"Estimar Suitopia 3 & three Hotel is a new concept of tourist and family accommodation. Located in the center of Calpe and just 40 meters from the beach of Arenal del Bol. The 30-floors building has 232 rooms, of which 202 are Suitopia rooms with 75 square meters. Fully equipped with kitchen (with supplement) a large bathroom with shower for two person and bath, separate toilet and two sinks . Bath has direct access to the room and hallway. In your separate room you will enjoy your king size bed and your Smart 40 ""TV. You have a dining room with another Smart Tv 40 "" where is the sofa bed. Great hotel. The room was large comfortable and bright with a spacious sunny balcony. There were a few neat little extras including foot cream and a scent spray for the pillows! The Sky Bar on the 29th floor was a real highlight; stunning views, great selection of cocktails and really friendly, welcoming staff. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a huge choice and good quality. Overall we were delighted with our stay and felt it offered great value for money.

Lovely room and hotel. Excellent breakfast. Given how expensive the room was though surprising that we had to pay extra for parking and use of the spa was €35/ hour! We had an extra friend joining us lastinute and the fee for her staying in our room was almost what we had paid each.

Ein tolles Hotel mit einem ABER. Zimmer: traumhaft mit Blick auf den Peñon und das Meer Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und die Kinder waren sehr happy. Leider ist es zwar für viele Gäste gedacht aber dabei völlig überfordert. Lange Schlangen an Rezeption und Buffet oder Kinderclub. Aufzug eine Katastrofe (3 von 6 ausgefallen, 5-10min Wartezeit - ohne Alternative bei über 20 Stockwerken..) Es wäre sehr sehr schön

Hotellet er flott med store rom og balkong, utsikt mot hav og bare noen få minutter unna stranden Superb frokost, dog kan være ganske travel når gjestene fra 29 etasjer tar heisen ned for å spise Gode priser i baren og lobby. Veldig bra lekeområde for barn. Det som trekker ned er dessverre service. Spansk er språket som snakkes. Engelsk i resepsjonen. De har en del rare regler som gir ingen mening. De krever 15euro dagen for at man kan få bruke kjøleskapet i rommet. Kjøleskap betyr «full kjøkken» og koster deretter. Den såkalte minibaren vi hadde på rommet var ikke i drift og rommet ikke engang 1 flaske vann. Check in tid er 16.00! Vi booket to rom da min datter og hennes familie reiste litt senere enn vi gjorde. Vi så rommet hennes var klar fra kl 11.00, da vi snakket med renholderen. Damen i resepsjonen insisterte at check in ikke var mulig før 15.30 da rommet ikke var ferdig vasket. Ellers rot og misforståelser med bestilling i lobby baren. Bestillingen ble både glemt og levert til feil bord. Gym er bra. Utebasseng veldig bra, men ikke oppvarmet. I msi var det altfor kaldt å bade der. Det blåser også stadig ved bassengområdet. Alt i alt bra og hyggelig opphold, ideelt for de som reiser med barn. Parkering i kjelleren for 15 euro per dag

We loved our stay at Estimar. Close to the beach and bike rental. Hotel has safe underground parking for bikes. Kids club was amazing. Very friendly staff. Hotel was clean. Buffet was good with many gluten free options.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Hotel spacieux, propre. Accès à la plage par l’arrière de l’hotel pratique. Les piscines sont agréables, elles ne sont pas sur peuplé. Nos enfants se sont vraiment amusé ! L’organisation des ascenseurs est top, ça évite les attentes prolongés. Le petit déjeuné est extra ! Vraiment de qualité et varié, il y’en a pour tous les gouts. Les jus sont de vrais fruits pressés, c’est excellent. L’accès au petit déjeuné est possible jusqu’à 11h, c’est appréciable de ne pas devoir mettre son réveil trop tot pour s’y rendre. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie extrêmement confortable. Le ménage est fait tous les jours si vous le souhaitez. Un petit point négatif sur la cuisine, elle est bien là, mais il faut payer un supplément si vous souhaitez l’utiliser (une 100ène d’euro pour une semaine). Vu le prix des chambres, j’ai trouvé ça un peu choquant … Parking dispo pour 15 euros par jour, très pratique.

Wonderful structure and nice view (would be a great view from the 10th floor above, I was in the 5th). Great courtesy items and overall the suite. They could put a bit more attention to the dust but the room was clean. Great experience.

The suitopia so y mar is a wonderful hotel for families and couples of all ages the views from the sky bar are incredible my husband and myself went bed and breakfast in the hotel it was amazing the food at breakfast all made fresh in front of you the bread and pastries are delicious and the staff are wonderful. The rooms are so clean the housekeepers refreshed the room everyday and so helpful if you need extra towels or anything else.I just can’t wait to go back next September…..

Heerlijk hotel. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooie ruime luxe kamer en op loopafstand van het strand. Kamer aangeboden als uitzicht op stad maar was echt zee zicht. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en ook goede kleedruimte voor als je nog niet op de kamer kan of eerder moet uitchecken. Super verblijf gehad.

