The staff, especially check in, was courteous and friendly. The room was clean and the tv worked and provided good picture. The swimming pool, however, was open to use but was filthy. Our 8 year old granddaughter was deeply disappointed in not being able to use the pool because of its unclean condition. It would have been better customer service to have told us at check in that the pool was too dirty to use.

We came to use the pool, unfortunately they drained the pool for maintenance. Why would they do this on a weekend. Bad timing and we were very disappointed. We should have gotten some type of compensation for no pool available. We staye for 3 nights.

I've stayed at this location every year for the past 5 or so years. generally has been great. For the first time ever I got a room that smelt like animal urine/cat spray. Room was clean just smelt like animal. Avoid room 132.

The room was very clean. The service at check in was great, very friendly and informative clerk. Only issue was i requested a downstairs room. We didnt arrive until 9:30 pm and the o ly room left was an upstairs room but it was right in front where we could still see our uhaul.

Not good, room smelled horrible, was woken up in the middle of the night by a cockroach crawling on my leg, then another one on the desk that morning. They didn’t do anything about it nor gave a discount or even apologized

Beds are worse than the worst sleeper couches I've slept on; cheapest mattresses possible. You feel only springs and the platform beneath the mattress. Horrible stains on the sheets, the floors have something caked onto them that stands a half inch in texture, and the shower was filled with mold. While most Motel 6 properties are low quality, they're cared for and comfortable enough to stay in. Buyer beware here. This one isn't worth staying in.

I always stay at motel 6 because they are clean. The shower was kind of weird because water can end up all over bathroom. Otherwise it was a very positive experience. Very clean, cheap and simple

Everything was alright for the price. Getting to the room is a little far from the check-in area. Worst part was how loud it is inside the room - the highway is right next to the hotel and it was really loud all night long.

I stay at a lot of Motel 6 properties (because of dog friendly perk) and this place was probably the most disappointing. Upon arrival, I waited about 15 minutes for the clerk to come ot the front desk (along with 4 others). During check-in she asked me for a $100 cash deposit, which ive never done or heard of at any similar properties. She didnt argue much about it (which made it seem more skeptical) and gave me my room key. The extremely outdated and dirty room faced the freeway and was exceptionally loud all night. The bed was hardly made. Cigarrette burns on the table. Smoke alarm was ripped out. There are also lots of street people hanging around the property. 3 approached me while I was out walking my dog.

Our door didn’t lock so they switched our room to a room who’s smoke detector wouldn’t stop bepping and they asked us to take the battery out very unsafe.we had to fix the chain in the toilet and it had a fish hook to attach the chain.Asked for towels and room to be cleaned and that never happened.We stayed with a group of people and all 4 rooms had an issue.

This was just a quickie trip to the area this hotel was in, and I was out of the room early in the morning, so I didn't have much time to do anything but sleep there. The check in was very friendly and efficient, and due to my inability to walk up stairs, they upgraded my room to a different downstairs room and didn't charge for it. The room is nothing fancy, but it's clean, efficient, nice bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. If I need to be in a situation like this again, I would definitely stay here.

Right across the street from holiday in. Easy fast check in. Right next to multiple fast food spots. Stayed for a night, will return when in the area. Safe and peaceful. Right next to the freeway but honestly it was pretty quiet.

Family members liked the stay beds just alilo hard. But location of hotel was the best near restaurants walking distance. Loved the pool.

Family members liked the stay beds just alilo hard. But location of hotel was the best near restaurants walking distance. Loved the pool.

Right across the street from holiday in. Easy fast check in. Right next to multiple fast food spots. Stayed for a night, will return when in the area. Safe and peaceful. Right next to the freeway but honestly it was pretty quiet.

The room was dirty when we arrived. We found bugs on the bed and on the floor, and there was black mold on the bathroom ceiling. The bathroom fan also did not work. During our two-week stay, housekeeping never offered room service. I had to personally ask the maids for cleaning, but they only serviced the room twice. Communication was also difficult because none of the housekeeping staff spoke English. After days of trying to get help from housekeeping, I reported the issues to the front desk and requested to be moved to a clean room. My request was denied, and I was told that I could no longer stay there. While the rest of the staff was friendly, the daytime front desk employee was extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. The pool was refreshing, but unfortunately it was always dirty and not well maintained. The ice machine was nice. The a/c didn't get cold enough to make the room comfortable. Overall, the cleanliness issues, lack of proper housekeeping, hot room, mold, and poor customer service made this a very disappointing stay and a waste of money.

I love staying here when I’m in town. My room is always clean and everything in good condition. AC blowing and if I stay multiple days the housekeeper does my floors, provides clean towels and empties the trash and will change the sheets. This has been my cozy home away from home many times. The staff is always kind when arrive in the evening.
