Habitat Apartments Pl. España Balconies

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement. Il est spacieux, très très bien situé, calme. Je n’ai pas mis le maximum car certains petits points pourraient facilement être améliorés : mettre des volets ou rideaux opaques dans les chambres, des torchons et égouttoirs dans la cuisine. Il me semble important aussi de prévenir qu’il faut installer une application pour pouvoir ouvrir la porte. Peut-être ça peut être un problème pour certaines personnes. L’agence qui gère m’a paru bien et joignable. En conclusion, je conseille cet appartement.

Great location. Loved having the kitchen. Our 19 year old daughter was very happy to have her own bedroom at the opposite end of the apartment. There is a community area right outside of the balcony and folks liked to stay out there talking at laughing until midnight. A nice little grocery right by the building. So near everything.
