The room was fine. We stayed one week. I initially communication was great until we were asked to provide our passports Once they realzed I was black communication was not the same. When we arrived they were pleasant but not like they were with other non black cistomers. This was the tine for the entire trip to say the least. The room is in a good location. We were on the very top floor. Elevator was super tiny only fit two peopjle taht weigh about 140 each so be prepared to walk up stteep stairs. The rooms w we re decent. Location was food and they were responsive to questions during our stay.. the housekeeper was lovely. Our roo. Was cleaned daily. Lots of shopping and transpoyation nearby.

Location, location, location. This property was located on a small, quaint street. When you think of Europe you picture a street like this. While it was a small street, it was an easy walk to most of the major attractions in Rome - we walked to the Vatican and to the Spanish Steps and saw everything in between. The restaurant scene in the area was awesome and we were only 3 blocks away from Piazza Navonna. I recommend eating at Da Torino around the corner from HiSuite. The staff was top notch and helped us book transfers from the airport and then to our cruise. Only drawback is there is no elevator if you are on the 2nd floor. Very small item that is outweighed by their location. I highly recommend this place.

We highly recommend HiSuiteROME. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The suite was very clean and well appointed with excellent air conditioning and wifi. The neighborhood is lovely. There is a restaurant next door, FICO, for coffee and the staff there are also friendly and helpful. There is an elevator for guest use which is helpful for luggage. The hotel location is highly walkable to many attractions and there are many restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. We had an excellent experience.

Very nice, spacious apartment in a great area of Rome. Close to Piazza Navona, and walking distance from Castel Angelo, the Vatican, and the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, and the Trevi Fountain. Fun to be around the vibe of the Piazza Navona. Propietors are very gracious and very helpful. Were responsive to any and all issues, and were happy to help with any of your plans. This is not a full service hotel, but our hosts made sure all our needs were taken care of. Laura was a gem. I would go back.

Great centralized location. Our room was on two levels. A bedroom and bathroom upstairs and a comfortable sofa bed, bathroom, and little kitchen downstairs. In a cute apartment building. Easy check in if you let them know approximate arrival time . Dozens of cafes, restaurants, shops right outside the door and in surrounding streets. We walked everywhere from the hotel: Piazza Navona, Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain; Galleria Borghese, Colosseum, etc. Churches galore.

Staying in a 600 year alter/apartment could not have been better. Full and beautifully renovated with contemporary design and large rooms it had everything we needed. The neighborhood and its restaurants and shops were very friendly and after three nights of dining, drinking great wine and then cappuccinos in the morning you feel like you know the locals and are let of the hood. The hosts were extremely communicative and responsive to our needs. We are a family of four with two teenage boys and they had a room downstairs where kitchen and one full bath sleeping on a beautifully designed and comfortable convertible couch that was easily “put away” during the day and served as a nice living room were and we were upstairs with our own BEAUTIFUL full bath and foam mattress bed. The best part was the separation we had from them!

We enjoyed this property a lot! Lots of space. Only problem was the windy stairs up to bedroom with suitcases. Great area!!! Wonderful restaurants and very walkable to everything!

I seldom give reviews but we are so happy with our stay that it deserves to be recognized. We are a family of 5, all adults. We stayed at apartment 16A, it was spacious enough and had everything we need, microwave included and 2 newly renovated clean bathrooms, the basement shower did not have a door which we did not mind, but had a separate toilet with a door and exhaust fan which was great. The main floor had a double sofa bed. The bedroom upstairs had a separate bathroom. We were ok that it did not have doors to separate rooms because it’s in different levels. They have provided a patio seating we can use in case we wanted to sit outside for dining as Italians do. It has a full functional kitchen as described online, which is always a plus. I liked how warmly we were welcomed, Giulia gave us enough information on restaurants, map out places, so it was easy to navigate where we want to go. It was easy to request for things you need via whatsapp chat as they are not onsite 24/7. We met Mike too who was so helpful when we needed more coffee, the espresso/coffee maker was a must need we look for when looking for hotels,although there is also a nearby restaurant you can get good coffee and breakfast. This property deserves a 10/10 in all aspects. Will definitely stay here and recommend to family amd friend!

