but you can request a new towel or amenities.) Only downside is it’s a bit further away from the places we were going to (we like walking everywhere) but if you were going to Marvel stadium or a night at Bird’s Basement then it’s perfect.

We like the location and the building itself is good. Couple things that could be better is the air conditioning. AC is weak. We have stayed here before and it was the same. But most disappointing was in an 8 night stay we never had the room serviced. There was a “mid stay” clean and all housekeeping did was take out the trash and switch the towels. No linen changed, no added amenities. Nothing

The Staff at all levels are outstanding. From pre booking/booking/in-house - they are exceptional. So friendly, nothing is too much trouble. We had one bedroom Apt w balcony. Very nice. Heaps of space for 2 pax and suitcases. Awesome view. Great kitchen/lounge/dining but no balcony furniture! Exceptionally close to Airport Bus station. Supermarket 5 mins. Lots of restaurants/ Bars etc. Perfect location for walking or Tram to everywhere within city. Free trams within the very good Free area. 👏 So perfect in almost everyway. We stayed 6 nights without housekeeping. This is where you need to read to the end. The Wifi for a new ‘State of the Art’ building - is appalling. The TV - constant ‘rain fade’ - yup! Be aware that you will need to bring your own Shower soap, haircare, hand soap etc as what they provide is suitable for 2 nights only. 6 nights - buy toilet paper. No House Keeping - anywhere and we know that means no change of towels 👍 no cleaning 👍 but - you would think you would have more than one day cleaner for Dishwasher and handwashing. No spray for benches. One cloth for bathroom and kitchen! No toilet cleaner! Bonus was ex washer/dryer (only liquid for one wash) You take your own ‘rubbish’ out, on same level, so no prob, but after bin full, no extra bags provided - for 6 nights! Weird as you pay same price for each night 🙄 Overall, very nice property for one or two nights.

Daughters bed wasn’t clean-had hairs on the pillow and dirty quilt. As we arrived after hours there wasn’t much we could do about it. We lie a lot of money for the accommodation and expect clean bedding.

We had an amazing stay and honestly didn’t want to leave. It wasn’t just the lively artistic laneway and the coffee-loving vibe of the city that made us want to stick around, but also the five-star luxury that made us excited to head back to our sky-high, one-bedroom apartment each night. There, we could enjoy a cosy, comfortable sleep, all while soaking up the incredible views of the city. Just wow. When we arrived, the apartment was spotless, and had everything you’d expect from a five-star aparthotel – except a coffee machine. But with so many fantastic, award-winning coffee spots right outside, we didn’t miss it at all. The building’s facilities were fantastic. The gym, sauna, steam room, pool, lounge, and outdoor BBQ area were all clean, modern, and had amazing views. The outdoor hot tubs were, well, hot. Sadly, the indoor spa pools weren’t always hot enough. A handy tip: if you plan to use the sauna (we didn’t have the same issue with the steam room), make sure to press the green button outside by the door to activate it. Do this a while before you want to use it, as the sauna only hit around 45 degrees, which was fine for a long session, but didn’t quite get to the "sauna sweat" level. There were bathroom amenities provided, but they were on the cheaper side and came in tiny plastic tubes. If you care about the environment, I’d recommend bringing your own shower products. Also, just a heads-up about the shower – it wasn’t as powerful as we expected.

The Aspire hotel has a big issue that should have been disclosed prior to accepting ANY bookings. This is a high rise that has a terrible feature when there is medium or moderate wind outside as the building creaks and bangs and rattles due to poor construction or incomplete cable/pipe or other materials not being secured. You will not sleep at all if you are unlucky to occupy a room when the wind is present. Absolutely unacceptable. I will not be going back and do not recommend this building to anyone.

The apartments are generous in size and has everything you need. The only issue we had was the air conditioning. This is only located in the living area and the room becomes quite hot in the afternoon. A pedestal fan was given to us to use in the bedroom but some nights were still quite uncomfortable because of the heat. Would be a perfect apartment for winter stays

Good location near Southern Cross station. Plenty of food and transport options close by. Room was on 25th floor facing west so great views through the floor to ceiling windows. Accomodation was two room apartment style. Living room and kitchen , and seperate bedroom. Issue was air conditioning is in living area only and Melbourne was having hot summer days. Bedroom was very hot on arrival as sun blasted through the west facing glass. We needed to have aircon running all night and keep the bedroom door open in an attempt to keep room cool. I hope they install aircon in the bedroom. Apart from that the apartment is great, views spectacular and good location.

Room was good however there were a few issues. Firstly, the lounge and bedroom windows are clearly not double glazed. We were on the 15th floor overlooking King St and the noise was bad - particularly on a Friday and Saturday night from both cars and drunken revellers. We strongly suggest that if you stay here you don’t get an apartment overlooking King St. Secondly, other people staying in apartments are quite rude by being loud and noisy in the hallways at all hours of the night. Staff need to educate guests on being considerate of other guests and to be mindful of noise. Thirdly, the lounge has a split system aircon but there is no air conditioning in the bedroom which is very strange. Fourthly, there is a TV in the lounge but no TV in the bedroom which is the first time we have come across this situation. Fifthly, the owners could invest in supplying guests with suitcase racks so that they could be kept off the ground and at waist height. Having said all that, the Gym, Pool and Spas on the 9th floor were incredible. The location of the apartments is also brilliant and very central.

The views from our apartment were incredible! The apartment was v well equipped with everything we needed even providing washing powder for laundry. The beds were v comfortable and the shower rooms were v clean and well appointed. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Bathroom is quite small. Not much space for storage. It is quite difficult to control the heat water temperature when taking shower, sometime too hot. They have very good gym facilities.

