도심에 있어서 접근성이 좋았습니다. 지하주차장으로 들어가면 주차타워에 주차 해 주십니다. 1층에 편의점도 있어요.

Very old hotel in Jeju, located near the city hall. The room was very small. Two single beds ( not twins), sink was broken, no floor towels and rubber sleeper to share for every visitors. The major problem was the door was broken remain unlocked. When we called the front desk, they acted like a normal, and say “will come and check” Additionally, parking assistance was very rude. He insisted me to park compact car spot and told me to get off to passenger side. Even though there were plenty of parking spots.

Hotel a bit dated but when it comes to overall value, it was a positive experience

Nice clean property with free parking available. There was a problem with the parking garage when we left next morning but after 40mins our car was brought out early by the parking attendant. Room was spacious and clean. Can't comment much about the area as we just stayed 1 night but it's close to the airport and restaurants

Good sizeable room for 3 with comfortable bed. But not much facilities

This property is full of mold and is a serious health hazard. I cannot recommend enough that you find another hotel, I had to abandon the hotel after 1 night when their attempt to cover up the smell with perfume failed. The elevator and halls were seriously musty and smelled significantly of mold but it wasn’t until we went down to the fitness centre that it became apparent how extensive the problem was. The air was so moldy that it was nearly impossible to breathe. Our room smelled a little musty but we figured it was a basement issue. We were wrong. When we woke up the next morning with itchy eyes, nasal congestion and difficulty breathing, I knew the mold was all around the hotel. The hotel likely aired out the room and I noticed a bizarre number of fragrance dispensers throughout the hotel, but those could not permanently cover up the unliveable situation. The room smelled so mildewed and moldy by morning that the carpet smelled like urine. The air conditioner in 924 (one half of the suite) also didn’t blow any cold air. I went down to the lobby and told the staff about the mold situation and they agreed to let me cancel the next 2 nights without charge and I spoke with the reservations team myself along with the front desk staff who agreed they would reach out to Expedia to approve the refund of the 2 nights and now they will not respond. Avoid at all costs.

시설이 낙후돼 환경 개선이 필요해요. 제주 시내 중심에 있어 주변 편의시설이 좋고 ‘아라찐빵’ 오픈런 도보 가능합니다~

공항 시내에서 이동이 편합니다 방에 시설이 오래되었지만 전반적으로 깔끔합니다 다만 각층의 41호부터 45호? 까지는 전망도 없고 냄새가 심하게 올라옵니다 이부분 참조하셔서 방 배정 받으세요

가성비 좋은 그냥 그런 호텔. 침대가 너무 출렁거려서 아이랑 같이 자기 힘들었습니다. 나머진 좋았어요.

great customer service, spacious property, nice open view

시티뷰가 좋았어요. 호텔 내부 온도 조절이 안 된 부분은 좀 아쉬웠습니다.

Room is smelly and very stuffy as they have heater on all the time. There was a construction right in front of the hotel and it was so noisy all night, amenities are very minimal

객실상태가 깨끗하기는 했지만 사진으로 보던거와는 약간의 차이가 있어요.

공간이 좁다고 느껴져 답답한 느낌. 대중교통 이용편리. 중간 저도 만조감 느킴.

조명이 좀 더 밝았으면 해요. 청결이나 위치.서비스.직원들 모두 좋았는데 조명이 어두웠어요.

우선 3층 방을 배정 받았습니다. 수압이 낮아서 씻는데 힘들었습니다. 그리고, 린스라고 적혀 있는 통에 왠지 샴프가 들어 있는 것 같았습니다... 머리를 문지르면 샴프처럼 거품이 나더군요.... 비데는 작동이 안되는지 눌러도 소리만 나고 동작을 하지 않았습니다. 헤어 드라이기는 교체를 하셔야 할것 같더군요... 버튼을 누르고 있어야 바람이 나오고, 그 바람 조차도 잘 나왔다 안 나왔다 하는게....

직원분들 친절하시고 조식 좋고 룸도 깨끗하고 가성비도 아주 만족합니다

There was plenty of eateries around within walking distance of 10minutes. Bus stop was located infront of hotela dn they provided valet parking for hotel guests. The valet gentleman's were very approachable and friendly.

호텔위치가 좋음

버스정류장이 바로 앞이고 시내에 위치하여 아주 편하게 이용하였습니다.

위치, 접근성, 쇼핑, 음식점 등등 아주 좋았습니다.

제주시청 근처에 있어서 주위에 편의 시설이 많고, 청결해서 마음에 들었습니다.

공항에서 멀지않고, 시내 중심가에 위치해있어 다방면으로 접근성이 좋으며 주변에 식당 등 편의시설 충분.

Nice hotel close to City Hall. Near lots of bus routes. Not super convenient to tourist areas.

침대는 늘 편안하고 조식도 화려하지않지만 정갈하고 값어치 합니다. 교통이 편해서 제주여행때마다 이곳을 기점으로 계획을 하죠. 셀프체크인이 되어있어서 더 편리했습니다. 주변에 맛집도 많아서 더 좋아요

They are not professional in many diffrent aspects. Need to improve things including the poor paid breakfast. I would definitely not stay at the hotel for my next Jeju trip.

슉소 너무 좋았구요.. 조식 가격이 너무 착해서 먹었는데 괜찮았습니다. 출장 때문에 간거긴 허지만 가족여행으로 가도 좋울둣합니다

깨끗하고 서비스 좋고 친절합니다. 그리고 대중교통을 이용하기 편하고 주변에 식당이 많습니다. 그리고 아침 부페 식당도 가성비가 좋습니다.

The restaurant is very poor. I got sick from eating there. The place is maintained, but the place was noisy due to so many guests coming. The hotel check out time is 11AM which seems to be too early compared to other hotels nearby.

추운날씨에 난방을 제대로 틀어주지 않았습니다. 추워서 밤새 떨었고 조식은 제대로 조리되지 않았고 음식은 차가웠습니다. 추후 다시는 묵고싶지 않습니다.
