We had requested for extra blankets, two singles and they’d agreed but sadly neither of those accommodations were made. The car park was free so that was nice, and we could get more keys if needed. Pool and gym facilities were nice and clean.

Clean, spacious room close to transport, cafes, restaurants and bars. Easy trip into the cbd on the bus or train. Reception friendly and helpful. Roof top area lovely for a bbq, views and a relax with a small group of friends.

Property is in prime location and at walkable distance between shopping mall as easy to access. Parking was available but unsured about parking spot as each day one needs to find different spot. Would be great if they give designated parking spots. Overall it was great experience.

Our apartment was very spacious. Balcony had a nice view and you could sit there all day long. It‘s a bit noisy at night though because of all the ambulance cars driving by and we couldn‘t use the AC at all because there was a really strong smell when turning it on, so had to keep the doors open at night. The apartment offers a lot of amenities: washer & dryer, oven, dishwasher in the room; gym, outdoor pool and you can just sit on the rooftop with a great view. After-hour check-in was easy and we had a nice stay. Will be back whenever we‘re returning to Brisbane.

We enjoyed our stay. The communication was clear and easy to follow. Free on-site parking was great, as there is not a lot of parking in the vicinity. The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. It is in walking distance of numerous bus routes. We relied on public transport for most of our stay.

It was excellent. Being a residential apartment is good as most rooms are extremely quiet. The parking is ok, but very limited spaces allocated to hotel guests. Limited guest parks on site, but very close street parking that is un-metered over the weekend. The parking garage, and attached entry are obnoxiously alarmed, to the point of startling every time! Overall, excellent.

It was a good sized Apartment. However, stains on the carpet and couch was so nice to see and balcony was not clean. Was close to where we needed to be, so ok for our stay.

It was a great place to stay. Only really 2 downsides were a construction site next door and on the 2nd last day i wanted to use the dryer but the filter kept falling out and the dryer kept stopping. Other then that it was a good place to stay.

I am very disappointed with my choice of Belize. They advertised a ‘deluxe’ room, but it wasn’t properly clean: stained bedframes and pillowcases, holes in the curtains, greasy walls in the kitchen, and a filthy stove that didn’t even work. The extractor fan also didn’t function and had its button stuck inside. The place was definitely not deluxe, just average, and it was overpriced for what it was.

Good location and good sized apartment. Floors were slimy which wasn’t ideal with a crawling baby. Dishwasher didn’t work and a light bulb in the bedroom lamp was out. Aside from that, it was fine for what we needed

The apartment's floors in the main area and bathroom were disgustingly dirty - grimy and faintly greasy. The carpet in the bedroom was stained. Bed was comfy, the area pretty central to Bowen Hills - but won't be staying there again. A very disappointing stay relative to what I was expecting.

We stayed here for a week. The room was nice and spacious, walk-in wardrobe was handy however would've been good if there were a couple drawers in there as you couldn't put much in the bedside drawers. Full size fridge/freezer was great and kitchen had all the amenities needed including oven. It was good having a bar/restaurant downstairs which we did use and even better when it was happy hour.

We stayed here for a week. The room was nice and spacious, walk-in wardrobe was handy however would've been good if there were a couple drawers in there as you couldn't put much in the bedside drawers. Full size fridge/freezer was great and kitchen had all the amenities needed including oven. It was good having a bar/restaurant downstairs which we did use and even better when it was happy hour.

Great place to stay. Everything is walking distance and the apparent was amazing, all equipment needed and very modern. It is situated in a busy street, so is a bit noisy outside, but regardless is a very nice place.

Checked in at 5.30pm on a Friday, with max capacity you would expect reception to be open. Overly complicated system of calling, getting buzzed in, opening a lock box for key and then needing to check in properly the next day. Our whole apartment smelt like damp/ water damage. The very nice Manager tried to help by providing a free breakfast - our meals took too long so we left without one of our meals. Lovely rooftop views. Shower leaked water onto floor big time, and our 2 bedroom apartment not only smelly but windows faced out to a wall and had a dark/ depressing feel on the 4th floor. We booked months in advance - it wasn’t a last minute thing.

We were on the 18th floor which had a great view. Apparent was very clean and nice set up. Location was great and close to Tivili and woolworths all within walking distance. Would definitely stay again. And the lady on the front desk was lovely.

Very spacious apartment, particularly liked the full kitchen and washing machine and drier. Very comfy bed, and good powerful shower. There is building work taking place adjacent to the hotel (which the hotel did note on the website) which started at about 6.30am. This wasn’t an issue for me, but could be if you wanted a lie in!