We had an incredible stay at Aspire Melbourne! The apartment, while not large, was a reasonable size for 2 adults and 2 children. It was well appointed with great facilities and an incredible view. The only issue we had was with the aircon as the 2 small system struggled to cool the rooms, particularly with the afternoon sun. We found that as long as we kept the blinds down in the afternoon and cranked up the aircon, it had cooled down sufficiently by nighttime. The hotel facilities (pool, spas and sauna) were clean and well maintained though the heated indoor pool was not overly warm. The kids still enjoyed it though! The location was great with everything you need within walking distance. Great to be able to walk through Flagstaff Gardens to the Queen Victoria Markets for delicious food and coffee and a wander through the markets too. The staff were incredibly helpful and informative - a great asset to the hotel. Will definitely return!

Clean, comfortable. Check in is a little tricky if you're arriving after hours but we were sorted out. Has the benefit of a serviced apartment with a concierge desk. Staff were very helpful. Great stay.

Overall the property and facilities are good but as it is only staffed between 8-6 and 9-5 on weekends it can be difficult to get towels for pool etc. If it is bad weather and windy you will hear this throughout the rooms and it can be very loud

We enjoyed out stay at Aspire right from the start, we arrived at 10am the morning of check in and they had a room available for us right away so didn't have to wait til 2pm to check in. The facility was great and very clean, staff was super helpful and the location in the cbd is perfect for tourists and first timers, surrounded by lots of dining options, 5 minutes from the main transport station and 5 minute walk from a supermarket too

Spotless, spacious with great amenities. Concierge were very helpful and friendly. Early checkin was organised promptly to enable me to work from my hotel room shortly after arriving. Will definitely book this hotel for my next stay in Melbourne and would highly recommend to others.

I found the communication with the staff to be very poor , I arrived around midnight due to a late flight I repeatedly asked the property to email me check in instructions but they never did so I was stuck in reception for nearly an hour waiting for them to check me in. even then the guy that turned up was very miserable bearing in mind this is a 4* accommodation it was not the service I was expecting I went to complain the next day and the staff were very dismissive just didn't seem to care The actual complex is very nice however if you want to check in after hours be prepared for a headache

Great service from the staff. Allowed us complimentary late check out which was great as we did not have a flight until later in the day. Room was nice and clean and had what we needed for 3 nights. Would stay again if we come back to Melbourne.

Reviews of the property were extremely important before we booked. And, we were extremely pleased by the 2 bedroom apartment, the facilities and most of all the staffs!! The 2 ladies at the reception during Australia day king week end were amazing and super lovely! Helpfull and most of all really friendly . Especially with the kids. We re looking forward to stay there again on our next trip to Melbourne and couldn t stop recommending the place to friends and families as it offer all the comfort needed.

Aspire apartments are great to deal with, are very prompt with communication and staff are super friendly. Location is superb, the apartment was clean and the views were spectacular. Our only discomfort was the constant hum above the apartment which sounded like an air conditioning system. However, we would still recommend and come back We would still come

The location was just around the corner from the southern cross railway station and sky bus drop off. Tram stop and flagstaff station close by too. We walked across Flagstaff Park to the Victorian Markets. A few doors down on the corner is a great place to pick up a coffee, cake and breakfast. It was good to relax in the heated spa after a day walking about the city. 15mins or so walk to casino, theatre and main part of Melbourne. We had a great view across Flagstaff Park.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stay at Aspire. The location of the hotel is great, within walking distance of Spencer Street train station, shopping & any activiities you want to do in the CBD. Facilities are excellent, beautiful pool & spa area. Really enjoyed the 2 heated outdoor spas. Room was spacious, clean & modern, with amazing views of the city. The staff were friendly & welcoming. We arrived on the first day at 9.30 am. The staff took our details & because we were not going to be back until after the Reception was closed that night they advised us they would email us the after hour check in instructions. That was promptly done in the afternoon & we were advised they had delivered our luggage & pool towels to our apartment. We didn't get back to the hotel until 11.30 pm that night but had no problems with the after hour service. When we checked out 2 days later the Receptionist asked us how we had enjoyed the tennis which was really nice & personal that she remembered that.

Great place to stay. Brand new single bedroom apartment with all the modern conveniences you'd expect to see. Very easy access to the free trams and also the train network. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Would happily stay here again. Probably the only thing to be aware of, is to expect the usual noise a busy city outside. Eg car horns and sirens. Or the occasional sounds of others in the apartments next to you.

Nice view of Flagstaff Gardens/cityscape from 1 bedroom apt on 23rd floor. Pool/spa area fantastic/relaxing with northeast to northwest view. Easy walk to Flagstaff Gardens, Queen Vic Market and public transport. Would definitely stay here again. Good value.

In the Korean section of Melbourne…tram stop one block away and a short walk to Southern cross Station and Spencer street outlet..The Bed was lumpy and horrible the couch in the room was also uncomfortable….probably the worst I have ever sat in…amenities we good allowing us to do some washing during a week stay….The hosts were friendly and helpful it’s just the bed and couch in the unit were sub par..::…a comfortable stay but I would not stay here again

Air conditioning was broken so the room was very cold and no spare blankets. It was after 6pm, so no concierge. The next day concierge reset the air con, which worked for a few hours then the same happened. By then reception had left for the day. Again another cold night with no air con or blankets. Multi day stay with each night being a very uncomfortable sleep. Made for a difficult work trip.

The Concierge Team are all knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We felt so welcomed throughout our stay. We were also impressed by their attention to detail and care. You will be looked after well. The two bedroom was adequate, clean and had a lovely view. The kitchen has all the necessities. Our only qualm was that the building is located in a windy part of Melbourne and we can hear the wind blowing outside, throughout the night. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Otherwise, a fantastic stay.
