Parking lot desperately need to be repaved

Hotel was under renovation and the room was very worn. There was a hot water heater in the parking lot. The Waffle House in front of the property was closed, with what looked to be police tape strung across the entrance. The bright spot was waking up with all of my organs intact.

Thank you to Amy at front desk for being on point with my reservations. The housekeepers are extremely polite! I was impressed with the upgraded rooms and FINALLY had a working open pool to enjoy with my son. Really great experience and easy check in!

For the cost of this motel, I was extremely disappointed. The front lobby was closed off, there was no breakfast, and no working ice machine. The room was not nice and in poor condition. The chair in the room was dirty and stained, two out of three lamps had no light bulbs in them, the night stand was missing its handle, there was no clock or phone in the room, the shower was not in nice condition, there was no holder for the toilet paper, and the only hand towel in the bathroom was dirty with stuff on it. In addition to all that, the security lights on the posts by each room door, shined right into the room window at night. There was no blackout curtain. Only a thin sheer curtain that allowed a ton of light in at night. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

There was absolutely no quality in this venue. Smoke detector was torn off wall. Outlets had no covers and/or didnt work. Remote unusable. Things were filthy. Staircase was rotting and rusted in places. Breakfast was non-existant: pancakes or waffles, watery coffee, orange juice was brown, we were warned away from it by another customer. ETC

I chose this place because of its location for what I wanted to be closer to and it's price of less than $100 a night. Mistake. I booked a kid room and asked for a 1st floor. 6 weeks before the booking date. Go to check in the lady at the desk says you have a double Queen of the 2 floor. I said no I booked a king. She says OK. Then I asked about the 1st floor. We are sold out. Requested 6 weeks ago seriously. Ok. So I go to my room up the rusty busted steps past the strong smell Marijuana coming from a few people sitting outside there room drinking. Open my door to a double Queen. Not a king! Non smoking but smelled like at some point it was a smoking room. Asked the desk about the room again. That's all we have available..... what's the point of making a reservation ? Ok leftovers still in refrigerator. Used Press on nails laying in the floor. 1 towel. 1 wash cloth. No matter if it's a single or double room. Who only puts 1 towel in the room? 1 cup for using for coffee or rinsing when brushing your teeth. The bed did seem clean and I didn't notice any bugs in the room anywhere so that's good at least. Free Internet that kept kicking me off was not fun. I wasn't going to use the pool anyway but I did look at it. No chairs or anything around the pool area and the water was nothing I would have gotten in anyway. It's June so I'm sure some people would have liked to. I didn't waste my time checking out anything else about the property. Nope!

I didn;t like the rooms were reivent during stay.. The fire alarm was broke , Something was sticking out from the bed on the matteress. My niece hurt her leg. The lightning was offer outside the building.

Though we werd told the property was under construction, i didn't see any evidence that it was. The pool, though unseasonal to use was filled with filthy green water and trash. The area around it was in horrible condition with broken flower pots/beds. The dining area was closed which was not communicated to us at any time during our stay. We checked in Saturday night and didn't see a housekeeper until Tuesday. Though our room was clean, the mirror in the bathroom showed someone had written on it which appeared after taking a shower and the mirror got steamed up. Our curtain was inadequate to block out the lights at night which made it appear like daytime, even at 2 AM.

Terrible, if your going to be open during “renovations” the price should be reduced from normal rates. The toilet seat was broken TV didn’t walk and the room phone was just for decoration. I do not recommend.

Dont like the parking lot have big holds and the pool dont have furniture for relaxing inside the room dont have comfoters on the bed the curtains are lighted not have cleaner napkins.and dont jave pencil for a note. Or a some paper for writing notes. Many others little details

Horrible experience could not stay. Room full of roaches, mold on bathroom from wall to wall, broken furniture, hanging cables, stIned walls and door. Looked like vomit. Never seen anything like this before. Front desk could not help or change room. Refused to provide refund

s the worst hotel I have stayed at in my entire life. Dirty, broken down, no service, no phone, no towels in the room and I am pretty sure there were bed bugs. I can’t believe Expedia would include a place like this in their options.

Tears in sheets and pieces of hair in bed. Microwave didn’t work. Breakfast is nothing but a waffle maker and cereal.

We checked in, as we went to our room there was water dripping down on the stairs, as we opened the door to our room it smelled and looked old. We turned around, dropped the keys off and asked for a refund. They said since we got the room through Expedia we would have to ask them for the refund. We booked a room through Expedia at a La Quinta Inn for that night instead.

