Ellen the hotel manager was fantastic made us feel very welcome and at home. The beds very very comfortable and the view from our room was spectacular. Just a one minute walk to a great beach and restaurant. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely spot with fantastic private patio on the water. Generous breakfast, included in room price. Not so close to Monemvasia (The Rock). Helen the manager was very friendly and helpful.

5 stars! The Elea Mare is a fabulous value in an authentic Greek coastal village, run by a host (Greg) who personifies customer care. We can’t praise him enough for the warmth of his interactions with us! As an example, our young-adult daughter became mildly sick during our stay, and Greg provided tea and offered to check up on her when we left her in the hotel by herself for half a day. The hotel is a short walk from a small beach and town harbor and near several excellent dining options. Breakfast is served on an open terrace overlooking the sea and features many hand-prepared local items. The Elea Mare gets our highest endorsement!
