Good room, friendly staff

This is our third or fourth stay at this hotel over 6 years or so and we feel it has lost its vibe a bit. Cursory nod to the theme and the room feels more bog standard corporate than it used to . Very clean and functional- but our bed was incredibly soft- ok for 3 nights but terrible for any longer . The tram stop is right there and it’s a quick walk to the markets.

The location is absolutely great with Queen victoria market on a walking distance and rest of the Melbourne central easily accessible with tram stops next to the hotel. (And the best part is that the tram stops are within the free tram zone.) The room was spacious and the washer/drier was great to have. We also had a great view to the Flagstaff gardens (and the new years eve fireworks!) The room was in pretty good shape but there was things that could do some touch up. Dishwasher left dishes a bit dirty on occasion and there could have been somekind of info of the hotel practises (like, where to take the trashes. Only info was for the washing machine and that was obviously for some other model) All in all we had a really nice stay at the hotel and reception staff was really friendly and helpful.

靠近主要道路7地點不錯, 但以此價位, 房間、浴室都太小, 設備也有些過於簡單， 床頭櫃小又圓, 餐桌也是, 除此之外沒有其他可置物的地方, 感覺擁擠不適。
