SkyHigh Ocean Front Margate Tower

The unit is just as pictured online. The short walk to the parking garage and beach made this unit perfect for my elderly parents and pregnant daughter. The unit has everything we need for a week long family vacation. The privacy and security make for a great family atmosphere. We’ll be back!!

Surprised my wife with a Mothers Dayweekend with all the family and grandkids. Great condo and amenities.

Large unit in Margate, convenient to restaurants and shopping. There is only a small view of the ocean however from one of the bedroom windows. The carpet was visibly soiled in the dining room and smelled in the master bedroom. The beds were so hard my son bought mattress pads so his family could sleep. The cushions on the couches were clean but collapsed to the floor when you sat down. The tvs and showers were fine and kitchen appliances worked well. We did have to clean the glass cook top before using it. This unit obviously needs some major updates and attention to attract renters since the view is poor. The agent handling the rental was very responsive to our concerns and said she would relay them to the owner and the cleaning crew. Fortunately we had good weather and spent our time on the beach or the pool or out shopping.

Nice easy spot to bring in luggage and groceries as it is on the main floor. Also enjoyed all the beach chairs and beach toys for the kids!

All was well with the property and unit. Fit the bill as described, we've stayed in the building before so familiar with the set up. Only disappointment was NOT having access to the gym and pickleball courts as outlined within the unit overview.

Beautiful condo. Great location. Wonderful amenities. Gorgeous views. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The balcony was a perfect place to gather at the end of the day. Plenty of seating for everyone in the family room.

What a gorgeous condo. It literally had everything we needed and could have wanted. The huge living room couch is so fantastic and comfortable. The views pf the beach and ocean are just too beautiful for words from this condo. The resort was nice and clean and we felt very welcomed and thankful to he there. We have stayed many man times in the resort but hands down best condo and host we have had. We have already booked our summer vacation with Chris and we highly recommend this host.

The view is outstanding from the 25th floor of the Margate Tower–up and down the beach, over the ocean, inland. The huge balcony wraps around half of the condo to the south and west. The sunrise can’t be seen from the condo in March, but the sunsets are spectacular. The condo is spacious, with ample seating and space for the five of us. Plenty of room in the bathrooms, too. Plenty of storage, but not enough hangers. Ample towels, including four of the best beach towels we’ve ever had. There were a few beach chairs, as well, although it was too cool during our stay to spend any sun time on the beach. As usual, beds are too hard for some of us, and inconsequential for the rest. We’ve rented lots of homes/condos over the years. Sometimes, they are pretty well stocked – from flashlights to scales, like a family home; sometimes they provide the essentials. This is an ‘essentials’ condo. Ample glasses, cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans, though cleaning the latter was clearly not a priority for previous guests. We knew that when we arrived, there’d be paper in the dispensers, liners in the trashcans and pod or two for the dishwasher/washer. Otherwise, we expected to/did provide our own paper products, laundry and cleaning supplies. Appliances and heat/air worked. Plenty of hot water! The condo is a pleasant 10 minute walk to the tennis/indoor pool/sauna/pickleball/putting green space that is part of this large residential complex.

We had an amazing stay. The condo is beautiful and had plenty of space for the six adults and two kids we had. There were several beach toys and three beach chairs that we were able to use. The outdoor space was huge and we enjoyed spending time out there all hours of the day. Parking was so much better here than at all other condos we've stayed in. Any questions or inquiries to the owner were answered right away. This will be the first place I check for availability when planning our next trip to SC!

we stayed here with a total of 7 people at the beginning of August and we're all talking about how soon we could go back! the area is beautiful and there is a lot to do! This condo was a perfect location, large and well appointed, and the views are breathtaking!! It was also super clean and has everything we needed, including beach chairs, and towels, an extra cooler etc. we did contact management and they were responsive, friendly and super helpful! can't wait to go back!

When we first arrived, the cleaning crew had left our unit mid clean and forgot to circle back before our arrival. However, after messaging the management company they got housekeeping to return immediately and finish cleaning. From there on out we had no issues and had a great stay! Very big condo to accommodate our family and great location. Only complaint is there is only one key to enter the building from the pool or late at night, which made things a little difficult with a big family. Overall highly recommend this unit, we would definitely rent here again!

The leasing company is excellent, but sadly the property is in dire need of a remodel. For example, the master bedroom mattress Vs toward the center when you lay down. They also need a new cleaning crew

Great place very clean. It was furnished well and had beach chairs, beach towels, beach boards and sand toys! The location was fantastic and beach was not too crowded. We would definitely stay again.

Okay - Decent location but needs a very good cleaning. Sheets are not Egyptian cotton- cheap an all balled up- have photos. Among other issues I will let the property manager know about.

There were a few small issues like the main lights in the bedrooms weren’t working. The property owners assured it was being taken care of and maintenance would fix it when the bulbs came. The AC in the master bedroom didn’t circulate the room very well either. The balcony door was also very noisy when it rains and the wind blows hard. The condo itself was a very good size and very nice place to bring your family. The condo was right on the beach and it took less than 10 minute to walk from the room to the beach. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. My family and I enjoyed our stay at Kingston Plantation.

More of an ocean view, coffee pot didn’t really work. Cook top only partially worked.

This place is beautiful with great views. It made our difficult reason to be there very enjoyable.

Loved this condo. Very spacious. Loved the laundry room and pantry. Really enjoyed watching fireworks from balcony. Enough space for our family of 9 without being on top of one another. Very quiet. Would definitely rent again.

We really enjoyed this place. The space was really great. My friends and I enjoyed the comfort and the space that accommodated all 6 of us. The only one fault, is that the if you are looking for an ocean view, you will not see that only because the rental faces the front of the tower and you will see the view of the parking lot where RV's are located . But other then that the place was very nice.😊 We would definitely rent this place again.

Great location and great view from up high. Love all the deck choices to look at the ocean and over the land. Condo is spacious and well appointed. Note beds are all quite tall although soft but still almost a problem for my 80 year old mother. A few minor issues were addressed quickly by host. Thanks for a great trip!

The front desk staff- Mr. Larry could be a bit more open minded when it comes to dealing with demographic of culture. Overall he was helpful.

This unit is absolutely amazing. It is very modern and fully stocked with everything you will need to have a great vacation. Also, JD and Chris were great to deal with. Excellent and quick response to communication streams…including a very detailed and helpful communication prior to our arrival and a mid-week check to make sure all is well. It is early in the rental process for this beautiful condo. Once others discover this treasure it will likely be booked often and early. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! Julie is top notch. Check in was easiest of any vrbo I have used. There were a few minor issues with the cleaning and Julie went above and beyond to handle and satisfy our concerns. I would stay here again and will search out her properties when staying in Myrtle Beach again.