We stayed in October 2024, two adults and one 12 year old in a one bedroom apartment - one private bedroom with full bath upstairs and a pull out couch with a full bath downstairs. Since it was a week in Rome, this was a wonderful way to spend it - instead of being in a cramped hotel room this was a real apartment. Very clean. The cleanliness of bathrooms is key for us and they both looked very new and clean. There is no daily maid service (but you can pay for it if you want). They did refresh the towels and empty the waste baskets a couple of times, which was all we needed. If you need an ironing board, just ask for it. (I should have asked for a microwave but didn't realize I could have, this is my own fault because there is a notice in the room states that all you have to do is ask.) The kitchen is fine for keeping leftovers and heating them up the next day. There will be noise at night, but I would say it is typical of any busy area in any city in the world. The location can't be beat - a charming cobblestone street with great restaurants nearby, walkable to just about any neighborhood in the city you would want to visit. The people at the desk were always very friendly and helpful. Hi Suite is a total win! I will recommend this place to anyone staying in Rome. ps Do yourself a favor and get out of the city for a day if you have time, we had a great beach day at Anzio.

There is no parking spot. Room is big but a little bit old. WiFi doesn’t work very well. Upstairs hot water doesn’t work all the time. Basement room is a little bit wet and smelly. Cleaning requires additional fee. But the location is good and convenient. You can go to anywhere by walking.

Great location but it’s very loud at night. Only 1 window per floor so it’s dark with limited lighting. Basement / lower level smells musty too.

Great location. Good size room. There is no daily cleaning or new towel delivery. You keep what you started out with for the entire stay. We paid $60.00 per night for two extra people but received nothing extra with this fee. There was no extra cleaning required because there was no daily cleaning service. No towels were ever cleaned our entire three night stay and no additional amenities were offered for the extra fee. Not sure I would have selected this location if I had j own the full price of the stay.

We just finished our 8th trip to Rome over the past 26 years (we love it enough to want to return every few years), and this property was ideal for what we needed. The location is really ideal if you want a place that is fairly easy to walk to many of the common areas visitors to Rome tend to want to go to. It was clean. The staff were very helpful.as with most apartments in Europe, things tend to be smaller than in the US, but everything worked and we enjoyed our visit. I liked it enough that I would return and stay here again, and I would recommend it to those who want less of a hotel experience and more of an apartment experience while staying in Rome.

Giulia was amazing! We arrived to Rome later than office hours due to flight delays and she was in contact with us making sure we have an after hour access to the property. Code entry made it much more convenient than traditional key. They made sure the place is clean and towels are exchanged while we were out sightseeing. Very responsive to every questions we had as well. Laura was amazing as well. She gave us a lot of tips and lots of do’s and not to do’s. If we travel to Rome again, we will definitely stay there.

Fun to be around the vibe of the Piazza Navona. Propietors are very gracious and very helpful. Were responsive to any and all issues, and were happy to help with any of your plans. This is not a full service hotel, but our hosts made sure all our needs were taken care of. Laura was a gem. I would go back.

Great centralized location. Our room was on two levels. A bedroom and bathroom upstairs and a comfortable sofa bed, bathroom, and little kitchen downstairs. In a cute apartment building. Easy check in if you let them know approximate arrival time . Dozens of cafes, restaurants, shops right outside the door and in surrounding streets. We walked everywhere from the hotel: Piazza Navona, Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain; Galleria Borghese, Colosseum, etc. Churches galore.

There is no parking spot. Room is big but a little bit old. WiFi doesn’t work very well. Upstairs hot water doesn’t work all the time. Basement room is a little bit wet and smelly. Cleaning requires additional fee. But the location is good and convenient. You can go to anywhere by walking.

We enjoyed this property a lot! Lots of space. Only problem was the windy stairs up to bedroom with suitcases. Great area!!! Wonderful restaurants and very walkable to everything!

Bathrooms were very disappointing. Downstairs shower had no privacy which may be fine if only 1 person but definitely was not good for my three teens. Shower upstairs was so tiny could barely turn around.

We wish we could rate it 4.7. We loved our experience with Laura and Mike. They were very helpful and easy going. We were right above a restaurant so at night closing windows were necessary as we sleep by 11. The neighborhood is alive and fun with shopping, eating, galleries all nearby. We had a great experience and hope to go back.

