Room was good and I enjoyed the lobby cafe

Great location, staff helpful but lift out of action most of our stay and as we walked miles my hip was hurting each evening and still had to climb stairs to 3rd floor 😣. Breakfast menu disappointing so we ate out. Room lovely and we would return again but maybe request a lower floor.

Sehr sauber, aber nicht alles funktioniert einwandfrei: ein Lift ausser Betrieb, und ein Fenster im Zimmer nicht richtig verschliessbar. Je nach Zimmer (Strassenseite) nachts recht laut. Und der Frühstücksraum ist im Keller und fensterlos.

Rigtig fin beliggenhed og venligt personale. Det var dog lidt mærkeligt at der var en aflåst dør i værelset som tllsyneladende stødte op til et andet værelse. Vi kunne tydeligt høre gæsterne på den anden side af døren. Det var også lidt skummelt på gangene hvor der kun tændes lys når sensorerne opfanger bevægelse. Morgenmaden havde et klart lokalt præg med sild og salater som ikke faldt i vores smag. Der var kun en kaffemaskine og den var uendeligt langsom. Savnede et køleskab og mulighed for at lave kaffe/te på værelset. Der burde også være en stikkontakt på begge sider af sengen.

この立地で60ユーロ前後で泊まれてYouTubeも見られて静かだし、満足。 シャワーブースは狭い。ソープ類は1種類。 部屋までの通路はセンサーが作動するまで真っ暗。

Elevator doesnt work and i stay 6th floor. 4 night i have to climb up all the time. Marerity !

This hotel is in a great location if you’re arriving by bus/train as its near the station and only a 10 min taxi from the airport. The room isn’t the biggest but it has everything you need - including a smart TV! There’s a nice bar area at the back and I also found the staff to be friendly and helpful too.

Ok lille hotel med god service og god placering tæt på banegården, shoppingcenter og flere spisesteder. Hotellet har en lille hyggelig bar og gårdhave. Morgenmadslokaler ligger i kælderen og placeringen og akustikken i lokalerne gjorde at vi valgte morgenmaden fra. Værelset var rummeligt og sengen var fin at ligge i.

The hotel is centrally located, very close to the airport bus stop (line 22) and a large shopping center with a few coffee shops and a large supermarket. The old town is 10 minutes away. The rooms are cleaned every 4 days. There was some noise when we stayed due to a renovation but it happened only during the day.

The hotel is conveniently located—two minutes from the train station, a few minutes from the bus station and from the old town. Nearby, there are shopping centers, two huge supermarkets: Rimi Hyper and Stockmann. Check-in was pleasant, the receptionists were very friendly, as was all the hotel staff that I encountered later. Unfortunately, the room (528) was extremely disappointing. There was no refrigerator or kettle in the room, though they can be found in other hotels of this brand. It was cold, the radiator did not warm the room even after being set to the maximum. I am very good with technology, but I could not turn on the air conditioner for heating. Probably, the hotel has problems with technical staff, since they do not repair what is broken. The walls in the toilet are shabby, and, where they tried to paint over the peeling places, they did it with paint of a completely different tone, and it looks ugly. The toilet paper holder is broken, so the roll of paper was constantly falling onto the floor. The door also needs repair. There were long hairs on the floor, and the rooms are not cleaned every day. After a walk on September 26, I returned to the hotel at about 9 pm, there was an empty bottle of Coca-Cola on the floor in the elevator. Well, the next morning, when I checked out, the bottle was still there (photo taken at 08:18 on September 27), unbelievable! The breakfast was decent for a hotel of that level: a good selection of food, everything was quite tasty. Wi-F

Great location, a good sized room and the breakfast offered a larger-than-expected variety for a reasonable price. Unfortunately the hotel didn’t respond to any emails sent prior to arrival and rooms only serviced every 4th day but otherwise no complaints. Would stay again.

Clean, excellent location and good staff

観光地へは歩ていける立地で、非常に便利でした。フロントの方もとても親切な対応でした。最初から浴室の排水溝に髪の毛が詰まっていてシャワーの排水がうまくいかず、自分で掃除をして使った点が残念な点です。

Unfriendly receptionists, all-in-one body wash/shampoo, extremely squeaky floors, and dirty carpet. Bedding was nice, though.