Have stayed with Belise twice, each for about a week and both times had a great experience. Everything is generally cleaned (showers could do with a deeper scrub), everything is well maintained and the staff are lovely. Had some issues with our rooms aircon not working. The out of hours call crew were hit and miss - one was quite rude and hung up, offering no real options except 'turn the fan on' but the other was good. Staff moved us to a new room the next morning after maintenance checked it all out and confirmed it wasn't working. Never had any issues getting a parking space and everything else is 5 stars!

Was a really nice apartment and also want to thank I think her name was Von for doing everything possible in allowing us to come out of car park as yesterday there were road blocks all around the Belise due to the Tour de Brisbane cycling event she was instrumental in getting us a police escort out of the road closures and on our way to airport

The very nice Manager tried to help by providing a free breakfast - our meals took too long so we left without one of our meals. Lovely rooftop views. Shower leaked water onto floor big time, and our 2 bedroom apartment not only smelly but windows faced out to a wall and had a dark/ depressing feel on the 4th floor. We booked months in advance - it wasn’t a last minute thing.

I really liked how kind the staff was, especially the lady who was checking me in as she was SO patient when my bank card wasn’t working! Otherwise a very nice place & I will definitely be staying there again when in Brisbane next time!

Overall our stay was quite good. Room adquate for a 3 day stay but situated immediately above the pool which was used frequently. This made sitting on our balcony a noisy affair. Also one of the light globes was broken and i asked for a replacement. None was provided. I asked again the next day but no replacement was ever provided. All they had to do was give me a globe!!

The communication for the property receptions was bit disappointed. I booked hotel 2 nights, but the room key need to refresh everyday, which they mentioned on arrival, but never mentioned what was the working hours about the refresh. I left hotel early in the morning, when return to hotel around 6pm they said need to charge extra for after hour active the key. which very surprised me. I've mentioned my timing on the day of arrival to them, but they never say any extra charge at that point. However at the end they waved the extra charge. but I won't not book this property anymore.

Property is in prime location and at walkable distance between shopping mall as easy to access. Parking was available but unsured about parking spot as each day one needs to find different spot. Would be great if they give designated parking spots. Overall it was great experience.

We were on the 18th floor which had a great view. Apparent was very clean and nice set up. Location was great and close to Tivili and woolworths all within walking distance. Would definitely stay again. And the lady on the front desk was lovely.

We enjoyed our stay. The communication was clear and easy to follow. Free on-site parking was great, as there is not a lot of parking in the vicinity. The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. It is in walking distance of numerous bus routes. We relied on public transport for most of our stay.

Very spacious apartment, particularly liked the full kitchen and washing machine and drier. Very comfy bed, and good powerful shower. There is building work taking place adjacent to the hotel (which the hotel did note on the website) which started at about 6.30am. This wasn’t an issue for me, but could be if you wanted a lie in!

It was a great stay. Clean, modern and comfortable. I'll be staying here again for sure. My apartment was on a low floor and facing a construction site - but I only noticed the construction noise when I opened the slide door. So not a big deal at all.

We stayed here for a week. The room was nice and spacious, walk-in wardrobe was handy however would've been good if there were a couple drawers in there as you couldn't put much in the bedside drawers. Full size fridge/freezer was great and kitchen had all the amenities needed including oven. It was good having a bar/restaurant downstairs which we did use and even better when it was happy hour.

We stayed here for a week. The hotel is fantastic, however the late check-in procedure without a manned desk is not great. Also the only option for in house meals is the cafe and it closes early.

The place was not cleaned, with filth on the walls, doors, bathrooms, kitchen, and furniture. It was disgusting. The air conditioning wasn't working in the master bedroom; the taps were closing by themselves; the range hood wasn't working and had never been cleaned; the fridge doors looked like they had been in a boxing match; and the roller blind cords were broken. The master bedroom bed was so old that any movement felt like a constant earthquake. Attention to detail was zero stars, with six guests and only 5 water glasses. Front desk personnel were poorly trained in customer-service etiquette but well trained in arguments, strawman statements, and deflecting real issues with the simplification of "that's our policy and process" or "that's a misunderstanding," without needing to resolve the underlying issue and problem caused by this facility. We will not be coming back to this establishment and do not recommend it to anyone unless the issues are resolved.

Great room, staff are lovely and the area is quite convenient for everything. The only down side was Friday and Saturday night there was very loud music and heavy base all night and into the early hours of the morning so I didn't get any sleep at all. Not sure where it was coming from. Parking is very expensive but convenient. Bathroom tap didn't stay on without holding it down and the shower pressure is awful. Apartment is equipped well for cooking at home 🏠
