Heritage Palace Varos - MAG Quaint & Elegant Boutique Hotels

La chambre etait jolie mais tres tres tres mal insonoriser. Dommage que le petit dejeuner etait pas sur place mais il etait bon. Le personnel etait agreable mais tres peu present. Tres bien situe pour les sortie. Ne vaut pas les 4 etoiles.

Hôtel agréable, bonnes prestations.

Pas facile d’accès. Personnel pas sympa et pas accueillant et pas arrangeant: séjour avec enfants et impossible d’avoir des chambres dans le même bâtiment. Chambres correctes et propres.

The receptionist was very helpful and let us get int our three rooms early after an early flight Split. they put a bottle of fizz in my room as I was celebrating a big birthday which was lovely. The hotel was up a slight hill but very easy to walk five minutes in to the harbour and old town. Lovely boutique hotel with lots of character. The safe didn’t work in my room, which she was open about. And the shower in my downstairs ran cold most of the time, where the other two rooms upstairs had lovely hot showers. The outside door to our part of the hotel (6 rooms in our wing) was left unlocked. It probably would have helped to know they deliver clean bedding. Etc in the small hours. Having heard the outside metal frame door creek open at 430am several times I don’t and hour and a half thinking we had random people in the hallway as I hadn’t heard them go up the stairs. A great price for a lovely hotel. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
