Restaurants mit Speisen und Service gut. Zimmer sauber. Lobby schön ruhig, mit ausreichend Sitzgelegenheit, aber leider mit etwas unterdurchschnittlichem Service, Getränke muss man regelmäßig selbst an der Bar holen, wenn man nicht ewig warten will. We had a fantastic stay at Granada luxury belek. Everything was top notch quality: from the food to the activities. There was never a time where you didn’t have anything to do. The food was varied and very tasty. There was all kinds of meats, vegetables, salads and traditional turkish food. There were so many bars that we didn’t even have to time to try them all!!! The staff was attentive and ready to help, the waiters would always make sure you had everything you needed and the entertainers were very nice to everyone. And don’t get me started on the many pools that were cleaned every evening, they were simply incredible. We absolutely loved the maldives area which was 18+, it was so beautiful and quiet, exactly what you would need to relax!!! What can i say, my family and I had the mos amazing time at this hotel and would absolutely love to come back!!!

Even though the property is very large, the mere size and the number of pools mean it is never overcrowded. The private beach is lovely and the facilities good there. The food selection is good though more on it in the negatives. The number of bars, means you can always find a nice place to sit and have drinks in the evening. The evening entertainment is fairly decent. The water park is not a thrill seekers paradise but it is quite good, with the highlight being the kids slides which will keep the kids busy. The spa is wonderful. The negatives: The staff are not really up to the mark. The service though prompt mostly, the behaviour is rude. There are a few who are nice but quite a few that are not. The food is average at best even though the variety is huge, it is mostly tasteless and repetitive.

Few observations : 1) On day of our check-in, we were enroute and tried to contact the hotel multiple time (english) but we were not able to contact. Call was gettign connected but no response or we had to wait for long time. 2) Many water rides were not operational. We were not informed about this.

Dit is geen 5 sterren hotel. Er is een buffet restaurant voor 4000 mensen, ongeorganiseerd heel chaotisch en je staat 10min minimaal in de rij voor je eten per station. Voordat je kan zitten is het al koud. Ligbedden altijd vol handdoeken worden niet weggehaald. Muziek staat heel hard hele dag door je hebt geen rust. Activiteiten zijn oke, kidsclub is ook oke. Aquapark sluit 2 uurtjes per dag, bij een verblijf van een week mis je 14 uur aan glijbanen. Hier betaal je uiteindelijk voor.

Beautiful property. Great food. What gets annoying is that you still have to pay for so many small things and are being sold something at every corner. I expect to pay for Luxary add ons but felt annoyed when things that you expect to be included are constantly pushed down your throat at additional costs. Coming to an all inclusive resort, it would be nice to be able to relax without needing your wallet but this was not the environment here…rather felt like the opposite. U want to sit on the lazy river…make sure to buy floaties for your kids. You want to enjoy the free live entertainment, be sure to bring cash so u can play bingo between shows otherwise u will sit bored for 30 mins. Arcades/amusement parks r all additional. Guests are constantly pushy n come with a me first attitude and unless you are willing to play that game, you constantly will be waiting at the back of lines. Been to many resorts but never have I seen such entitlement at resorts…not just once or twice but at every meal n every experience. Chairs on the resort r impossible to get because everyone is of the mindset that they will take 4 chairs by the pool for their towels to soak in the sun under. I get it’s nice to be by the pool but it starts to feel ridiculous that for every 10 seats, 2 will be in use but the other 8 will be reserved by a towel for someone who may or may not use it later. Food at the buffet and food street was great. Staff r hit n miss. Some r great…n some can be very rude!

Maten dålig barnen började spy redan andra dagen. Läsken i minibaren hade bäst före datumet gått ut för ca 3 månader sen. Ända bra med hotelet var att det finns bra barn pool.

Buffet was disgusting - lack of hygiene, too loud, mass crowding and poor quality of food. This place has the quality of a Cuban resort when it comes to food and I would even say the Cuban places are better. Hotel was dirty. It was a family reunion trip and all our rooms had sticky floors. Our room was across from the live show theatre. What kept us up at night was the cleaning and garbage facility below our room. It sounded like demolition was happening and explained why the stairs smelled like vomit. When we went to complain, they told us it did not exist. Tried to say it was a staff room. We took a video. When we tried to call front desk or guest services, no numbers were available. QR code led to room service menu but no number. Website stated no address found. When we told them, staff stated we were the only people to tell them. Service was horrible. Save your money and go else where. Cheap tourism at its worse. One family member got a rash from the pool. We’re pretty sure it was full of pee.

