First it’s advertise as having a pool there’s no pool at this location. Second, the TV had no volume on it so we couldn’t even hear it third one towel was in the room. Would not recommend staying here.

I enjoyed my stay there and would stay there again All the staff were helpful and pleasant It’s an older hotel but spotless and it reminded me of some of the boutique comfortable hotels you might find in South Beach Florida They had room service, a restaurant on site ample parking and all the things expected in a room including free internet. It was close to everything in the area

Our stay was very comfortable and we love the convenience of having the supper club (My Fathers Place) on the lower level of the hotel especially since we had tickets to the show. No driving home after the performance and we could stay and relax in the pretty bar before heading back to our room. Drinks and food were great too. King room although not very large had a very comfortable bed. My only negative of our stay were the bath towels. Thin as wafers and I think for this type of hotel they could be more plush.

The entire stay was awesome, except when they had a special night at a place called "My Fathers Place" there was nowhere for guests to park, it was a nightmare, we were told park anywhere even if not a legal place to be, that is kind of ridiculous. They have a lower level and should have valet to bring the cars down there and not take from guests who need to park there.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life. The hotel smells of mold, the carpets are filthy and there is so much noise and construction early morning. You can hear everything happening in the room next to you. By far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. This place needs a complete remodel with insulation and fan in he bathrooms.

I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. The refrigerator was in the bedroom and not the living room. Coffee maker in livingroom. Weird. Livingroom tv would not work if bedroom tv was on. Bathroom was a disaster. Looked like a blind person touched up some of the caulking, but never properly cleaned it so black mold/fungus growing there. The grout was no longer around the tub tiles instead there was black mold where the grout should be. The wallpaper was hanging off the walls and the ceiling also had damaged tiles and more black mold. I was afraid to take a bath in that tub it was so disappointing…I usually like to stay in Hilton hotels but this one was just awful. No pictures on the walls a drop ceiling in dire need of a paint job… Bed was comfy though. Room service staff very nice, but totally off the mark on some of my meals. I doubt I will ever go back to that hotel. I feel totally betrayed by expedia AND Hilton. I also complained to Expedia while at the hotel, but never received a reply. You do not seem to really be concerned as long as you got my money. I took photos of it all, but like I said nobody has bothered to ask for them not expedia and NOT Hilton. I contacted Hilton, but they have yet to get back to me. I should have been offered some of my money back or SOMETHING for such a poor stay….

Lots of ants. The cleaners did not clean our room and we came back and found a lot of ants around the leftover food. The ants went into our luggage. Staff said they will compensate us but never did. It was just a show. I asked them if they know about the ant problem and she paused and then pretended it is new. With this amount of ants in just one afternoon, the place must be invested for a long time. Stay away!

There was mildew in shower tile grout, the soap dish holder in the shower just spun around, something was loose in the heating/cooling unit and was rattling every time the fan switched on, and there was a light bulb in floor lamp that only flickered and didn’t turn on. The parking garage ramps are narrow: 2 vehicles would have a difficult time if passing side by side.

It used to be a nice place with friendly staff. Last time I was there the place was dirty, shower was with mold, linens was not fresh, felt like someone slept in the bed before. I reported this condition to a manager and she wasn’t able to accommodate with a different room. I had to leave the hotel but was charged anyway full amount.

The staff was great. Easy check in experience. We felt safe, and the parking was easy. The condition of the room wasn't great. The bed was bigger the bed frame, and the way it was assembled, my wife injured her toe on a piece of the roller that was needlessly sticking out. The carpet felt wet, and the bathroom had mildew.

Everything was very nice and very clean. The reception was nice and professional. My only issue was getting on to the Wi-Fi, which was tricky but the front desk was very helpful. Also, my TV was not connected somehow and therefore did not function. The front desk person once again came to my assistance but the problem could not be rectified and therefore, I was without TV during my stay. One last thing was when I made my morning cup of coffee, the creamers were sour, so no coffee that morning.

Everything was very nice and very clean. The reception was nice and professional. My only issue was getting on to the Wi-Fi, which was tricky but the front desk was very helpful. Comfortable bed and pillows, room was decent size, bathroom door wouldn't close and no fan so to de-fog the mirror you had to use the hair dryer.

The property is convenient to the LIRR station and the small main street of Roslyn. It's on a main road and you can see/hear some traffic at times. Of note the poor design of the bathroom sinks inevitably leads to leaking of water. The breakfast was quite good, though pricey for the location.

Overall a good stay but for the price the rooms and beds were more than vintage feeling. It was bit run down and needs updating. The sounds and noise you could hear very loud. The staff was nice and location was great.

For the price to stay here, it is not worth it. We had a loud tapping noise in our room that I did report to the front desk. Late at night when I was unable to sleep because of it, I figured out that it was from a leaking AC unit in the room above us. I went to the front desk again to tell them and they said they’d report it, it’s not supposed to be leaking, and that it sounded creepy, but they’ve never had a complaint for this issue before. Hopefully it’s fixed and no one else has to lose sleep over it but we did not get a discounted stay like many other properties would have offered for the inconvenience.

