Monte Carlo Boardwalk / Oceanfront Ocean City

Very clean room. Perfect shower and water pressure. Great view of the ocean. Front desk clerk was amazing and helped me out with all my questions.

PROS: Amazing location right on the beach! Balcony and beautiful views. Friendly staff. Crepe Daddy adjacent to the property is the best breakfast spot! CONS: Have to pay extra for premium parking in order to park close. Zero towel hooks in the bathroom, or the room in general; for a beach location, the lack of place to hang a towel felt silly. The toilet paper was tissue paper thin. The mom beds and pillows were definitely on the lower quality end. Also no vent in the bathroom, so the room was always very humid, especially being next to the ocean. The shower head was horrible and sprayed all over the place. The balcony light stays on all night long. Our room telephone didn’t work so if we needed anything from the front desk we had to physically go down there. The rooftop pool was closed which isn’t necessarily the problem since it was shoulder season (early May) but the whole rooftop was inaccessible as they “got it ready for the season” so that was a bummer to not even get a quick view.

Yes, looked like a seagull smashed into patio door and never cleaned. Couldn’t even see out door. Disgusting. No screen door. Mattress was absolutely terrible. Sink in. Blankets too light and not enough for a cool night. Parking terrible!!! Will not recommend this place at all!!!!!!!!!
