Otel diyince akla çok geniş bir değerlendirme skalası geliyor, 5 yıldızlı çok iyi otellerde tatil yapmış biri olarak söyleyebilirim ki odamız konfor olarak vasatın altındaydı. 2 yetişkin 2 de çocuk olarak yer ayırmış olmama rağmen oda küçük, çocuklar için ayrılan yataklar ise tek kişilik aç-yat koltuklardan oluşuyordu ve mekanizmaları bozuk olduğu için tam olarak açılmıyordu. Yetişkin yatağı ise eski ve formunu kaybettiği için rahatsızdı. WC ve Banyo Temizdi. Nevresimler temiz, yastıklar temiz ve konforluydu. Sabah kahvaltısı çeşit olarak bol ama lezzet olarak vasattı. Özellikle çay konusunda çok sıkıntı yaşadık. Demlikteki çay bittiği zaman yenisini demiyorlar ve bu sürede de siz çayın demlenmesini bekliyorsunuz. Olacak iş değil. Otelin iyi yanlarına gelecek olursak, konumu harika. Tarihi yarımada da herşey yürüme mesafesinde, otel odası Adalar ve sahil manzaralı. Otopark yok! Kahvaltı salonunun da çok güzel bir manzarası var. Minibar boş, içmek için su bile yok.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut erreichbar. Alles war gut bis auf die mini Bar im Zimmer. Leider war sie nicht mit Getränken befüllt wie man es sonst kennt. Wasser stand nur drin das aufgefüllt war. Frühstück war ok.

Amamos a experiência! A localização é maravilhosa, atrás da Praça Sultanahmet, perto dos principais pontos turísticos, perto do metrô, fizemos muita coisa a pé! A rua é silenciosa, mas, assim que você caminha por ela já chega em uma parte cheia de restaurantes, bares e lojas! A equipe do hotel foi super atenciosa e simpática! Café da manhã muito bom com vista para o mar! Único ponto negativo é que não tem elevador. Ótimo custo-benefício, recomendo muito!!!

Sehr ruhige Lage Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Meer Blick einfach traumhaft würde nochmals gerne şort buchen

There is no bathtub, but the shower water volume is strong enough, and the both bedroom and the bed room are ok. Meals \u3000are served on the rooftop terrace, with a great view of the ocean and the food was delicious. However, it was not as fancy as the advertising photos, and looked old.

Un hotel con todas las comodidades, muy buen ubicado. El personal muy amable tanto en recepcion, la Srita de aseo y el personal de cocina. El menú del desayuno muy variado. Todo el hotel muy limpio. Mi única sugerencia es que pusieran alguna cobija delgada en las habitaciones. Las vistas de la terraza del restaurante son increíbles.

Very good value, breakfast roof a delight with its all day free coffee/tea. Hotel very well situated for many important visitor sights and dozens of restaurants.

Reception staff very friendly. The room need some upgrade due to some damage. We stayed 10 days and we had to ask the hotel staff to clean properly due to dust, never changed the sheets to new ones. The cleaner did a very simple cleaning, not even cleaned the toilet sit for once but we got fresh towels. Telephone in the room didn’t work. The curtains didn’t make the room dark and the sound outside was too loud even though it said in their description that it was soundproof. I could smell the cigarette outside coming inside the room. Interior was cute. Overall it’s alright for the price and if you aren’t too picky as I am…

No toiletries available and also bed bugs all over in room. I don’t wanna recommend to any one please stay away

Overall, our stay was good, but unfortunately, our room had a strong sewage smell that really impacted our stay. It was quite unpleasant and made it difficult to relax in the room. Although the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, I didn't bring up the issue with them, and I regret that I didn't do so. I hope that in the future, the hotel will take steps to ensure that every room is odor-free. Despite the unpleasant smell, breakfast was good and the location was ideal.

La habitación olía mucho a humedad. El desayuno estaba bien. Tiene buena ubicación. Calidad-precio está bien, pero no te esperes nada del otro mundo. Es un buen hotel para hacer turismo de ciudad.