Disappointing. The hotel has a 4 star rating but that's a stretch. To begin with, the bed's headboard was peeling in patches! The room we stayed in on the first floor was directly facing the parking lot with cars below the window so couldn't keep the shades open to enjoy the so-called "harbor view" - good luck with that. Left 2 messages to have the manager, a Mr. Gupta, contact us to express our disappointment and have yet to hear back; its been 2 weeks.

Nowhere close to what you would expect from a Hilton system. Although I booked through Orbitz with credit card, they consider I paid cash and asked for $100 deposit. WIFI is not free unless you sign up Hilton Honors and download the app. Even the hotel room has been somewhat updated, the bathroom still has old plumbing features and falling ceiling. We could hear door slamming and people talking all night long. Limited staffs with no house keeping service. Front desk staff Gabriel Manino was rude when we asked for clean towels. He said it would take hours to wash and dry the towels.

I’ll start with the one negative. We were coming to the area for a dance competition and wanted to request an early checkin. I called one number for the hotel but it was only for reservation purposes. I was given a customer service number to call. The customer service requires your reservation number and I was driving so could not look it up. Without the reservation number, there is no option to reach the front desk and a live person. However, when we arrived at the hotel, the staff was accommodating to get us in a room early so we could prepare for the afternoon’s/evening’s competition. The staff is very friendly and provided recommendations for local dining. The room was clean and comfortable. The atmosphere is so much nicer than your average hotel chain. I especially enjoyed taking the time to sit and relax in front of the lit fireplace. Family members took advantage of the bar located on the lower level to unwind. I would definitely stay in this hotel again if ever visiting Roslyn again.

We were here for only one night, and we got in late (almost 11 PM) and left the next morning. The front desk staff were excellent: Polite, helpful, and even tried to get us some food from the restaurant, though it was nearly closing time. He told me he would call within 5 minutes to lmk what he could do, and he did-- WOW! In this day and age, I was super impressed with how he went above & beyond. Our room-- a regular room with a king-sized bed-- was only a few steps from the front desk, so we didn't get to see much of the rest of the hotel, but the bit we saw was older, yet very clean and nicely kept. We had great water pressure & a well-functioning drain in the bathtub (pet peeves of mine), the bed was comfortable, the room pretty quiet despite being close to the reception area, and there was plenty of storage and a cold mini fridge for our drinks (The staff gave us with 2 bottles of water upon check in-- another nice little perk). The modern, LED back-lit mirror couldn't make up for the lack of exhaust fan in the bathroom, but there was plentiful counter space, the bathroom was big enough, & the towels were nice and soft. The usual complimentary mini bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were accompanied by lotion, two cakes of soap, a small container of shoe polish, as well as 4 individually packaged makeup remover wipes. This was one of the best-staffed hotels in which we've stayed in recent memory. Highly recommend if you're ISO a clean, comfortable hotel.

The night before i had no sleep due to an early flight, then work all day. 115am a group of guests came in, loud in the hallway hanging out. 15 minutes later i called to rhe front desk, who could hear everything because its an open floor plan. They didn nothing except explain why they were loud, came back from a party. The gals during the early evening shift were fantastic however

The property is convenient to the LIRR station and the small main street of Roslyn. It's on a main road and you can see/hear some traffic at times. Of note the poor design of the bathroom sinks inevitably leads to leaking of water. The breakfast was quite good, though pricey for the location.

The staff was very friendly. The main area was clean and very inviting. I stayed at this hotel over 10 years ago and it was much different. There was a buffet breakfast that was served and was included in the price so the prices in the restaurant were slightly high for the amount of food that was given.

Our stay was very comfortable and we love the convenience of having the supper club (My Fathers Place) on the lower level of the hotel especially since we had tickets to the show. No driving home after the performance and we could stay and relax in the pretty bar before heading back to our room. Drinks and food were great too. King room although not very large had a very comfortable bed. My only negative of our stay were the bath towels. Thin as wafers and I think for this type of hotel they could be more plush.

Really disappointed. We have stayed here several times for date night. I understand that the restaurant is under construction but the lobby lounge is not a good substitute. If you try to eat at the bar, the stools are too low and the bar is chest high. Not comfortable. The food was awful. There is no excuse for that. The suite is showing age. The bathroom tiles need to be replaced. The gas fireplace kept going out on its own. Very disconcerting. Strange smell that we learned was potpourri sachets stuffed into the HVAC fan. Probably won’t return for awhile.

The was very clean. I forgot to ask on check in if they had a room with a tub so 5 minuets later I did & they moved us. Parking easy, you just put their pass in your window. The restaurant was pretty good & reasonably priced for the area.
