An ideal place to stay for couples. Less of a traditional hotel. No restaurant, bar or other facilities but great all the same as plenty of places close by. Comfortable wide bed, great jacuzzi bath and rainwater shower in the corner of the room (toilet in separate room, thankfully 🙂). Highlight as lots of others have said, was definitely the included breakfast, whereby you order whatever you want via the iPad the night before and it then arrives at your room and is laid out beautifully at a time of your choosing. Location was great too. In an area, close to lots of luxury shops. Near the Spanish Steps (a bit overrated), about 20 mins walk from the Colosseum and about 35 mins from the Vatican. Ideal place to stay whether you want a lazy, few days sleeping in or as a base for seeing the city, as we used it. Wouldn’t you recommend for families or non-couples. It’s definitely a couples hotel.

No elevator, so we walked many steps (which we like) to the third floor. Circular bed was surprisingly comfortable. Appreciated that the windows could be opened. Location is excellent, 2 minutes from the top of the Spanish Steps. Loved having breakfast in the room and we tried everything on the menu. Shower had great hot water and pressure. It is a busy, loud street and an older building, so bring earplugs for sleep. No TV in room, but WiFi was good. Highly recommend!

Check in was easy and the staff was very helpful. The room was fun and clean. The first room had a great jacuzzi with the shower it and round bed. The air conditioning was terrible so we were offered a different room. This room had a king bed and regular tub. A shower in a separate room. The air conditioner was terrible. We were sweating all night. And the internet is terrible.

Firstly, the room was never really cleaned. The bed is uncomfortable and the sheets stained. The bathroom fixtures were filthy and the floors were always sticky. Also did not realize the nature of the hotel upon booking. If it wasn’t for the non-refundable booking I would’ve canceled and stayed elsewhere. The staff was nice enough but the hotel needs some serious cleaning.

Stayed here for our anniversary. Our first room had so many things wrong with it that it really ruined the experience. The fridge didn't cool, the outlets on the bed didn't work, the tub jets flew off releasing debris into our bath, and the pipes sent a raw sewage smell into our room. We got moved into a different room the next day, but the staff wouldn't do anything else for us.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The selection of soaps, etc. were also very nice. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, as well. It’s also very close to a metro station, which was helpful. Just be prepared for a LOT of stairs.

Péssima se trata de um elogio. Suja em más condições de conservação. O 1º quarto que nos colocaram era extremamente pequeno, cabelos nos lençóis e chão, bolor no banheiro, paredes sujas . Trocamos 4º vezes de quarto, todos nas mesmas condições. E não se trata de um hotel e sim motel, inclusive com objetos de sex shopping para venda, logo na recepção e ao subir pelas escadas . Não tem elevador, TV, as amenidades ficam em potes, que pra mim não são higiênicos. Ao meu ver o Hotéis.com também está errado, ao não forneceras devidas as informações, até porque a pessoa está pagando, tem o direito de saber, pra escolher que tipo de lugar ficar. Se soubesse, jamais teria pago a fortuna que pagamos pra ficar em um lugar desses, com nenhuma higiene. A atendente Daniela que nos recebeu, foi ríspida, mal educada. Mesmo que nos trocaram de quarto 3ª vezes, nenhum estava de acordo com o mínimo, principalmente no quesito higiene e conservação. Não volto nem se me derem diárias de graça. Quando saio da minha casa, o mínimo, sou eu ficar em um lugar igual, que no caso, a Suíte Sistina é horrível, suja, o banheiro cheirava esgoto. A porta do box danificada, paredes todas com bolor, isso nos 4ª quartos que tivemos, isso mostra que não é eventual. Inclusive acharam ruim de pedirmos o café ( que é no quarto) por não ter ao menos um salão para o mesmo ) e não comermos tudo, não como mesmo, se não gostei .Minha esposa notou ao chegarmos em casa, que sumiu um creme da Dior dela, com dois dias de uso

We were wowed by the room, the location and breakfast could not of been any better and overall we were extremely happy with our stay. However 2 things tainted the holiday, firstly the hotel ordered us a taxi from the airport ( we accepted there offer via WhatsApp to arrange ) and it never arrived! And we lost time but gained €10 because it was €10 more than an Uber! Secondly there was an insect infestation in the shower area in our last day…… reception didn’t seem bothered about either and just sort of made excuses which was a bit disappointing.

The in room jacuzzi was wonderful and the breakfast options were plentiful. Hotel staff were very responsive. There were multiple issues with the door codes not working to the room but staff were quick to respond. The room was enjoyable however it lacked a number of creature comforts such as towel hooks, counter space, and the light switch system was a train-wreck.

Don’t get to check into our room till around 30 mins after the check in time due to it not being ready. The rooms was nice but the ac barley worked , it the middle of summer it made the room extremely uncomfortable. Bought a couple fans that pretty much just circulated hot air. Had the staff check the ac and they said it was working . If you put your hand up to it you could barely feel anything. Ended up booking the remaining days in Tropea and stayed at a BB that was really nice and comfortable. AC might not matter to everyone but being from the states after walking around all day it’s nice to cool off inside and relax.