The receptionist said it was tge best room in the Hotel. When he opened the door the smell was unbearable. There was dirt on tge window sill. There were live cables hanging out and the towels were so grey they looked 10 years old. We checked out within two hours. The worst thing was the smell it stayed on our clothes. This hotel should be closed down until they refurb it.

First and foremost, we encountered a bed bug issue in our room. Unfortunately, both I and my children suffered bites, which not only disrupted our stay but also raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene in the room. This is a matter that no guest should have to experience, and we are understandably distressed by it. In addition, we encountered continuous problems with the Wi-Fi. Despite never having connection issues at other hotels, the Wi-Fi here was extremely unreliable. I reported this problem to the reception staff four times during our stay. While the reception team was courteous and understanding, there was no effective action taken to resolve the connectivity issue. It was disappointing that, despite repeated complaints, there was a lack of acknowledgment of the problem and no resolution. I trust that these issues will be taken seriously, as they significantly impacted our stay. I would appreciate a response detailing the actions that will be taken to address the bed bug problem and the ongoing Wi-Fi issues, as these are essential to ensure other guests have a safe and comfortable experience. The only good thing is the reception staff is nice.

We enjoyed our stay overall, the staff was friendly and breakfast options were good. The hotel is very clean and easy to walk to top attractions. Unfortunately the A/C cannot go below 30 degrees celsius or it blows hot air, this and the mattress being on a board and very hard made it uncomfortable to sleep. We tried opening the window but it is very noisy with train, seagulls, and city noises. It was cool outside but I imagine this would be uncomfortable in warmer temperatures.

There are better choices out there. Very old property and our AC didn't work as expected. Breakfast is good and staff js very helpful.

El hotel está muy lindo y no es caro. Los chicos de recepción son muy amables. El único inconveniente es que la habitación tenía ventana hacia la calle y era muy ruidosa.

Location is convenient, close to Blue Mosque. Breakfast and coffee should be improved. Furniture is very old.

The staff were very helpful especially the very good looking receptionist guy and accommodating. The place is cleaned everyday breakfast is filling with lots of options and hot meal menu changes everyday. The place is near everywhere.

Solucionaron de inmediato un problema surgido a las 23 horas cambiandonos de habitación. Al día siguiente cuando volvimos habían cambiado de nuevo todo nuestro equipaje sorprendiéndonos muy gratamente al habernos asignado una habitación mucho más grande y, por tanto, más comoda. El personal es inmejorable, imposible tratarnos mejor!

The staff were amazing. They were very patient with my children. Housekeeping were very professional as well as the hotel restaurant staff. They answered a lot of our questions about İstanbul. Gave us great recommendations to tours in the rest of Türkiye, in addition to İstanbul. The location is close to the beach/sea side, Sultan Ahmet Square, and so many other attractions. Breakfast was really delicious. Beds were very comfortable. The transfer service to the airport were also very good and professional. I hope to stay again whenever my family or myself visit the the old city area of İstanbul.

Great location, the rooftop restaurant has an amazing view and very good food, the room is nice, spacious and very clean. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, always keen to help. For sure they are the ones who will make me come back. Thanks Ahmed and Angin for the amazing time

Super freundliches Personal. Offenes Buffet schmackhaft. In unserem eigentlich gebuchtes Zimmer tauchte plötzlich ein Problem auf. Das Zimmer wurde durch ohne wenn und aber durch ein höherwertiges Zimmer ersetzt. Daumen hoch

The hotel is in a great place with local restaurants, shops and mosques nearby. Great for tourists visiting Istanbul as it’s 5 to 10 mins away from the tram so good access to public transport too. Staff at the hotel are very accommodating and friendly. They also provide services to tour Istanbul and do fun activities. I do wish the hotel was cleaner, but for the price point I can’t complain. Good value for money.

Very convenient location to all major attractions

Everything was great, the location, the terrace and the breakfast upstairs. The room was small, but clean and the bed was very comfy. We would come back!

The hotel is in a great place with local restaurants, shops and mosques nearby. Great for tourists visiting Istanbul as it’s 5 to 10 mins away from the tram so good access to public transport too. Staff at the hotel are very accommodating and friendly. They also provide services to tour Istanbul and do fun activities. I do wish the hotel was cleaner, but for the price point I can’t complain. Good value for money.
