Quality Inn University Area

The cost for the room and the quality matched, which was great. Bedding was extremely clean but the bathroom was off (I'm sure it was clean but it was a little sketchy looking). Late night checkins are a little confusing because the lobby is closed but eventually someone noticed me and helped out. Parking is on the property and is free which is a great perk! Overall 8/10.

Unfortunately, the front desk had no change to operate the washer and dryer machines

This was my third year in a row staying here and ive always stayed here for the pool and affordability. I was very disappointed when i pulled up and saw the pool filled in with sand. Really sucks because now i want stay there any more. Also all the websites still have it listed as having a pool.

The staff was nice, but the person who checked us in said that breakfast was from 6a - 10a, but they were putting everything away at 9:30. The lock on our door to enter the room was broken and the lock into the bathroom was also broken. Room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Pictures on the website did not identify that you enter the room from the outside.

This motel is very clean. You can tell that it has been recently updated, but already could use a little work (in the caulking, workmanship, etc.) When booking, I didn't realize that this was a Motel vs a Hotel and wasn't too sure about being on the ground floor on the back side of the hotel with minimum staff on site. Ice machine is outside. Breakfast looked great. Front Desk staff was professional.

Does not have a pool even though it states that the website

Recently renovated, all great for an older-style outdoor-entry motel. Beware though, paper-thin walls!

Very clean, nice pool and super friendly staff. Older facility that has been upgraded. Good free breakfast. Pool small but clean. Will stay again as short drive to university. No complaints at all.

Most disgusting place ever. Filthy, a understatement… beware!!! Sooo gross I got a infection / rash my dr said was from dirty Towels/ sheets. Place should be condemned.. They should pay me back for the days I sling with my husband loss sleep And suffered rash and eye issues.. besides the loud noises - it like staying at the “Bates Motel” Please.. please… never stay here..

The room and bathroom need a deep cleaning. Dirty stains on doors and bathroom walls, the sink in the bathroom was stopped up. Linen, towels and pillows were good. I enjoyed the rate, but won’t return back.

I found many roaches in the bathroom. There was no water and juice available in the evening but no one was preparing until next morning with no excuse.

Room smelled bad. There was mold at the top of the bathroom walls.

WiFi was terrible. Nice room but not 250 bucks a night nice. Had no snacks, drinks, or essentials on sight.

It is close Auburn university, however was not as clean as expected and was noisy. Internet connection is a nightmare.

Everything was excellent with the stay, except for water pressure; the shower was hot but weak. All else was great!

Water would not drain in the shower so you basically had to stand in dirty water as you shower. I checked out early because of this.

Great quiet place to stay near everything in town. Continental breakfast is not the greatest. AC in the rooms can be loud at night. Rooms were clean with a comfortable bed. Shower water pressure is low. Toilets are low to the ground. Would come back for another stay.

The rooms were clean and neat. The hotel was located in a quiet area which allowed for un-interupted sleep. The breakfast available each morning was simple but plenty. Items available included a waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, and bagels and muffins and coffee, juice, teas, etc. The only down side was the water pressure in the shower was a bit low but we were able to take showers. It just took longer with the lower water pressures. Would stay here again.

The room is spacious and comfortable. Bed is amazing. The bathroom is needing a remodeling and pretty small. The door to the room is outside the building and it doesn’t felt sturdy. Staff is very nice and attentive. Breakfast is good and there’s enough space.

Staff was accommodating. I accidentally booked a king, and the staff readily changed me to a double.

Manager was in a bad mood. Kept stating we had no reservation , not using my last name to look up. Gave me wrong key for room, and then he said we had mixed it up (my son, was on same booking, but he got into room. My key said it was for the room allocated, but it wasn`t. Eventually he changed it, but no apology. In the morning, he wouldn`t give us a receipt, so we rolled our eyes, and he virtually chased us out saying we were rude and never to come back!. He was in a bad mood both in the evening and morning

It was convenient to the Interstate. The service was great and they were friendly.

They lost all record of my reservation through expedia. I had to make another reservation at the last minute at a higher rate on my card. There was no o ternet available in my room for all three days. No i ternet ot tv in the entire motel for a full day. Staff was absolutely not helpful

Arrived late at night and all doors were locked with no signs pointing where to go, only until i made my way from right to left checking every door did I find the small check in window. Here someone was standing there waiting like “he’ll find this window eventually…” muttered something that he expected me to hear through the dumb muffly voice hole, but i couldnt make it out so assumed he wanted my ID and Credit Card like every other hotel in the world, as Im pulling them out to give to him he repeats but yells “Name?!” To which I gave him the name and said, “Sorry, i cant hear anything through this window”. Never takes my id or card and sticks a paper out of the slot with quick impatient instructions on the three areas i needed to fill out. Gave it back to him and he game me the room key “drive around back”. Ok, so no: Hi… how are you… Welcome to… thanks for chosing… zero words of human to human interaction. Cool. Got it. Got around to the room and temp was set to 75 and it was HOT. I bumped it down of course so i could sleep without sweating but unfortunately the ac is a model that only has heat, cool, fan, and no “fan on” option. Since its mid january i opted to keep heat mode on so it wasnt 40 when I woke up, but would have been nice to have some fan noise because you can hear EVERYTHING through EVERY WALL. Kept the tv on as long as i could, but it was super bright so couldnt sleep. Guess i could go a day without sleep. No water pressure and shower head was clogged.

The staff was awesome, room was clean, and they let us check in our room early so we could get over to the football stadium!

The rooms are very clean, nice and comfortable. Not the greatest area of town with an empty mall and several other closed businesses nearby but a great value for the money and a clean comfortable hotel room.

Met basic expectations. High-priced but it was game day in Auburn and accommodations were accordingly at a premium. Kudos to the staff for letting me check in early (9:30 a.m.) Mildewy smell that dissipated after a few hours. Mattress.too firm. Only 3 miles from AU campus. Quiet location.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Checking in was quick and easy. The room has all the basic amenities that come with most hotels. The mall is just across the street, there's plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. Overall, a nice establishment.

Great location, friendly staff, clean, convenient location close to mall and movie theater.

Unfortunately behind a closed Red Lobster, so the approach to the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. It’s not anything quality inn can do short of buying the property.

Great hotel to stay as it is back away from the road and thus us quiet. It is well maintained.

Great value! My room was clean and comfortable; the staff was super friendly; breakfast included baked goods, fruit, coffee and juice, and a waffle maker. As someone who needed a hotel for one night on a long road trip, this was perfect for me.

Breakfast is not worth it. Bread and pastries are stale, no hot food options exceot for a waffle maker.

Just what we needed. Breakfast had limited options and coffee was just ok. But bed was comfortable and room was quiet.

Great value for a basic place to sleep. clean and comfy and well located. Night staff (Perry) was very helpful with checking us in and recommending dining options that matched our unusual tastes. Morning continental breakfast was a bit of a disappointment but it's easy to grab coffee and quickie breakfast on the way back to the interstate.

Breakfast was a little light compared to others I have had.

What a great stay everything was perfect till the next day breakfest was anything but that nothing but juice coffee and bread. No eggs bacon or sausage.

The breakfast was extremely limited, with only baked goods, waffles, and cereal. No hot food in the breakfast. Other than that, was a great, clean place.

Breakfast was listed as open until 930 on one website and 10 on another. It was cleared by 9...on Sunday.
