Best Western The Lagoon Hotel

Clean room, very friendly staff and breakfast with large variety. Pool with great view. Rooms reasonally prised.

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Lagoon Hotel. The check-in was easy. I asked for a room on a high floor and I got it. I thought the staff at the hotel was attentive. There are two downsides to the hotel. There are only two elevators for a 12-story hotel. The elevators are slow. There are no clear signs pointing to the stairs. The other thing lacking is good lighting in the rooms. The room is dim. The bathroom mirror lighting is dim and very hard to get a good shave. Yes, I would stay at this hotel again. The views from the room are worth it.

Breakfast was very local and not up to international standard and hand towels were not provided in the toilet and boring music was repeatedly played at breakfast also water in the shower was not hot enough and the hotel just said too many people could not make it hotter

Fijn hotel. Personeel is vriendelijk en doet haar best, mag beter opgeleid worden. Letten bij het ontbijt niet op en snappen niet wat efficiënt werken is. Ontbijt zelf niet smakelijk alles mist smaak. Heel jammer want je krijgt wel een prachtig uitzicht.

This is the best Best Western that we have been to in a long time. The corner sea view room was so nice. The staff were very attentive, kind and helpful.