We loved the position where the apartment was located it was central to most sites. There were lovely restaurants around us as well. The hostess was wonderful recommending places to eat and see. We landed up booking an extra night. Only negative is that it is a bit noisy late at night and early hours when the restaurants close up and clean up, but I think it is because the apartment we stayed in was situated on the side closest to restaurants. I will stay here again but opt for a different apartment

What a great place to stay for our 3 nights in Rome. Mike was an amazing host and i can't say enough good things about his service. Great restaurant recommendations and advice to avoid tourist trap places, tips with taxi cabs, and to watch out for pick pockets, etc. We arrived from Canada with missing luggage... he loaned us adapter so we could keep our devices charged. The suite was great and in the heart of Rome, yet not in the really congested areas. I would say a prefect location. Air conditioning worked great and nice to get back to room after some of our long walks in 39 degree heat. Beds were comfortable and nice having room with queen bed upstairs separate from mainfloor that had a comfortable pull out sofa bed. Suite had fridge and was stocked with dishes including wine glasses. Next time in Rome i will definitely stay here again. Magnificent!

We had an excellent stay. Guilia and the HiSuiteROME team were accommodating and very friendly. We enjoyed the setup of the room with the main bed on the top floor and a sofa bed downstairs. The location is a convenient walk to a lot of great restaurants and most of the attractions. It is an especially great option if traveling with children. We would definitely return on another trip.

Second the area is very safe and surprisingly quiet at night, even though there are lot of restaurants nearby. Third Laura and the team are super accommodating. They offered airport/cruise terminal transportation service. They also allowed us to check out at a later time. Last but not the least, the AC unit in the room was better than many 4-star hotels.

Excellent, Clean location. Close to site seeing. Many restaurants to choose from. Everything was within walking distance. Make sure no heels. Giulia was fantastic. She arranged our transportation to and from Hi Suite Rome. Mike was our original contact who made sure we had all we needed before arriving. We would definitely book here again. Michael at HiSuite was extremely extremely helpful after our terrible experience from a previous hotel that had forced us to move hotels in the middle of the vacation. The stays are individual "townhouse" like stays. The place was clean & close to the center of town with tons of restaurants, shops & sightseeing sights around the space. The bathrooms are the only thing that can use some updating. It's small but it works fine. Michael who stayed passed 6pm to actually check us in was EXTREMELY helpful. We were exhausted from mvoing from one place to another; and he helped bring our luggage in, made sure our access code worked well, recommended several restaurants to us (which were delicious) & when we checked out - helped stored our bags for a few hours. If you're looking for apartment hotels to stay at in Rome; HiSuite is the place to be.

This hotel was beautifully decorated, clean, and in a wonderful location. A 4 minute walk from the river, 4 min walk from shops. Many good restaurants to choose from especially the one by Brama 2 - Antica Taverna. Laura and the staff were helpful with directions and recommendations.

We highly recommend HiSuiteROME. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The suite was very clean and well appointed with excellent air conditioning and wifi. The neighborhood is lovely. There is a restaurant next door, FICO, for coffee and the staff there are also friendly and helpful. There is an elevator for guest use which is helpful for luggage. The hotel location is highly walkable to many attractions and there are many restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. We had an excellent experience.

The location was excellent - within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and major attractions, and conveniently close to a taxi stand. The apartment was spacious for four people, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated. The hosting team connected us with a local travel agent who arranged private city tours and made dinner reservations at fantastic restaurants. We truly had a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay here! The rooms are clean and well equipped and while not big, held 4 people comfortably. The location is great- a small quiet street super close to piazza Navona with access to everything. Communication was great and the staff were super friendly and helpful. One thing to take into account is that at least some rooms have quite a few stairs inside (in addition to the ones you need to climb at the entrance), so consider that if you have mobility issues. Highly recommended!

After a stressful travel day (lost luggage), we arrived at HiSuiteRome to a very friendly staff (Mike and Julia). They welcomed us, gave us a tour of our apartment and many helpful tips for our stay. The location is fantastic, walking distance to attractions, shops, restaurants and (of course) gelato. The WhatsApp chat was monitored closing with very timely responses and assistance. Staying with HiSuiteRome will be the first thing on our must do list for future visits!
