Our experience was disappointing. First, when we checked in and went to our room, it had not been cleaned. We returned to the front desk and the young woman was very pleasant and apologetic and quickly got us a new room. This one was clean, but it had two queen beds instead of the king we had reserved. At this point, we wanted to have somewhere to rest, so it wasn’t worth bringing up. Another concern is that there was an odd smell in the room. Perhaps some strong cleaning product…it was unclear, but it was not pleasant. Additionally, one of the beds was not steady and was not flat enough to sleep on. Finally, the amount of yelling and banging in the hallway throughout the night was unacceptable. I understand that staff has little control over this, but there an individual who was yelling and banging on doors on multiple occasions throughout the night. So far as we could tell, no steps were taken to address the issue. Sadly, we will go out of our way to avoid this property in the future.

Had a good overnight. Feel bad for this family owned place, seems like they are trying, the father was out patrolling the parking lot, Looking like they are in the middle of renovations.

We booked 2 rooms and boy were they rough. My bed, if I sat wrong, the mattress came up on the other side and made me almost fall off. Towels- rough and very dingy. I asked for towels for my room 2 times on the same day, never got any. The rooms were never tidied, the dirty towels were never removed from the rooms, the garbage either, and the staff barely spoke any English, so communication was non-existent. Before my mom was out of her room, a guy was entering into it for 'housekeeping' without knocking or anouncing himself. And to top it off, they had the nerve to ask for a tip! Really? For what? Dirty towels, dirty rooms, and zero help even when I asked 3 times! If you are smart, don't even bother.
