Better signage for main entrance would be helpful, as well as increased lighting in the parking lot. There was a door facing the street, and it is not the main entrance. The main entrance is on the side of the building, at least half way back the parking lot, without easily visible signage. The mirror in the room was filthy, very streaky. The only staff member I saw checked me in around 8pm, and was still there, in the same clothes, mopping the floor in the breakfast dining area as breakfast was starting at 6am. He then proceeded to sit in the lounge area inside the front entrance.

Breakfast is a joke. Most items were not available and we had to ask for them. We have stayed at many hotels in Grove city and this hotel and their service is nowhere close. Elevator kept getting stuck few times.

Elevator didn’t work. Safety latch on room door broken. Toilet paper roll too far away from the toilet. Shower drain cap missing. Staff was very considerate and helpful.

This hotel was clean, Comfy beds, and easy parking. there were several rooms under construction. there was a weird small in the hotel. maybe some kind of spice. The breakfast was nothing to write home about.

Breakfast was limited, but good for the rate you pay. Ice machine only on 1 floor sucked. Not enough towels in room, no soap, no extra roll of toilet paper.... Just things I've come to expect at hotels, but overall it was a good deal and clean.

It was ok. The microwave in the room didn't work. The towels looked pretty bad. No clock or tissues in the room. Room was tiny but fairly nice. Good parking. Staff was friendly, breakfast was decent. I would probably try somewhere else if I were coming back to this area but no major complaints.

They give us all the way to the end of hall when we arrive i check the washroom the toilet seat has pee stain and the drawer has a dead flies, and the cofee tray has a bucket container for the ice when i grab it to refill my cooler theres a lot of hair, it means no body cleaning the room.

The shower had water damage/mold on it. There was only one towel in the room when we arrived. The thermostat in the room did not work so the room was warm. I won't stay at a Quality Inn and Suites again.

The staff were very friendly and the area had a lot of dining and shopping options. It was easily the smallest hotel room I had ever stayed in. However, it had everything we needed and made good use of space with drawers, shelves, and hooks.

Upon arrival at 4pm I had to ring the bell twice and wait several minutes for someone to come and check us in. The roof in the hall was leaking into a mop bucket just sitting in the middle of the floor. And we barely got any sleep because the walls were super thin and we had loud snoring on one side and a screaming toddler in the other. It was fine for our one night stay but I won’t be returning.

We had a nice time there. Breakfast was really good. Just wished it was until 10am instead of 9am. James the owner was wonderful. He always greated me with my name when he saw us. Will definitely use them again.

My room key had to be rekeyed 3 times for it to work. Front desk agent was accommodating. This was very inconvenient to have to come down stairs 3 times because the key wouldn’t open the door. The breakfast wasn’t that good no yogurt and bananas were brown. I just had tea. I only stayed 1 night just passing through so it worked for us.

Everything. Staff went way beyond. Never treated so much like family. Loved our stay. Beds so comfy we didn’t wake up for breakfast. Loved this stay better than anywhere we have ever stayed. I would recommend to everyone.

It was great realizing the Wendell August Forge building was just across the street. Spent a nice hour there. The hotel isn't very close to the outlet mall, and that's frankly a good thing. Traffic wasn't an issue. There's a restaurant across the street, but I didn't try it. The only complaint I had, and it's kind of a strange one, is I found the reach for the toilet paper from the toilet a stretch more than usual. Very strange placement.

We were quick overnighters. So convenient to get to Westminster College. Staff was friendly in the evening and the morning. We didn’t stay for breakfast but the area looked great.

We stayed at this hotel for the location. We were going to Grove city outlets. Excellent location.. very clean, good room. They have breakfast in the morning until 10am. Scramble eggs, sausage links, biscuits, gravy.. waffle machine... juice, coffee, tea 24/7. Nice and friendly staff. I recommend it.

The hotel is ok if staying a night or 2. Breakfast was so small they had one waffle maker and the line to make them was about 5-6 deep. Not many options for breakfast. Room was clean bathroom floor was dirty but the outlets near bed did not work. So only had one outlet in the room that I was able to use.

Wonderful staff and very accomadating. One of the best hotels to extend with. Fast and zero issues. The breakfast assortment was surprising, with eggs and sausage, waffles, biscuits and sausage gravy, and more! All at a fair price, lower than other hotels in the area. Would recommend to anyone and we will return anytime I need to be around the grove city outlets!

The toilet didn't flush. The Breakfast menu was lacking and needed some kind of signage indicating what was being served.

Room is acceptable for this eco price hotel. Bed is clear and comfortable. Heater is a bit noisy. Breakfast is no good. We end up eating outside. But what you paid is what you get :-)

We had a nice time there. Breakfast was really good. Just wished it was until 10am instead of 9am. James the owner was wonderful. He always greated me with my name when he saw us. Will definitely use them again.

My room key had to be rekeyed 3 times for it to work. Front desk agent was accommodating. This was very inconvenient to have to come down stairs 3 times because the key wouldn’t open the door. The breakfast wasn’t that good no yogurt and bananas were brown. I just had tea. I only stayed 1 night just passing through so it worked for us.

I ordered my room from hotels.com and when I got to the hotel they couldn't find my reservation anywhere. It took them well over 30 minutes for them to get me a room. The room wasn't anything great but it wasn't bad either. There was only 1 garbage can and it was in the bathroom, they didn't have any tissues in the room, but the room seemed very clean. We couldn't figure out how to turn the lights on next to the bed. The breakfast was really good. We enjoyed that. The people that work there seemed to be very friendly.

I have stayed at numerous Quality hotels and this one needs some updates especially in the bathroom. The extremely low commode is very difficult for older and handicapped people to access. Also the staff needs to check on lotions and shampoo to make sure they are usable. Following up on noise levels of other rooms should not take more than one complaint call. A little more attention to details would be appreciated.

Nice room, very friendly staff. We wanted a late checkout and got till 1pm to checkout, which was very convenient. Our room window opened to the back side of the hotel which was great view into greens and nature. Hot breakfast (sausage, scrambled eggs, fluffy biscuits, waffles, along with cornflakes, fruits, bread, bagel, yoghurt, juices and coffee), Chilling Air Conditioning, comfortable and clean bed, lots of pillows and a fully functional clean washroom with lots of towels made it a nice cozy stay.
