Very clean, 1 level, parking in front of rooms, fridge & coffee in room. Perfect for us as an older couple that we didnt have to navigate stairs or long hallways.

Small family business and they treated us as such. Made a couple last minute changes with no issues. Pool was clean and quiet. Location is very accessible.

The rooms we had were adjoining and they were clean. The pool was right next to our rooms and it was quiet and the pool was clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

I think this is a great value. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. Rooms have been very clean. Great shower. Everything worked as it should. Nice pool too! Near multiple places to get breakfast or dinner.

Old hotel, fairly clean. Staff was friendly. Just had a weird feeling. Seemed to be alot of people hanging around. Swimming pool was dimly lit and not the cleanest.

It is a good hotel to sleep and run. Parking in the back is tight, but they have parking for large vehicles on the side. If you have pets, there is a nice park near by to walk your dog. Check in was quick and reasonably priced.

There were flies in the room and drain flies around the sink. I was in a room in the back of the motel and the WiFi was awful. I brought my laptop to work and could get maybe 5 minutes of slow internet before it went out for 5 minutes. However, the worst part was that I left out some Reese cups on the table in the room for like 5 hours and then saw a mouse rustling around in it. I alerted the staff at checkout and showed them a picture with the mouse visible and the room clearly theirs (along with the location tag and timestamp on iPhone) and the staff member said they needed to go in to the room and look at the mouse first. I was unable to wait for them to search for a mouse because I needed to checkout and get on the road, but there wasn’t even a “sorry that was your experience” from them, it was more like they didn’t believe me. So I won’t be staying there again.

I stayed here once before, 1 week prior actually, and it was amazing! You definitely can't beat the price, the room was good, clean, comfortable, seemed safe, everything worked properly, and the staff was great. However, this time wasn't as great. I booked again on my way back home since it was so good the 1st time, expecting it to be the same. I had stayed with my son and my service dog the 1st time, and the second time was just me and my service dog. Booked through hotels.com both times, checked in the same way, payed the same way, asked for the same kind of room, everything the same. When I arrived this time they said I owed extra money for my service dog. I explained that this didn't happen a week ago and they told me it did. I paid the fee as it was getting late and I needed some sleep, I got to my room which was in the back of the building this time (there's no grass back there to let a dog out, and it's very dark and secluded. We had the front of the building the 1st time.) Upon entering the room I turned on the heat as it was cold, and the air conditioner/heater was so loud I couldn't hear the TV and had trouble sleeping all night. I like to sleep with a fan for noise but this was loud. It also wasn't actually heating the room. The bathroom sink was clogged and wouldn't drain. I got an extra blanket out of the drawer and it had cigarette burns in it. Overall nothing terrible, but definitely could have been better. The service, rooms, and fees need to be consistent.

I was passing through the area and this was a very pleasant stay. A back to the basics hotel were rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, especially pillows- which is all you need these days. It’s an older motel, but you can tell that management is trying to modernize it a few renovations to the room.

Customer service is trash. You have workers who are probably family members, willing to do small things that are no big deal but need to call the owner for permission, who then wants extra money. Zero consideration for customers only their wallets. Much better hotels in the area. Don't waste your money.

The staff called because I had indicated a late arrival. They wanted to make sure someone would be at the front desk for us. Very appreciative. And the place is small but very clean!!! In and outside.

We enjoyed our stay. Mary was at the front desk and really nice & personable. We needed a place to stay after traveling so long and the check in process was super quick & easy. They were pet friendly and the room was clean.

I have stayed there before and it is a clean reasonably priced establishment. The only problem I have is I was staying for two days. After the first night the next morning an employee came to my room and said it is time for you to check out. I told him I had paid for 2 nights he said I know you have been here for two nights. Long story short we went to the office he checked his paperwork and found I had only been there for one night. Then he told me after this I owed him 29.00 more dollars. I told him I wasn’t giving him the money I had a receipt showing I had paid in full. I don’t know kinda strange.

It was further off the highway than I expected but I was pleasantly surprised. It is a basic low priced motel. Our room was big with 2 queen beds and alot of room around them. The beds were great. We got there late and skept then raced off. It was great to park right in front of our room. We wete there to sleep and this place was perfect and saved us money.

Small family business and they treated us as such. Made a couple last minute changes with no issues. Pool was clean and quiet. Location is very accessible.

It is a really nice clean place to stay. There are many eateries right next to you and most importantly it is two minutes from the water park.

I travel through this part of Kentucky multiple times each year and I’m not sure how I never found Regency Inn until now! The low rate led me to believe there would be some compromises in quality, but this wasn’t the case at all. The room was not only clean but it felt more modern than most motels, and the bed was very comfortable too! It’s also in a great location within walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. I will definitely stay here again!

Not too appealing to the eye. Part of walkway crumbled. Breakfast advertised as free was limited to 2 items from a scant menu. Cost per item after first 2.

Recently remodeled with definite upgrades to floors, walls and fixtures. However toilet doesn’t meet ADA requirements that are required with upgrades. Continental breakfast was acceptable but definitely not a full free breakfast.

Good price but the rooms are so old that I couldn’t tell if they were clean or if that’s just how they look now because they’re so old. The breakfast was a muffin and if you wanted anything else you had to pay $1 for each item. Overall, an okay place to stay for a night but I felt uneasy about the cleanliness of the bed and sheets and floor.

We needed somewhere to stop for the night on our way to another destination and this was a great choice. It was clean and comfortable with some cold breakfast options and coffee in the morning. It would be good for a longer stay if breakfast isn’t a priority.

This is an older Motor Motel that has been remodeled. I feel they done a very good job on the remodel. My room was very clean and comfortable. I was pleased with it. The room was well worth the price they were charging. It’s rare to find a very clean motel room. They didn’t have a very good breakfast area, but they tried very hard to have a large variety in the space that they had.. But then again, it’s a small property. I would stay there again if I was in the area. There was restaurants and convenience stores close by.

I only gave this 2 stars because the staff was so nice. We changed hotels from where we were staying to this one strictly for the pool. A pool that was visibly filthy from just driving past it. When we actually walked inti the area we were greeted with thick layers of algae & scum along the walls. I had to tell my daughter not to swallow any of it & just kept telling myself a lake was filthier. That’s not the worst of it though. We heard this weird chirping overhead that I thought would be a bird but nope, the pool is surrounded by live electrical wires & the sound was coming from the satellite dish. The lowest wires (& there are ALOT of them) were directly over the pool. We never exited a pool so fast. I do not know how they are able to keep that pool open.
