This hotel is well worth the trip. Gorgeous views and a spa feel to the whole place. The rooms are modern and spacious. Good selection of high quality food for breakfasts. A convenient shuttle to and from take us to Sorrento (on their schedule) and the staff was always eager to help. I loved the infinity pool that overlooked the sea and and sunsets.

This hotel was incredible! I have traveled a lot before and this place was top notch. The service was incredible. There are only 15 rooms there so the front desk is very attentive. They booked all of our dinner reservations for us, booked us a boat tour, and we even got free aperol spritz upon arrival. It was a pleasant surprise to learn that they also give free shuttles to and from downtown sorrento. It’s totally worth it to stay here and a little out of the city to enjoy the stunning view and pool amenities! 10/10 recommend this place.

Our stay at Relais Blu was absolutely unforgettable. The location is breathtaking, with panoramic views of the sea and Capri that feel almost unreal. The service was truly outstanding — professional, warm, and personal. A special mention goes to the amazing gentleman at the reception, whose kindness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality made our stay even more memorable. Mr. Antonino, you should definitely give him a raise — he represents the spirit of Relais Blu perfectly. The entire team in the bar and restaurant was also fantastic — attentive, friendly, and clearly proud of what they do. Every meal was a highlight, both in taste and presentation. Relais Blu combines luxury, comfort, and heartfelt service in the best possible way.

We loved the Relais Blu. I have wanted to stay there ever since I saw The Trip to Italy 10 years ago. The views from the hotel to Capri and the coastline are fabulous and the hotel decor is beautiful. Our room (luxury double) was very spacious and quiet. The food in the bistro restaurant was exceptional. All the staff were helpful and spoke excellent English (way better than my very poor Italian). We stayed for four nights and loved every minute. We would highly recommend a stay here.

We had a magnificent stay at Relais Blu. Everything about it was amazing from the room, to the restaurant, to the gorgeous infinity pool. But if I had to pick a highlight it would be the staff, who were so welcoming from the moment we walked in. Any request made was not too inconvenient and instantly attended to. If you don’t have a car,just be aware that it is a little inconvenient as it is about 30min by car from Sorrento, but the hotel can organise transfers to Naples or Sorrento (at set rates). Otherwise, the hotel is an amazing place to stay and relax, with some shuttles that will pick you for various activities. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Our room was spacious, clean and towels etc were changed twice each day. The balcony had an amazing view of Capri. The staff were incredibly attentive and really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, they even provided a wrap for my wife when the weather turned cold one evening. I used the gym each day and whilst the equipment was basic, the gym was quiet and there were adequate weights, mats and running machines. The sauna was also great to go in after the gym. Breakfast each day was great. Very fresh, good selection and again, nothing was too much trouble. My wife is gluten free and they made her bread and cousins fresh each day. Whilst the journey into Sorrento is a 20 minute drive, the hotel offered a free private shuttle that ran regularly. Most times, we had the shuttle to ourselves and we used this service several times. The hotel is incredibly quiet and relaxing and if this is what you are looking for, I would highly recommend Relais Blu. We would definitely stay again.

This place is the deal! The greeting service was amazing with parking valet and curtousy drink and accompanied site visit. The room was clean, spacious and offered a perfect view of Capri Island. The pool was amazing with the same view and bar service. The sunset supper and breakfast are unmatched. The service, presentation, taste and overall experience make this place a must stop! Only negative could be the distance from other Amalfi sites but well worth the trip! We will repeat one day and refer the place to our friends.

Relais Blu is a stunning hotel, the view from the terrace and the pool is breathtaking. The staff are all very welcoming, they are friendly and polite, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is very good, every choice you could wish for, all of a very high standard. The rooms are amazing, very large, all with beautiful views.

Not only does this hotel look amazing with the best views of the coast but the staff goes above and beyond. I have travelled all over the world and there are varying degrees of customer service but this hotel that is family owned is above and beyond. I love the personal touch it them knowing your name and things you like. The turn down service. The smiles and the jokes. It feels like home. They have a Michelin star chef/restaurant but they are far from stuffy. The calm is unparalleled. We will be back for sure one day! Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at Blu Relai Hotel. Tony gave us a professional and warm welcome, which made us feel at ease right away. Bianca was especially kind and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Andrea at reception was also very kind, as were all the staff we met. The hotel itself is comfortable and well-kept, but what truly stood out was the friendliness of the team – and the breakfast, which was excellent! The view from the pool is also stunning. Resort and room were very beautiful. Asian fusion dining was OK but would have preferred a all Italian option for dinner.Breakfast was ok. Location is a bit remote so plan on driving or taxi to town for additional dining options. Resort makes a great location for a day trip by boat to Capri. Tour to Capri was affordable and nice.

This hotel is well worth the trip. Gorgeous views and a spa feel to the whole place. The rooms are modern and spacious. Good selection of high quality food for breakfasts. A convenient shuttle to and from take us to Sorrento (on their schedule) and the staff was always eager to help. I loved the infinity pool that overlooked the sea and and sunsets.

