This hotel was so perfect for my stay in Old Town! Quiet, clean, great A/C with blackout curtains, steps from many restaurants and shops, with a view of the harbor too! Staff was incredible, helpful, responsive. Eleni and Daniella went above and beyond numerous times, including helping me to book a taxi to/from the airport. Snap up this gem!

When we booked our room at Consolato Boutique we had no idea of the vicinity to the amazing waterfront. We were a 2 minute walk from stunning restaurants and views of the lighthouse. Our balcony overlooked a quiet and friendly side street that did not allow vehicle traffic. The room itself was beautiful and very well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the tv was huge. Everything was top notch. If we are ever back in Chania we would absolutely be back to the Consolato for our stay.

Eleni was great and very accommodating. She answered all our questions straight away and helped make our stay completely stress free. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We had an excellent night's sleep. The hotel was in the old town on a quiet pedestrian street with a nice balcony, great to watch the world go by from.
