Parking was a nightmare. A hundred dollar deposit for a room with no hot water. This hotel had no elevator. The air-conditioning system was older than myself and I'm 51 . Never staying again.

No key needed in rear entrance of hotel, just pull and the door opens, Ice machine broke, Pool been closed for a long time, Mold in the Bathroom, handprints on shower wall, and when water splashed out of sink when bathing in it the white towels turned brown from the dirt on the floor. a big ball of HAIR was found in the covers. Air condition was good for August except for the musty dog smell that came out. Continental breakfast, was choice of a waffle, no Cereal, had milk, Bread that could be toasted with a jar of peanut butter or plain yogurt (un flavored) Coffee was available, Asked to check in 45 minutes early had drove for 5 hours, literally the parking lot was empty except for 5 cars the entire time I was there. Was advised I had to wait until 3pm. No one would answer the phone was there for a funeral so had to leave the family to find out. Asked for a refund the first day was advised that since I booked through a 3rd party ,HOTEL.com not happening. There are chairs in the parking lot for the night walkers and randoms to hang out. Which they were very friendly when they were laying on the benches out front. Frequently the front desk had a sign up stating that its unattended. Wish I thought to take pictures. Outside it looks like it's not been weedeated this year. Also, windows are busted on second floor seen from the parking area. I feel they can spend some money on upgrades as the carpet in the stairwell was badly stained and just looked gross. My sheets on the bed were pilled and didn't look great. and the shower head definitely needed some cleaning or replacement. The breakfast that was offered was very limited and feel a few more options could be added. The hotel was busy the weekend we stayed as there was a festival in town, but had no issues with parking and the parking lot had plently of lights to allow you to feel safe.

Check in was smooth and friendly, however once arriving in room 120 the smell of musk was very strong. Shower curtain was yellow not white, old hair clips from previous guest highly needs replacing. Tub filled w/water from the shower backed up with globs of hair not telling how long that had been there. Mold around tub edge where the shower wall meets the tub. The main room floor gets wet from humidity in the room you need a slippery when wet sign. Overall needs improving .

The bathtub wasn’t clean upon arrival. There was a ball of hair on top of the drain. The comforter was torn in several places exposing the inside filling. The bathroom towels were so old there were many worn spots almost see through. The washcloths were dirty and dingy looking almost as if they hadn’t been washed. There was only one very small trash can and it was in the bathroom.

It was horrible! Big cockroaches, cereal and bread for breakfast, see through curtains in the room, broken shower head, stained bed linens ( wouldn't let my animal sleep with the pillows), and all around just horrible!

This wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed but it wasn’t great either. Overall the place was worn and dirty but I’ll give them credit that it seemed like they try to keep it up. For me the stains on the sheets were a bit much but it’s not like they weren’t washed they just weren’t washed well or honestly probably need to be replaced. Also the place smelled funny. But would I stay here again? If there were no alternative sure…it’s not like it was unlivable.

On a previous visit about a year ago, we stayed on the 2nd floor and it was fine, average. We have a dog and it was convenient, however this stay was not as pleasant. Sadly the breakfast is barely there - selection and quantity.

Lacked cleanliness. The floors seemed dirty and there was a booger (!!) on the wall beside the bed, so we asked for a different room. The second room was at least better than the first. We also had to ask for clean towels every day as we were told they only clean the rooms every 3 days. Will not be staying there again.

Room 124 the toilet handle needs to be fixed, the shower head, as well as the tub needs to be cleaned with something to get the calcium deposits off. The staff was AMAZING. Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! The breakfast was great, lots of choices and the location is very convenient!

The staff was very courteous. It was conveniently located. They had no soap in the bathroom but I always take my own just in case. The towels were very rough and the bed was extra firm.

It was kept clean around the food area. There wasnt much food. I dont like waffles or pancakes either that was mostly what was there fir hot food. I would suggest sandwiches fir microwave be added for customers and donuts. Goid breakfast gets more customers.of course cleanliness above all.

The bathroom needed to be cleaned from the surface to the clogged drains. One of the washcloths was thread bare - you could completely see through it. The bed was very lumpy and in need of replacing. On a previous visit about a year ago, we stayed on the 2nd floor and it was fine, average. We have a dog and it was convenient, however this stay was not as pleasant. Sadly the breakfast is barely there - selection and quantity.

No key needed in rear entrance of hotel, just pull and the door opens, Ice machine broke, Pool been closed for a long time, Mold in the Bathroom, handprints on shower wall, and when water splashed out of sink when bathing in it the white towels turned brown from the dirt on the floor. a big ball of HAIR was found in the covers. Air condition was good for August except for the musty dog smell that came out. Continental breakfast, was choice of a waffle, no Cereal, had milk, Bread that could be toasted with a jar of peanut butter or plain yogurt (un flavored) Coffee was available, Asked to check in 45 minutes early had drove for 5 hours, literally the parking lot was empty except for 5 cars the entire time I was there. Was advised I had to wait until 3pm. No one would answer the phone was there for a funeral so had to leave the family to find out. Asked for a refund the first day was advised that since I booked through a 3rd party ,HOTEL.com not happening. There are chairs in the parking lot for the night walkers and randoms to hang out. Which they were very friendly when they were laying on the benches out front. Frequently the front desk had a sign up stating that its unattended. Wish I thought to take pictures. Outside it looks like it's not been weedeated this year. Also, windows are busted on second floor seen from the parking area. Hotel looks good from 100 yards. and the front desk area looks like its been remodeled and nothing else. Interesting thats the only pics

My dad and I stayed at the Quality Inn in Rogersville, TN for 3 nights and rented 2 separate rooms. The staff were friendly and process of check-in/check-out went smoothly. I feel they can spend some money on upgrades as the carpet in the stairwell was badly stained and just looked gross. My sheets on the bed were pilled and didn't look great. and the shower head definitely needed some cleaning or replacement. The breakfast that was offered was very limited and feel a few more options could be added. The hotel was busy the weekend we stayed as there was a festival in town, but had no issues with parking and the parking lot had plently of lights to allow you to feel safe.

We had it on high the entire trip and yes it was cool but it stayed damp. My wife suspected mold inside the a/c. The hair dryer also started smoking when she used it. The breakfast was a joke. Basically the only thing they had some fruit and waffles. Very disappointed, to the point we ended up cut our trip by one day, and that was the only good thing: the manager was easy to work with to get a refund for the one day.

The front desk people were great! The stairs were filthy and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time, the room felt dirty, the shower was gross, the floor was sticky and I could not walk barefoot on it without getting my feet dirty. In front of the toilet the floor was gross, the fixtures in the bathroom were broken, making it impossible to turn off the shower for a bath, which I would never have done because the bathtub was dirty, the shower fixture was old and sprayed all over - not relaxing but stinging, and the shower walls were old and stained, the lighting next to the bed didn’t work on one side, the lampshades were broken and ripped, the air conditioner was excessively loud, and the main door did not seal properly, the extra lock was broken and the light from the hallway shown through all the edges of the door, the bathroom door lock was broken and did not lock… and after sleeping badly because the room next to me had their tv on full volume, there was absolutely NO coffee or ANY food in the lobby for me to have a continental breakfast. This was absolutely the worst hotel I’ve EVER stayed at. Very disappointing.

The bathroom shower was awful, the shower head needed replacement the sink had a big gap against the wall, the bathroom fan was super loud, the air conditioner was also super noisy AND they made me pay a $100 deposit when we checked in for damages in the event we broke anything. LOL