Das Hotel die gesamte Anlage wunderschön! Unser Zimmerservice Sevilay, die jeden Morgen Unser Zimmer gereinigt hat, so eine liebe Frau! Das Essen lecker .Soviel leckeres Essen und süßes. Manche Gäste (Erwachsene)nicht Kinder haben sich daneben benommen! Dann waren noch die Gäste die die liegen mit dem Handtuch reserviert hatten,aber nicht kamen oder nach 7 Stunden kamen. Sehr schönes Hotel mit grandioser Wasserwelt. Das Zimmer war gut,das Mobiliar war schon etwas abgelebt,aber das störte uns nicht. Nicht so gut gefallen hat uns der Strandbereich.Die Liegen sind dort sehr eng aneinander gestellt. Das Essensangebot im Hauptrestaurant war sehr vielfältig und extrem ansprechend hergerichtet. Die "Freßmeile" beim Poolbereich war vorallem für die Kids zum Snacken zwischendurch ein absoluter Traum. Das Personal war durchwegs freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Shows am Abend waren top,sehr professionell. Alles in Allem ein super Hotel,wenn man mit Kindern unterwegs ist.

We absolutely loved our 4th stay at Granada. Dining options both inside and outside were amazing. Cleaniliness of the rooms was impeccable. Evening entertainment was superb. Big thank you to Granada. We will be back.

They did not turn the lights on in the lobbies, poor air conditioning, which made it very uncomfortable to dine and lounge in the hotel. The family room with the extra room did not have a window. Our room felt very damp, dingy, and had a slight sewage smell

It was amazing holiday in this hotel, the food was great, the water parks and the pools were super clean, the night shows were super amazing, you will never get bored and my children enjoyed there time to the maximum. Otherwise, for a five star hotel the cleanliness must be improved specially the rooms and the pool bars, the room was full of dust and not totally clean and each time I order juice from the pool bar the glasses were dirty , at the main restuarant the plates, the forks and the nives werent clean most of the time. Leider war das Zimmer sehr laut gelegen, die Moschee ein paar Häuser weiter hat nachts um 2 " gebetet" in einer Lautstärke das man sich den Wecker sparen kann. Die Wände sind so dünn gewesen das man jedes Niesen, Husten etc aus dem Nachbarzimmer gehört hat und letzen Endes war noch genau eine Baustelle unterhalb auf der Straße, wo die Bauarbeiten um 7:00 laut losgingen. Kann natürlich niemand was dafür, aber auf Nachfrage ob es evtl ein ruhigeres Zimmer gibt wurde nicht drauf eingegangen. Ansonsten sehr bemühtes und freundliches Personal, alles schön

Great Facilities. Rooms need an uplift though.

Absolutely huge resort with loads of things to do throughout the day. An array of food choices served all day in different parts of the hotel. Lounge areas very lovely with lots options for drinks and a cute patisserie. Food park was situated in wonderland, where lots of more food options were offered everyday. Swimming pools are beautiful, lots of kids pools with slides and daily activites for everyone. We stayed in a standard land view room. Felt it was quite small compared to the rooms we have stayed in as a family in other hotels. Daily housekeeping staff that did our room was incredibly miserable and didnt do the job properly- didnt change the linen when it was dirty, emptied the bins but didnt put on liners on back properly, floor wasnt mopped properly and didnt do the bedding up nicely. Overall, i wouldnt say the service her was amazing just standard. Although the staff at the front of the hotel who valeted our car for us were always lovely. Apart from that the staff generally were quiet miserable or catered to individuals or families they felt they could benefit from.

The good: Pools are excellent and fun. Dining is also excellent. So many options for food, both traditional Turkish meals and international options. We stayed in Maldives houses which are very cool with direct access to a semi private pool that’s separate from the main pool. The bad: If you’re traveling without kids, there’s less things to do. There’s a “night club” but it’s full of kids, even in late hours. It’s kind of weird honestly. Also, there are lots of cats on the property. This is cute and all but they’re constantly being abused by kids whose parents simply don’t care. We found a cat who was actively bleeding from his eye and we brought this to the attention of guest relations, they laughed and brushed us off, even after complaining about it multiple times. That wasn’t cool. If you’re going to pretend to care about the cats (they put food and water for them) then you need to care about their well being as well. For this reason alone, I’m rating staff as terrible. Guest relations should not be making fun of people who are concerned about the well being of animals on the property.

I used this hotel 2 times ago but now the hotel need renovating because most of room or the other places of hotel such as restaurants have old equipments with many crashes and need repair

Nice resort with good amenities to enjoy. Strange that there is no iron and ironing board in the room and they want you to pay for laundry service to iron your clothes.

