The place was clean and was exactly like the description given. It is close to shops and restaurants. The hosts were amazing and helpful. The host kindly offered and arranged for us to be picked up right outside our door by a water taxi to get to train station.

We had a lovely stay at the villa. It was great to come home to the quiet neiborhood after the craziness of around St. Marks. And the balcony was great for people and gondola watching.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The patio with the canal view almost made you not want to leave. The location was great. Away from the busy spots but still very close to Vaporetto stops, great shopping and delicious food.