Its a bait and switch they provide pictures of spacious suites but upon arrival they claim they put you in executive suites Mat & Max which is small. Even promised me my executive room on my last day free of charge since i was supposed to get it instead morning of its under construction! Disappointed! Besides that no other complaints.

The room was clean but not your traditional hotel room, with a private bathroom. The bed was round and it was comfortable. Very limited room for suitcases. The shower is IN the bedroom, as is the bathroom sink, and the walls are thin. We could easily hear our neighbors into the wee hours. The location was ideal for nearby attractions and getting around the city. We booked the hotel based on the variety of unique rooms shown on the website but were underwhelmed when we actually got to our room.

Our stay at Suite Sistina for Brave Lovers was nothing short of amazing! We initially stayed in the Sparkling Room, which was gorgeous – the shower is a true centerpiece, and the bathtub is just as stunning. Unfortunately, the toilet broke and needed major repairs, so we were moved to the Infinity Room, which we loved even more. Both rooms had fantastic features: in-room speakers, a mini bar stocked with many complimentary items and plenty of for-pay alcohol options, and a jacuzzi that fit two people comfortably. The Infinity Room also had super convenient shutter up/down switches above the bed. The air conditioning in the Infinity Room struggled a bit during the hot 30–35°C days, but we messaged the staff via WhatsApp (so convenient!) and they fixed it promptly while we were out. This level of customer service really impressed us – it made our experience effortless and enjoyable. Honestly, the name might sound intimidating, but this hotel is fantastic whether you’re traveling with a partner, solo, or even a friend. We’ve already recommended it to many friends, including one going on their honeymoon soon! We cannot wait to return to Rome and will absolutely be booking here again. I genuinely wish they had locations in every city we travel to – it was that wonderful. We will treasure the memories from this stay forever.

Don't be afraid of the name for brave lovers! It's an interesting suite. We stayed for 4 nights in early October 2023. The location was amazing just steps from the top of the Spanish Steps in an area of 2 high end hotels with a taxi stop steps away for ease to further locations in Rome. Just down the Spanish Steps is high end shopping straight ahead. The room was fun with jacuzzi and round bed. AC worked well and the room was clean and stocked with items in the mini bar and fridge. There was some construction going on in the morning but it's quiet in the room. Breakfast was very nice with a huge selection to choose from and it's delivered to your room. The one problem we had was time of breakfast delivery. You select what time you would like and it was late 30 - 40 minutes every day but 1 of the 4 days. This wouldn't normally be a problem but the room we were in had glass everywhere. (The other drawback) using the bathroom had a glass front door and glass shower visible from everywhere in the room. The glass shower is a fun touch but you can't be using the bathroom or showering when you're waiting for breakfast because it's delivered into the room. Also if you have tours planned you're waiting to get showered and eat to get to tours on time. Would have liked a non see through bathroom door, glass shower is fine, just sometimes you prefer some privacy. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. If you don't mind the lack of privacy it's a fun place to stay in Rome

Close to the Spanish Steps and walkable to lots of restaurants and shopping. We were able to walk to the vatican in ~30 minutes. Staff was easy to talk to through WhatsApp. There was poor network in our room which made things difficult. The shower often leaked onto the floor.

Our stay was absolutely lovely. The surrounding area is perfect for tourism and sightseeing (the Spanish Steps are literally at the end of the road); the facilities in our room were great and staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our jacuzzi which was resolved immediately, as soon as I reached out to the hotel staff. The staff were also willing to support us with answering our never-ending questions about Rome and our room was cleaned and restocked every single day. We tried the Sweet & Salty breakfast which was delivered to our room and set out beautifully on the table. Great range of breakfast items and very filling. The room has a minibar, a coffee machine, snacks, hairdryer, wash products, iPad, everything you could ever need. The jacuzzi (definitely the main character) is an absolute dream after walking thousands of steps around Rome! The area is fantastic - there’s plenty of shopping and dining options as soon as you step outside. We particularly enjoyed and frequented Novecento Caffeteria which is a 3 minute walk away. Be ware that the hotel is on a steep-ish hill, however, all of Rome is either on a hill or steps! We used a lot of itTaxi’s and Ubers if we were out and about further from the area or had a lot bags. The hotel staff assisted us with taking our suitcase to our room ready for us for when we checked-in, as we arrived early and dropped off our baggage before exploring the area.

