Hyggeligt hotel med et meget sødt og serviceminded personale. Super dejligt værelse, meget rent og med en god seng. God morgenmad. Vi spiste aftensmad på den tilhørende pub og det var rigtig god mad. Alt var bare super.

Room to small for 3 nights Bathroom Awful No where to even put my toothbrush No toilet Roll holder Walls so thin i could hear the room next to us snoring all night and everything they said , spoiled my stay to be honest the room was horrible, in fact the worst room i have ever stayed in , staff couldn’t accommodate changing our room so disappointed, will definitely be coming back to Beer but not The Dolphin

We requested and pre paid for a room with bath tub which was followed up with communication with the hotel and received confirmation in writing. On arrival that option was not available and offered a chain brand voucher as compensation which was useless as we were US visitors in transit. Later that evening around 10pm we discovered the shower in the room we were allocated had a malfunctioning valve causing excessive hot water and therefore unusable. We switched room that evening and fully refunded the one night stay. We were dealt with promptly and with courtesy.

Room was clean and tidied each day, with tea and biscuits replaced. Breakfast was outstanding! Staff were helpful and friendly and it was good value for money. Worth a stay if visiting Beer.

Everyone was so friendly helpful and communicative. It’s great to be in a place where you don’t feel like you’re begging people to do their jobs. From check in to check out the vibe was fabulous and nothing was too much of an effort. Thank you all at The dolphin. You were great.