The location was really good. It was a short walk to the Old Town and it was close to both the train station and the bus station. The only thing I didn’t like was the hotel had wooden floors that creaked when you walked around.

Location's convenient. Everything's clean, the breakfast reasonable. The shower's not bad. The room on the 6th floor did not have either tea/coffee facilities or a fridge, although the staff provided a kettle on request. The air conditioning in the hotel was switched off for the cold season, but the room was unpleasantly warm night time and keeping the window did not help.

Overall okay, but the walls were like paper I could hear my neighbours entire phone calls

Had some issues with air conditioning of my first room. I had to change rooms for nights 2-3. A/C worked in the second room, but it sounded like a faucet was running all night. Plus, the temperature is limited to a minimum of 23 degrees. The pillows were like a stuffed animal missing half it's stuffing.

Fint centralt hotel. Værelset/værelserne kan i den grad bruge opgraderingen, sengen er utrolig dårlig og den er på hjul. Jeg havde ikke internet på mit værelse så måtte bruge mit DATA og internet deling fra min telefon. Jeg boede på 6 etage, og de sagde at interenettet ikke virkede deroppe, det synes jeg simpelthen ikke er okay når de skriver at der er interenet på værelserne. Hvis mit ophold havde været længere så havde jeg indgivet en klage eller flyttet hotel

+Bra läge. Gångavstånd till det mesta. +Trevlig personal. +Helt okej frukost. -Inga kylskåp på rummen -Väldigt svajigt Wi-fi. -Dåligt tryck i dusch, ganska slitna rum.

Leider sehr hellhörig. Unser Zimmer war direkt am Aufzug und zur Straße raus. Man hörte von allen Seiten den Lärm. Ansonsten super Lage! Freundliches Personal. Frühstück könnte vielfältiger sein, aber für den Preis ok.

Convenient location. Just 10 minut walk from old city. Aircondition is not noise. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good variety breakfast items. Disent siize room and bathroom. Negative: no safe, no refrigerator and you can hear from inside and outside. Still recommend

Location is excellent. 5 minutes to train and bus station on foot. Hotel is in the city centre so you can walk everywhere. Breakfast is 12 euro. It's very good, reasonable price. The room is comfortable. staff is very friendly. Laima and Eva are the best staff i have ever met. Thank you. Highly recommended 😀

Not all the staff were helpful

Check in service was very nice and friendly, room was spacious and clean. I stay over the night, had no breakfast, so cant evaluate it. I for sure would give 5 stars, except I find it cold in the morning and conditioner didnt work, only central heating, which I only saw before leaving..

Perfect location near the main train station and close to the stop for the airport bus (number 22). All the main sites within walking distance, including the old town. The only thing you will need to watch out for in this hotel is the noisy floors, which can be annoying at night. I did not have the breakfast. Everything else was excellent. Very quick check in and check out. Staff spoke English.

Good location near railway station and the centre

Hotel is situated nearly opposite the central train station and shopping centre so very convenient. Airport bus stops nearby too. 5 min walk to the hotel. I found the staff friendly and helpful and the hotel clean and tidy. A nice Ibis hotel.

Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe Hbf und int. Busbahnhof. Zentrum bequem zu Fuss erreichbar und ÖPNV mit Verbindung zum Flughafen in der Nähe. Frühstück OK, aber verbesserungsfähig was Auswahl und Qualität angeht. Würde wieder dort übernachten.

Front desk employees most helpful & very courteous. Assisted us in numerous ways. Breakfast buffet had great choices. Beds comfy, pillows so-so. Only quirk was hallway floors squeaked.

Non-sound proof windows, with busy street outside. Woke up at 6 in the morning. Breakfast could had been ok if everything was there. Had to ask for re-fill several times. Fresh bread ran out 2 of 3 days. Summary: Not acceptable for a hotel.

It was OK for a short stay. It was costly , perhaps due to the basketball event in the city. Breakfast was just about OK.
