Be aware that the front desk is only manned from 10AM to 5 PM. There is a box to deposit your key for checkout at other times. The only other issue was I never received a receipt for my stay, due to the fact that the desk wasn’t staffed. BUT be sure to enjoy the basement kitchen. Fully furnished for self-cooking needs. Great restaurant 2 blocks away, Grill 24. Highly recommended!!!!

The staff was nice enough, I suppose, but you will hear the train all day and all night and the nice enough staff did not make up for that. Also, the elevator was out of service and there were no amenity options in the common areas that I noticed.

Stayed 1 night

The room listing photos were misleading. We rented the Quad, which sleeps 6. The bed areas were shown in the photos, as well as a kitchenette area, which made the room itself look good for a group our size. But in reality the room itself was maybe 10ftx20ft(bathroom included in that total length) in total with no kitchenette. The beds were what we expected because they were clearly shown in the listing, but what wasn’t made clear was that the little bit of walking space shown next to the beds was the entirety of the room. Room was very cramped for 6 people, and the photos do not openly reflect that. It did in fact sleep 6(2 couples on bottom bunks and 2 singles on top bunks) and luckily that’s all we needed it for during an overnight trip, but had we been staying for a longer period, we would’ve definitely left and went elsewhere, because there was no room. The desk isn’t staffed 24/7 and after arriving early morning to inquire about parking there until check in, had to wait until 1010 (clerk was late arriving) to talk to anyone. Ended up being told parking wasn’t available yet(we were early, that’s not a problem) and where to park nearby for cheaper than hotel rates. Clerk again wasn’t there for checkout the next morning, as they don’t arrive until 10. Had to do the checkout online process twice to get it to work, but was fairly simple. There’s a coffee bar advertised on the listing as well as photos of it, but it looked like it hadn’t been open for some time at arrival.

I appreciated the simplicity in the designs of the hotel and room. The staff was generally friendly and helpful when needed. However, there was a lot of noise from both the trains passing by frequently as well as loud arguing from other guests which carried into the room with minimal sound proofing. This made sleep difficult so we did not get much rest.
