Room was very clean, staff very nice. From site where I booked, I expected hotel vs. motel (old sign on back of property still says motel) but even with that said, property was just off the beach, had free parking and chocolate chip cookies, we were not able to take advantage of wine and cheese nor breakfast. Pool is vey small but we knew we were not swimming outdoors.

To the President of SeaBoard Hospitality which owns Beach View Hotel and other properties in Delaware. I grew up spending vacations in Rehoboth and know the town quite well. I’ve travelled the world and believe in treating others with respect wherever I’m staying. Unfortunately- I wasn’t given the same at Beach View Hotel. Your GM “Michael” was condescending, hostile and threatening on May 12 and during check out on May 13 while I was on a phone call placed to your Corporate office about this mistreatment. An employee anonymously slandered a guest. Upon reaching Michael- I was treated like a criminal vagabond after. No explanation was ever provided. I finished out my stay confused and upset. Whatever was said about me obviously didn’t happen or someone has auditory processing issues. I’m a nice person who doesn’t alienate guests nor staff wherever I stay. This entire situation was based on a false report with malicious intent. I look forward to following up further with Mr Lambardo. What happened wasn’t right.

First the front desk girl was amazing. She was so nice and ready to help. The place gives wine &cheese bake cookies. She did let me know. That was my first time a hotel done that. I’m very ready to go again my new spot.
