Holiday Inn Milton Keynes Central by IHG

Had a very good overnight stay at the hotel. Staff were really helpful. Didn't have any meals, so can't comment on that. The room was very clean but a bit dated (believe they are renovating the rooms bit by bit.) Hotel parking made life nice and easy. Always happy in an IHG hotel.

Good, much better than some other options in central Mk

The room they gave me was like something out of the 70’s. Heating didn’t work which they knew as there was already an oil filled radiator in the room. Had to ask for another as the room was so cold. No change of room offered at reception. Bathroom sink would not drain and I was left with what is in the photo. Still hadn’t rained when I checked out 3 hours later. Don’t stay here if this is how they treat paying customers.

The staff was rather great when checking in 🙂👍😊 but I can just say the water pressure was rather low when showering or bathing ,I can also say that the service at the bar was also no where to be seen I had to wait a while before someone saw that I wanted something to drink.

Everything was clean and tidy. Did need Aircon on (in February?). Staff were excellent- especially Karen at breakfast. Very pleasant very helpful. Perfect attitude.