This stay was ideal. The hotel facilities, grounds, and suite were all in great condition. We had a beautiful view from the 28th floor. The breakfast was excellent. My only complaint was not being able to charge things to the room. I’d stay here again.

Hotel was amazing, got and upgraded suite with a magnificent view of the beach. Hotel is super clean and has everything you could want. Buffet is very good and staff was great.. will visit again.

Ein tolles Hotel mit einem ABER. Zimmer: traumhaft mit Blick auf den Peñon und das Meer Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und die Kinder waren sehr happy. Leider ist es zwar für viele Gäste gedacht aber dabei völlig überfordert. Lange Schlangen an Rezeption und Buffet oder Kinderclub. Aufzug eine Katastrofe (3 von 6 ausgefallen, 5-10min Wartezeit - ohne Alternative bei über 20 Stockwerken..) Es wäre sehr sehr schön

Hotellet er flott med store rom og balkong, utsikt mot hav og bare noen få minutter unna stranden Superb frokost, dog kan være ganske travel når gjestene fra 29 etasjer tar heisen ned for å spise Gode priser i baren og lobby. Veldig bra lekeområde for barn. Det som trekker ned er dessverre service. Spansk er språket som snakkes. Engelsk i resepsjonen. De har en del rare regler som gir ingen mening. De krever 15euro dagen for at man kan få bruke kjøleskapet i rommet. Kjøleskap betyr «full kjøkken» og koster deretter. Den såkalte minibaren vi hadde på rommet var ikke i drift og rommet ikke engang 1 flaske vann. Check in tid er 16.00! Vi booket to rom da min datter og hennes familie reiste litt senere enn vi gjorde. Vi så rommet hennes var klar fra kl 11.00, da vi snakket med renholderen. Damen i resepsjonen insisterte at check in ikke var mulig før 15.30 da rommet ikke var ferdig vasket. Ellers rot og misforståelser med bestilling i lobby baren. Bestillingen ble både glemt og levert til feil bord. Gym er bra. Utebasseng veldig bra, men ikke oppvarmet. I msi var det altfor kaldt å bade der. Det blåser også stadig ved bassengområdet. Alt i alt bra og hyggelig opphold, ideelt for de som reiser med barn. Parkering i kjelleren for 15 euro per dag

Our stay was amazing the only fault was the British TV Channels would not load and i asked on our second day about this and two days before leaving our two week holiday did someone come to fix it ... other than that we enjoyed our stay at the Suitopia Calp ...

Everything is just up to par. Worth every penny and shows class on his own. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location and design are great. we had a blast. Definitely on our list of places to go back again!

Great hotel. The room was large comfortable and bright with a spacious sunny balcony. There were a few neat little extras including foot cream and a scent spray for the pillows! The Sky Bar on the 29th floor was a real highlight; stunning views, great selection of cocktails and really friendly, welcoming staff. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a huge choice and good quality. Overall we were delighted with our stay and felt it offered great value for money.

Heerlijk hotel. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooie ruime luxe kamer en op loopafstand van het strand. Kamer aangeboden als uitzicht op stad maar was echt zee zicht. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en ook goede kleedruimte voor als je nog niet op de kamer kan of eerder moet uitchecken. Super verblijf gehad.

We had a great stay and we will definitely use this hotel again. Great location, stunning views, amazing breakfast buffet, fun pool. One piece of feedback which I’d like to give is that we were disappointed to find out that having spent so much on a room here we were told we’d have to pay extra to use the fridge. At this time of year we had lots of bottles of water which we’d like to chill but the fridge was deactivated unless we paid a fee for it, this was disappointing and unexpected in such a nice hotel.

Lovely room and hotel. Excellent breakfast. Given how expensive the room was though surprising that we had to pay extra for parking and use of the spa was €35/ hour! We had an extra friend joining us lastinute and the fee for her staying in our room was almost what we had paid each.

We loved our stay at Estimar. Close to the beach and bike rental. Hotel has safe underground parking for bikes. Kids club was amazing. Very friendly staff. Hotel was clean. Buffet was good with many gluten free options.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Hotel spacieux, propre. Accès à la plage par l’arrière de l’hotel pratique. Les piscines sont agréables, elles ne sont pas sur peuplé. Nos enfants se sont vraiment amusé ! L’organisation des ascenseurs est top, ça évite les attentes prolongés. Le petit déjeuné est extra ! Vraiment de qualité et varié, il y’en a pour tous les gouts. Les jus sont de vrais fruits pressés, c’est excellent. L’accès au petit déjeuné est possible jusqu’à 11h, c’est appréciable de ne pas devoir mettre son réveil trop tot pour s’y rendre. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie extrêmement confortable. Le ménage est fait tous les jours si vous le souhaitez. Un petit point négatif sur la cuisine, elle est bien là, mais il faut payer un supplément si vous souhaitez l’utiliser (une 100ène d’euro pour une semaine). Vu le prix des chambres, j’ai trouvé ça un peu choquant … Parking dispo pour 15 euros par jour, très pratique.