Some of the staff were quite rude and kept asking if it was our last day despite just getting there, one of the staff rolled their eyes and head at my fiancee when she didnt understand what the staff member said. Really enjoyed this property until halfway through our stay. Breakfast was delivered to our room and a staff member stole a ring off our nightstand. There was no one else in the room and we really didn’t want to accuse someone but unless a ghost snuck in it was definitely the staff. We reported it immediately and they asked to “give them some time.” We waited for two more hours in our hotel room until housekeeping arrived to try to help us find the ring that was obviously gone. Then we got to watch as housekeeping called the kitchen staff manager and she proceeded to enter our room, not speak to myself or my partner directly, and start arguing in front of us. The kitchen apparently was trying to blame the housekeeping staff although housekeeping hadn’t been in our room since the ring went missing. One of the most awkward and disappointing situations I’ve ever experienced in all my years of traveling. Front desk employees arrived and basically told us that the employee had already left for the day and they couldn’t do anything about it. “Our word against hers.” Sad that this had to happen but they offered us no help and no compensation after literally five hours of nonsense. Had I not already pre-paid for the last two days we would have immediately left. We went the last two days without having any staff members in our room (by request) which also hindered our stay. Word of advice: Watch your belongings at all times, even when they are delivering your breakfast. Not safe

This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The property was exceptionally clean and felt newly updated. The staff delivered outstanding service, and the manager went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Breakfast in bed was excellent and added a special touch. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The selection of soaps, etc. were also very nice. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, as well. It’s also very close to a metro station, which was helpful. Just be prepared for a LOT of stairs.

The location is great, so close to the spanish steps and many shopping and dining options within walking distance. It is a very clean and quiet hotel that provides a daily breakfast of your choice directly to your room. Hotel staff is very friendly and helps you set up transportation to and from airport if you need it. The room is cleaned daily after 12 noon so you don't feel like you have to rush out if you sleep in one day. I would definitely recommend suite sistina for brave lovers and would stay here again.

This property is probably for newlyweds. It's a 5 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and 2 minutes to the top of the Spanish Steps. The price was reasonable and the property was clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent for breakfast in the room and for ordering cabs. Would recommend. Ignore the name and silly stripper pole/sex swing gimmick. It's just a cute hotel in a good location.

This is like staying in a spa. Wonderful shower and tub! Great soaps and lotions. Bed was great. First time ever in a round bed, and I loved it. Great spa music playing in your room if you want it. The breakfast and service were fantastic. There was no lift, so be aware if you have an upper floor. Staff was very helpful. We will be back!

It is an excellent hotel with a fantastic location located in the city center. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. The hotel is a few steps away from Spanish Steps and a few minutes walk from Trevi Fountain. The breakfast was delicious, and there was so much to choose from.

We had the most amazing stay! The staff was amazing and they were so welcoming. The location was right in the center and we could walk to all tourist attractions. The breakfast was delicious every day and we loved relaxing in the jacuzzi after a long day of walking.

The location was amazing just steps from the top of the Spanish Steps in an area of 2 high end hotels with a taxi stop steps away for ease to further locations in Rome. Just down the Spanish Steps is high end shopping straight ahead. The room was fun with jacuzzi and round bed. AC worked well and the room was clean and stocked with items in the mini bar and fridge. There was some construction going on in the morning but it's quiet in the room. Breakfast was very nice with a huge selection to choose from and it's delivered to your room. The one problem we had was time of breakfast delivery. You select what time you would like and it was late 30 - 40 minutes every day but 1 of the 4 days. This wouldn't normally be a problem but the room we were in had glass everywhere. (The other drawback) using the bathroom had a glass front door and glass shower visible from everywhere in the room. The glass shower is a fun touch but you can't be using the bathroom or showering when you're waiting for breakfast because it's delivered into the room. Also if you have tours planned you're waiting to get showered and eat to get to tours on time. Would have liked a non see through bathroom door, glass shower is fine, just sometimes you prefer some privacy. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. If you don't mind the lack of privacy it's a fun place to stay in Rome

This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The property was exceptionally clean and felt newly updated. The staff delivered outstanding service, and the manager went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Breakfast in bed was excellent and added a special touch. Overall, the combination of a great location, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional hospitality made this stay outstanding.

Hadde et veldig fint opphold! Romantisk rom med fin belysning, boblebad ved senga og romantisk. Passer for par som vil se mye til hverandre. En del støy fra gaten utenfor, men ingen lyd mellom rommene. Veldig behjelpelige ansatte

What an awesome place for a couple still very much in love. Close to everything, all the amenities you can imagine and a wonderful attentive staff. Recommend to all. Would definitely stay again.

Overall very good experience. This was a honeymoon trip and Suites Sistina is a very “romantic” hotel with lots of cool sexy ambience, almost to the point of it being a little kitschy but I think that is the vibe they are going for. We had one of the executive suites but not the exact one I had been hoping for based on the pictures. Apparently there are a few different Executive Suites and you get them based on availability so you may not get the exact one you fall in love with in the pictures. The showers and hot tub were very nice. The toilet seat was very loose. I also mentioned to them when checking in that we were on honeymoon and they really didn’t do anything for it aside from send me some add on options. A bottle of wine or something in the room would have been nice for the occasion. I consider that a bit of a fail. Our stay was wonderful The staff was amazing The breakfast OMG!! Only negative no elevator and we weee on the 4th floor which in Italy is like 8 sets of stairs It was rough after a long day in Rome. We will request a lower floor in the future but we will be back
