The only problem was the fact that the room we booked was in a basement with no windows and a very strong musty smell. The good thing was that Rodger was able to accommodate us by switching rooms and those rooms were very nice. He made a lovely breakfast.

First, I want to say the hosts were very kind and welcoming—that part of the stay was genuinely appreciated. However, the listing is quite misleading when it comes to amenities. There is no spa or hot springs, and there is no on-site restaurant or bar as suggested. The property itself feels more like a converted family home that has been turned into a bed-and-breakfast, with former kids bedrooms now rented out individually. Because of the gap between what was advertised and what we experienced, we were very disappointed and ultimately chose to leave early.

Nice place! Cozy and quiet. I would have liked to have more time to enjoy the details but was in town for a nearby wedding and activities.

Roger and Sandy were amazing hosts. Excellent location and the property is beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast was wonderful every morning. Was a very enjoyable and much needed relaxing stay. We will definitely consider the Ashe Farm if we are in the area again.