Just got back from a family vacation with two very young children. It was the first time we go on vacation and don't actually have to leave the hotel. First of all,, the staff was super helpful anf accommodating even before we arrived. The rooms are spacious and clean. Even the housekeeping staff is ready to help with whatever they can. The pools are great and there really is something to do for everyone during yhr day. The food was great as well and the food areas are very clean despite the massive amount of people around. The only negative comment I have is about the kids club. Firstly, we only felt the need to go to the kids club in the evenings because the general entertainment shows are mostly boring and other than that there's nothing else to do as a family after dinner. We thought the kids club would be a solution because the program seemed good enough but it's really terrible. The girls that work there have no business working with kids. They have terrible attitudes and they're all dressed like they're waiting to go to a night club. Other than that, the hotel is great and we'll definitely be going back

I liked this place. My two main criticisms would be: 1. The room was quite noisy until about midnight as I think it was above a bar that was used for after show dj entertainment. That wasn't great for a sleeping small child. 2. Despite turkish cuisine being rich and flavoursome, like a lot of AI hotels, the buffet food merged into one flavour. So much so, I ate out locally. In addition, it's unusual to stay at an AI hotel for over a week and not be offered the chance for some kind of a la carte dining.

I booked a 5 night stay for our family of 5 very disappointing stay was expecting much more. To start with the lobby staff are very rude I did arrive abit earlier then check in time before my stay I did email the hotel and ask if this was okay and if I could pay extra to check in early.over email they did tell me there was so need to pay extra if there is availability they would allow me to check in early.when I arrived I was told I would have to pay a extra £585 to check in at early which I thought was absolutely ridiculous for a few hour. Then the water park was closed throughout our whole stay. The water park was the reason I booked this hotel. The last straw for me was when my room was not cleaned and I was told by a staff member that they could only give me clean towels as it was the end of their shift. I would not recommend to any there are a lot cheaper hotels and I’m sure with a better service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID!

Otelimiz çok güzeldi. Havuzlar ve aqua park gayet eğlenceliydi. Cankurtaranlar görevlerini çok iyi yapıyor. Ailesinin simide koyup konuşmaya daldığı bir anda küçük bir çocuk simidin ortasından kaydı.Cankurtaran suya dalıp çocuğu çıkarttıktan sonra aile farketti. Bu olaya birebir şahit oldum. Aqua parklarda da gerekli kriterlere uyulmadığı sürece kaydırtmıyorlardı.Temizlik yeterliydi. Otel çalışanları gayet saygılı ve özveriyle çalışıyor. Tatilciler yemek konusunda çok israflı davranıyorlar ve bence buna yönelik bir uyarı olmalı. Buradan ufak bir puan kırdım ama işletme politikası bu şekilde büyük ihtimalle. Karşılama iyiydi. Akşamları olan animasyon dans gösterilerini keyifle izledik. Otelin içindeki lunapark ücretliydi bence biniş ücreti biraz daha uygun olmalı. Çocuklu aileler için bir çok etkinlik var.

There was 0 customer service. All those people that work there are seasonal people brought from the Area around it, they teach them no English so customer service is not there. Can’t complain about the what the resort offers. Everything was really good but for me customer service is #1

We stayed in one of their Granada villa with my wife and kids. The hospitality was great and the service was amazing. Everything was on point, they stayed in touch with us through out our stay and we’re very helpful I liked how the staff were very kind with us.

oda ve restoran arası mesafe çok uzun, deniz yok, yemekler onkadarda iyi değildi. açıkçası beklentileri karşılamadı. ama maldiv odası çok güzeldi hakkınj vermek gerek. akşamları yapılan gösterlerde çok iyiydi.

I stayed at Grenada Hotel about a week ago, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is perfect for families who prefer to stay indoors—everything you need is right there! It's located in a very quiet area, far from the busy bazaar and street markets, which was a nice change of pace. The food was excellent, and the facilities were top-notch. However, the one drawback was the sheer size of the place. Getting from one side of the hotel to the other can be quite a challenge, especially if you’re traveling with a baby or someone with mobility issues. It’s surprising they don’t offer any internal transport, even though it seems like something they could easily do. The hotel need to look into this and provide a solution for sure. Other than that, it was a great stay, and I’d recommend it, especially for those looking for a peaceful getaway.

Not suggesting it for travelers coming from 1st country, people don’t stay on the line at the reception, or restaurant. They stay too close to you. Don’t go to body massage. Not good at all. Turkish hammam was fine. Food’s variety was great, and available everywhere and any time. But know that, cats are walking inside the restaurant freely and you will see flies on foods sometimes. No reception phone number by the room phone. Communication was not that good and I think it’s because of language barrier. People in Turkey barely know English. Better to travel to English speaker countries for traveling.

Bewertung: Das Hotel war wie eine riesige Massenanlage mit rund 3000 Gästen. Ganz egal, was man gegessen hat – das Essen hatte absolut keinen Geschmack. Ich habe sogar den Chefkoch darauf angesprochen und ihm gesagt, er solle das Essen selbst einmal probieren. Das Personal wirkte überfordert, besonders in den Bereichen mit vielen Kindern (Kinderbereich / Garten). Insgesamt fehlt es hier an Qualität und persönlichem Service – Masse statt Klasse. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.
