Location is great but challenging. Hotel is on a dead end street; however, pedestrians can walk through a narrow passage. Skadarlija is just down the hill. A great buffet breakfast/brunch/lunch at Šumatovac up the corner of Cetinjska, garden is fine. Staff are extremely helpful. TV has full cable channels for the region with Arena Sports 10 channels. Veneti is own by same people as Public House, 17min walk at Knez Miloš. So, if you are alone and do not mind a tight spiral staircase (elevator is under construction) this is a great deal about 60% of the price of the next level. Republic Square and all the buses (free in Belgrade) are 5 minute walk.

Çalışanlar, sorduğumuz her konuda geri dönüş sağladı; ancak genel tavırları oldukça soğuk ve aşırı kuralcıydı. Özellikle bir soru sorduğumuzda, kuralları hatırlatırken sürekli “polis” vurgusu yapmaları, turist olarak bulunduğumuz bir ülkede bizi rahatsız ve tedirgin hissettirdi. Kurallara uyan kişiler olmamıza rağmen bu yaklaşım fazlasıyla iticiydi. Bu nedenle konaklamamızdan tam anlamıyla memnun kalmadık. Ayrıca çalışanların daha güler yüzlü olmasını beklerdik. Temizlik açısından otel gayet iyiydi. Konumu ise merkeze yakın olup yürüyerek veya toplu taşıma ile kolayca ulaşılabilir durumdaydı. Bu açıdan tercih edilebilir. The staff responded to all of our questions; however, their overall attitude was quite cold and overly strict. In particular, when we asked something, they repeatedly emphasized rules by adding phrases like “police,” which made us feel uncomfortable and uneasy as tourists in a foreign country. Even though we are people who follow rules, this approach was quite off-putting. Therefore, we were not fully satisfied with our stay. We also would have expected the staff to be more friendly. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel was quite good. Its location was close to the city center and easily accessible on foot or by public transportation, which makes it a preferable option in that regard.