It was dirty the carpet wasn’t vacuumed properly and dust everywhere

Dirty,not cleaned, no towels, 1 channel on tv that worked, Poor service. Worst ever

The only plus is proximity to Road Atlanta. Dirty washcloth in the shower, bed is a box spring on a platform, dirty, smelly, climate control is noisy, I had a do not disturb sign out and they still made up my room, will not stay again

I had roaches crawling out of my sink and broken appliances in the whole room. Lamp didn’t work. I gave this place a second chance because my 1 room was dingy but I had faith with a 2 bed. Was mistaken, not staff in lobby fault but cleanliness and pest control can be improved

We took this property because it had a 4.7 rating on Orbitz. it’s much much lower than that. It’s almost like the property had been sold in the new owners just didn’t care. The room has no chair table. It does have a desk with a chair at the desk, but the only place to sit other than that one chair is the bed. The shower had conditioner, but no shampoo. There were no Kleenexes there was a half a roll of toilet paper and no extra rolls. I went down and got more toilet paper and asked for tissues. They said they didn’t have any and they gave us paper towels. The breakfast is terrible. There’s a toaster but no bread we made waffles on a waffle machine, but the batter was so liquid that they came out thin crispy, but no taste. Plus, there was no butter to put on the waffle there was syrup though. Hole in all I would highly recommend you do not stay at this property.

Nothing. Awful. Curtain fell down. No toilet paper. Dirty floor. TV did not work. AC limited cooling. No hand holds in the shower. Couch broken. Only one towel. No cups. Toilet seat broken.

Upon arrival I was given a room that one I opened the door I was met with the cheep of the smoke alarm which had no battery in it, walked to the office to get one & she stated she would change my room. Room 2 upon entry was almost knocked over by the stomach of cigarette smoke & the safety latch had been broken off. So on to room #3 & all I can say is Thank GOD I only stayed 1 night & when I got in the shower there was NOTHING but Ice cold water even after it ran for 10 minutes. I’m pretty sure there was a bullet hole in the wall. “Nightstand” leg was held together by tape wrapped around it several times.

The property was convient for the reason we were here my only complaint is that the TV didn't work staff was very nice and the rooms were very clean I would definitely stay here again .

The room had a smell possibly old carpet smell had to buy candles. My t.v and microwave and fridge did not work and there was no phone to contact the desk or a number to call the desk!

I love that it's close to the Hospital. It's convenient when I'm on call. It's quite and the staff is friendly. My room is always clean.

Quality Inn as a whole is a great place to stay.. The only reason i gave it a 2 was because of Expedia. I made the reservation through Expedia for this location. I arrive at the location only to find out there is no reservation for me. I had the correct address that was listed on my reservation. I spent over an hour on the phone communicating with Expedia in the hotel lobby trying to track my reservation. They kept telling me that MJ and Jenna at the front desk had my reservation. Maria was at the front desk. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA, IT IS NOT THE ACCURATE LOCATION!!! I was at the Mundy Mill location as listed and there was no MJ, no Jenna, and NO reservation! I ended up having to pay out of pocket to ensure a place to stay! I still have not heard from Expedia since Sunday about my refund. As for the hotel itself goes, I stay here every weekend and have enjoyed my stay each time. Maria is very kind and housekeeping does a phenomenal job maintaining the rooms.

Room was clean however the place was not what was advertised on the site no place to sit but on bed cereal and waffle was all the breakfast offered waffle didn't cook through for 2 people we had one set of towels when asked for more told they would bring them and never got more towels Overall small things that added up

Did not stay because we could not check in till 3:00 My son getting married at 4:00 and the front desk no help. Found different place to stay and would like a full refund

Staff was so friendly. She saw me coming and had my check in done when I walked in. That made my day😀.

Courtesy staff, great location, great price

Lots of people sitting outside talking loud and smoking weed. We left immediately and canceled our stay.

Some occupants are quite scary. The quality of the Breakfast is left to desired.

First of all, she said the room was a none smoking room when we checked in, we smelt smoke all night. We did not have any breakfast, as the internet said we would, when we ask her she said( no breakfast) . They were no phone service so no wake up calls. Two lamps, only one bulb in one lamp the other one had none in it. No cups, creamer, or sugar, only coffee packs and a coffee pot. No Kleenex in the empty box left in the holder. Only two towels, no washcloths and one hand towel. No shampoo for shower, they really didn't care if we stayed or not, and they had planty Of time to of properly maintain the room and supply it before we arrived on Friday night around 10:30 pm I would rate this expensive, not worth the money night a 1 star, we are saddened by The results we got. If we were property took care fore, it would of been worth the money, but instead we were lied too about the smoking, cheated on supplies and bluntly told no about breakfast and they did not have a place to even go to eat if they did have it We will not ever stay in your motels again because of all of this, you can ignore me, but what about everyone else that stays after us can you ignore them too?

No eggs offered for breakfast, only cereal, breads and waffles… no protein

Outside area unsightly. Coffee maker with no coffee or no cups of any kind. Advertised breakfast, did not happen. Office area and breakfast area still locked down. I bought insurance on a bust of a stay. Never again!
