We have made this out second home over the last few years, whilst looking for a house in the area and now during our renovations. Dorian and his team always make us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are very cosy and homely. We often eat in the pub and always enjoy the food. The only thing missing from the rooms is a small refrigerator. Thank you Dorian for always making our stay enjoyable and comfortable. We look forward to our next stay.

We were greeted by a member of staff who was lovely! The hotel is fantastic. Our room was beautiful. Drinks tray, hairdryer, ironing board and iron available if needed. Comfy bed which is huge! Will definitely be returning.

Very convenient one night stop over in a comfortable room with helpful staff. The room and accommodation corridors were very warm and the dressing table chair was too large for the available space, so that it blocked the gangway and also you could not sit in it. We moved it, with some difficulty. Enjoyable meal in the restaurant in the evening. We had planned Continental Breakfast but, weirdly, whilst cooked breakfast was available from 7-11 am, Continental was only on offer from 7-9am, and we got there at 9.05 and it was all cleared away. Very convenient for both The Saville Gardens and RHS Wisley, so we will probably stay again.

Absolutely Outstanding Stay We had a fantastic stay at the Wheatsheaf Hotel in Virginia Water and couldn't have been more impressed. The rooms were beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, modern and exceptionally comfortable. It was immediately obvious that the hotel is very well maintained, with great attention to detail throughout. We had a brilliant night's sleep and couldn't fault the accommodation. The food was equally impressive. The chicken curry was full of flavour, beautifully presented and one of the best pub meals I've had in a long time. The fries were perfectly cooked, and the wine selection complemented the meal perfectly. What really made the stay stand out was the service. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, welcoming and genuinely attentive. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and they created a relaxed atmosphere from the moment we arrived. If you're looking for somewhere with high-quality rooms, excellent food and outstanding customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Wheatsheaf. We'll definitely be returning the next time we're in the area. A genuine 5-star experience.

Staff great, food excellent, bar good but expensive. Room great, but wrong position, over looking extractor fans from kitchen,which are noisey. Would definitely stay again but not room 8
