Night shify front desk worker lady is so helpful and eager to inform. Decent breakfast. The room is good, air conditioning and air quality unit in the room. They are a nice staff, i asked them all kinds of questions. Oh the laundry service takes ~16-24 hrs so keep that in mind.

Impressive service. Very clean rooms (daily intensive cleaning). New towels everyday. Very approachable, helpful, polite and friendly staff. Staff can speak excellent english. Location is ideal too. It is near Icon Siam. Easy to grab taxi. Overall 10/10. Small hotel but can compete with the 5 star hotels when it comes to service and cleanliness.

The hotel is quite nice for its price as it shares a view to Iconsiam mall. However, it's not close to a train station but that wasn't huge problem I had but might be a dealbreaker for some. The only qualms I had was the water bottles refills aren't placed in the fridge which is good if you like room temp water and the ac turns off when you leave with the key so when you come back, the room is humid. The showers also smell like pee. The first two problems could probably be solved if you ask the front reception but you're going to have to deal with the urine smell in the shower. Overall, it was a cosy hotel with a sorta modern aesthetic. Would go back during Songkran.

Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Walking distance of a boat pier, perfect for a cheap and easy boat ride to the temples. Good Coffee shops around. Mattress was a little stiff, that’s my only complain!

The hotel offers great value for money, especially for solo travelers. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and divided into two parts by a curtain: the bed area, and the bathroom with a WC area. The bed was comfortable. However, as some guests have mentioned in their reviews the shower had some issues. I found it impossible to adjust the water temperature, and it was either too hot or too cold. When I brought this up during check-out, the staff informed me that there was a switch to adjust the temperature hidden somewhere, but it was too late for me to try it. If you need extra workspace, you can visit the brand-new Starbucks located inside the postal office building next to the hotel. Additionally, the Icon Siam shopping mall is within walking distance, but you'll need to take the shuttle boat by the river to get there (which is fun).

The hotel is in a great location for Jurassic Park and Icon Siam. Lumpini park is only 2km away walkers or runners. If you like silver, there are a lot dispensaries in this area. The only thing the hotel needs to look at is, when you have a shower. The water goes into the area of the toilet and can be slippery and potentially dangerous for a fall. Everything else was great, quiet, food, options for the area. We would stay again for sure.

Room quite nice and cozy. Unfortunately I made an error and booked the hotel twice for the same days. However I asked 10 minutes after booking for free cancellation but they insisted on the booking and refused to cancel on goodwill. So I had to pay 2 rooms however I only used one of them. Poor guest service :/ Breakfast was quite simple with limited variety to order. Very good location of the hotel.

The Oriental Heritage Residence was a fantastic stay in Bangkok! The staff, especially Betty, were exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel is located close to ICONSIAM from Pier Bangkak (a 3-mn boat ride for 6 baht) behind the Post Office. ICONSIAM offered amazing shopping, food and entertainment options. From the hotel, Chinatown is easily accessible on foot; Betty gave us clear directions. But here's a hidden gem I discovered: Ma's Roast, a fantastic Chinese/Hongkongers restaurant down the street. Make sure to try it out for some incredible food! The owners are fantastic as well.

Great hotel with classic Asian aesthetic near upcoming Chaoren Krung and TCDC. Walkable to upcoming neighborhood Talad Noi(15min) and SongWat district(20 min). Also 15min walk to BTS Saphon Taksin station and Sathon pier that takes you across the river to IconSiam. It’s the best option if you like ole neighborhood and want to stay away from the resort type hotels in the area.

The hotel is quite nice for its price as it shares a view to Iconsiam mall. However, it's not close to a train station but that wasn't huge problem I had but might be a dealbreaker for some. The only qualms I had was the water bottles refills aren't placed in the fridge which is good if you like room temp water and the ac turns off when you leave with the key so when you come back, the room is humid. The showers also smell like pee. The first two problems could probably be solved if you ask the front reception but you're going to have to deal with the urine smell in the shower. Overall, it was a cosy hotel with a sorta modern aesthetic. Would go back during Songkran.

Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Walking distance of a boat pier, perfect for a cheap and easy boat ride to the temples. Good Coffee shops around. Mattress was a little stiff, that’s my only complain!

必要なものが気持ちよく整っています。私が特に気に入ったのは２点。朝食と立地です。まず朝食。３泊しましたが朝食もそれぞれバリエーションがあり、３日とも違うメインを頂きました。どのお皿も美味しく量の調節もして頂けましたし、サラダもフレッシュで好きな量を頂くことが出来ました。ホテルの周りには朝早くからやっているお食事屋さんが多くないようで助かりました。また立地ですが、最寄りにBTSの駅とChao Phraya Express Boat のPierがあるのでどこに行くにも非常に便利です。朝、昼、夜に何回もボートに乗って楽しみました。このお値段でこの清潔快適さなので、お得感が高かったです。

Nothing much around the area at night. Not many food options too. The room key is an old school physical key. So u will have to bring it around with u. But the stay is value for money. The place is clean and bed is comfy. Convenient to get grab bike. For the price that I'm paying, no complain.

This is the seccond time I stayed in the hotel. Very satisfied again. Tje only downside was that breakfast starts at 0800 in the morning. For me that wad to late because of flying out. But again, very nine hotell with greit staff.

Night shify front desk worker lady is so helpful and eager to inform. Decent breakfast. The room is good, air conditioning and air quality unit in the room. They are a nice staff, i asked them all kinds of questions. Oh the laundry service takes ~16-24 hrs so keep that in mind.

Great location, extremely clean, wonderful breakfast was included in our rate. Easy ferry to Icomsiam mall. Only issue is the wifi totally sucks and goes down often.

Staff were brilliant, very welcoming and knowledgeable. The hotel was clean and had everything you need. Just note - the hotel is not near a metro line station so you will be walking about 15 minutes to get around the city.

It was my 3rd time staying in this hotel, and I feel like I can go back anytime. If you're looking for a more boutique experience, the real, authentic Bangkok, and looking for a break from the so-busy Sukhumvit area, this can be the place for you. The hotel is also convenient for travelers who have business around Silom or the riverside areas such as Talat Noi or Song Wat.

It was my 3rd time staying in this hotel, and I feel like I can go back anytime.