Not only does this hotel look amazing with the best views of the coast but the staff goes above and beyond. I have travelled all over the world and there are varying degrees of customer service but this hotel that is family owned is above and beyond. I love the personal touch it them knowing your name and things you like. The turn down service. The smiles and the jokes. It feels like home. They have a Michelin star chef/restaurant but they are far from stuffy. The calm is unparalleled. We will be back for sure one day! Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at Blu Relai Hotel. Tony gave us a professional and warm welcome, which made us feel at ease right away. Bianca was especially kind and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Andrea at reception was also very kind, as were all the staff we met. The hotel itself is comfortable and well-kept, but what truly stood out was the friendliness of the team – and the breakfast, which was excellent! The view from the pool is also stunning. We’d 100% recommend this place. Thanks again to Bianca and the whole staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

This hotel was incredible! I have traveled a lot before and this place was top notch. The service was incredible. There are only 15 rooms there so the front desk is very attentive. They booked all of our dinner reservations for us, booked us a boat tour, and we even got free aperol spritz upon arrival. It was a pleasant surprise to learn that they also give free shuttles to and from downtown sorrento. It’s totally worth it to stay here and a little out of the city to enjoy the stunning view and pool amenities! 10/10 recommend this place.

Our room was spacious, clean and towels etc were changed twice each day. The balcony had an amazing view of Capri. The staff were incredibly attentive and really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, they even provided a wrap for my wife when the weather turned cold one evening. I used the gym each day and whilst the equipment was basic, the gym was quiet and there were adequate weights, mats and running machines. The sauna was also great to go in after the gym. Breakfast each day was great. Very fresh, good selection and again, nothing was too much trouble. My wife is gluten free and they made her bread and cousins fresh each day. The property is a bit removed from Sorrento, and that is a good thing. It was so peaceful and quiet; the perfect homebase to retreat to after a day of fifhting the crowds on the Amalfi Coast or in Sorrento.

Resort and room were very beautiful. Asian fusion dining was OK but would have preferred a all Italian option for dinner.Breakfast was ok. Location is a bit remote so plan on driving or taxi to town for additional dining options. Resort makes a great location for a day trip by boat to Capri. Tour to Capri was affordable and nice.

We loved the Relais Blu. I have wanted to stay there ever since I saw The Trip to Italy 10 years ago. The views from the hotel to Capri and the coastline are fabulous and the hotel decor is beautiful. Our room (luxury double) was very spacious and quiet. The food in the bistro restaurant was exceptional. All the staff were helpful and spoke excellent English (way better than my very poor Italian). We stayed for four nights and loved every minute. We would highly recommend a stay here.

We had a magnificent stay at Relais Blu. Everything about it was amazing from the room, to the restaurant, to the gorgeous infinity pool. But if I had to pick a highlight it would be the staff, who were so welcoming from the moment we walked in. Any request made was not too inconvenient and instantly attended to. If you don’t have a car,just be aware that it is a little inconvenient as it is about 30min by car from Sorrento, but the hotel can organise transfers to Naples or Sorrento (at set rates). Otherwise, the hotel is an amazing place to stay and relax, with some shuttles that will pick you for various activities. Thank you for a memorable stay!

This place is the deal! The greeting service was amazing with parking valet and curtousy drink and accompanied site visit. The room was clean, spacious and offered a perfect view of Capri Island. The pool was amazing with the same view and bar service. The sunset supper and breakfast are unmatched. The service, presentation, taste and overall experience make this place a must stop! Only negative could be the distance from other Amalfi sites but well worth the trip! We will repeat one day and refer the place to our friends.

A localização, a vista deslumbrante para o mar e para Capri, o conforto das instalações e a qualidade de cada detalhe tornam esse hotel verdadeiramente especial. Mas o que mais nos impressionou foi o atendimento. Uma equipe extremamente atenciosa, educada, prestativa e dedicada, que faz de tudo para proporcionar uma experiência inesquecível. É raro encontrar um nível de hospitalidade tão elevado, em que nos sentimos tão bem acolhidos. Vivemos momentos muito especiais durante nossa estadia, incluindo nosso noivado e o aniversário da minha companheira, e o Relais Blu tornou essas ocasiões ainda mais inesquecíveis. O café da manhã, o restaurante, a tranquilidade e, principalmente, o pôr do sol são espetaculares. Tudo foi impecável, do início ao fim. We stayed here for our ten year wedding anniversary. I sent a few messages ahead of our trip explaining that we’d been here twice before for dinner- 10 years ago after we got married and once after with our son. Despite that we received no special touches be it in our room, or as part of the stay. I was disappointed by that. Bianca was helpful and tried to improve things as I spoke to her and she was great with helping us sort things out. Overall though I was disappointed with the whole experience. Our dishes weren’t cleaned away from our room for two days and the little touches you’d expect were missing for a boutique hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and cannot recommend this hotel enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, understanding, and accommodating. No question was ever too small, and every request was handled with care and a smile. The team consistently went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. We especially loved the evening turndown service, where the staff prepared the room for the night and even closed the curtains, a thoughtful touch we had never experienced before. The view was stunning, the property was exceptionally well kept, and the service was outstanding throughout our stay. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable. We hope to return one day!
