Gen Suites

Leider war unsere Unterkunft am Anfang nicht sauber. Unter dem Bett war der Staub der letzten Tage. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren aber sauber und frisch. Unterkunft ist nichts für Familien mit Kinder/Kinderwagen. Der Berg zum Hotel ist nichts gegen den Berg, den man laufen mit bis ins Zentrum zu kommen.

Lage ist gut, Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Lebensmittel) sehr nah , taksim Platz 15 Minuten zu Fuß, Aber ist laut

Sehr tolle Unterkunft. Alles in der Nähe was man benötigt. Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Great team

The receptionist was very helpful and gave a speedy check in . The staff were friendly and kept us supplied with towels and water . The bathroom in the apartment was modern and very clean . However , this apartment is not really how it seems . First of all , there is no dishwasher or washing machine as you would expect for a normal apartment . The plates in the kitchen were disgustingly dirty and full with scratches and stains . The microwave was very confusing to work with no instructions written .After a long travel , we entered the room and were very shocked with the condition of the room . There was dust everywhere and the bedsheets were disgusting with hairs and yellow stains . We had to request bedsheets and duvet covers late at night already tired and changed them ourselves . The main bedroom was cleaned properly however the portable single beds and the sofa bed were not clean at all . Furthermore , the location was undesirable with the view from the balcony of poor housing like slum areas . The location was not ideal and is not where you would expect to find a hotel . It was also far from the main tourist attractions in Istanbul and had to get a taxi everywhere which was also difficult to find in this area . This hotel clearly needs to work on cleanliness and updating their posts with realistic information
