Grand Naki Hotel

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY — THE ADVERTISING IS MISLEADING I DON’T EVEN KNOW WHERE TO START. If I could give this property ZERO stars, I would. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. More concerning than the poor condition of the property is the significant discrepancy between what was advertised on Hotels.com and what we actually received upon arrival. The photos advertised online are NOT an accurate representation of this property. The room we were given looked nothing like the room shown in the listing, and even the entrance and appearance of the hotel were substantially different from the photos used to advertise it. This goes far beyond a hotel simply being “less nice than expected.” We paid for a room based on specific representations made in the listing, and the actual accommodations failed to match those representations. During our stay: • The air conditioning did not work. Instead of repairing or replacing it, we were given a fan. • The shower was broken. • The television did not work. • The room phone did not work. • The actual room was materially different from the room shown in the listing. • The hotel entrance and property did not resemble the photographs used in the advertisement. We were essentially left without several basic amenities that a paying hotel guest reasonably expects.

For a single night and price was Ok....good location!! Near a train way station and Gran Bazar

Uzun uzadıya yorum yapmayacağım, odada bir küçük su bile yoktu. Bir adet küçük su kimseyi batırmaz. Acaba yanlışlık mı var dedim yokmuş, diğer odalarda da yoktu. Çayı,kahveyi,su ısıtıcı vs geçtim, su su su yok. Başka yoruma gerek yok.
