trouble finding it because it was behind a Tractor Supply and was hard to get to. It was locked up, I had to ring a bell twice before she came to the window. When asking about my reservation she kept asking if it was only for one. She finally unlocked the door to the miniature lobby and repeated the check in through plexiglass. The room was dirty. I did not sleep well and left at 4:30 in the morning.

The rooms were not cleaned properly at all!. They were old, dated and had a old musty smell to them. When i spoke with the mgmt they stated there was nothing they could do about it, but could only offer me a 10% discount on the rooms on checkout. We were forced to stay as we were they for my daughter's college graduation. I also did not receive any discount on checkout at all. They were supposed to have free breakfast and did not have anything, the doors stayed locked to the lobby and you have to talk to mgmt through the glass outside. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

All dealings with staff was done through an outside window, with me standing out in the cold weather. The lobby was locked both am and pm. The room was comfortable enough but not terribly clean. There was dirt and trash in the corner of the bathroom. There was no stopper in the sink drain. On the app it states complimentary breakfast was offered, but there was no breakfast and no one to explain why. I would not recommend this hotel and I will definitely not stay there again. It needs Major updating.

The lobby was closed the entire visit. Breakfast was not provided and there wasn't a coffee maker in the room. A request was made to clean the bathroom, which was done the same day.

No towels, bandages behind the bed along with dead bugs and a pill. Piss on the toilet seat when I walked in, locked doors at 4:30 and have to talk throw a hole in the window and to people who don’t have the audacity to spoke up and an attitude when asked to repeat please. And the rooms smelt like a marijuan grow house.

We reserved a room with a king size days in advance of our arrival. On arrival they no longer had that available and we were given two full size beds. The card key was to be returned to the window but there was no attendant or slot to drop it in. We could only hope that no one came behind us to take the card key as it was within reach by anyone. Otherwise, everything was expected and we would reserve again.

In order to check in I had to stand out in the cold. All doors were locked. No elevators. And literally next to a major freeway and no easy way to access the hotel. No AC even though the front said yes there was. The room was 84 degrees.

There was NO breakfast, lobby stayed closed and locked.Lights off. Booked with credit card a no smoking handicap room 5 days beforehand. They gave it to someone else! Our prior hotel ( Best Western) caught fire, so we scrambled to find a handicap hotel room. Only to have them give it away! There was 3 available when i booked! Huge disapointment. Another guest questioned my husband a out "breakfast", he was pretty ticked off none was provided!

The room was not clean. There was lint and hair in the corners. There was a dirty handprint on the bathroom door. The hair dryer looked like the cord had been repaired with caulk. The person at the check-in counter offered no information about their wifi. This was advertised as offering breakfast, but the lobby was locked at check in and check out and nothing offered. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

At first site it was a nice enough room but the microwave was filthy inside and out, didn’t look like the floor had been vacuumed, there was hair in the bathroom sink and in the bathroom floor, and when I turned the bed down the sheet was either dirty or stained. It sits right on the interstate so road noise constantly.

There were dirty handprints on the bathroom door, there were mold stains on the upper bathroom walls. Bathroom sink had some leftover men’s facial hair leftover from shaving and the corner of the sink was kind of gross. The ironing board needs replacing, no way anything ironed on it would be clean. The lady at the desk was very nice and efficient. Bed wasn’t too bad consort wise, bedroom was much cleaner than bathroom.

Surprisingly good. Very clean room, quiet and great bed, and right next door to a fitness center, a Mexican restaurant and a waffle House, in case you want to sample some good old Alabama hospitality.

We were told to come back later when we tried to check in because of a computer problem. After we checked in (15 minutes later) we headed to our room. The room was clean but the smoke detector continuously chirped every 2 minutes or so. The clerk came up and said it was ok because it did not go off when he was in the room. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

The bed was hard, the towels were dingy, there was a dirty rag hanging on the shower rod, plug ins were few and hard to find, overall it was a tired looking room that could use an update or two.

The room is nice but they don't clean very good. It was day 3 when they decided to clean and replenish the towels and wash clothes. TV comes on but stuck on one channel. You can turn the volume up and down but that's it in room 207. Overall nice room. They just don't have any help to keep it up.

We had a late check in at 9pm, but the people at the desk were not very friendly. The room was clean and fairly comfortable,but there was no coffee and only a half used toilet paper roll in the bathroom.

The motel is close by the Interstate the noise is constant, also We had hoped when booking the room it would be for lower lever because of our health conditions.

The place is unwellcoming, unfriendly and very dirty. So the receptionist was not friendly. She just wanted to check me in/out as soon as she can then disappeared after the side window. The lobby wasn’t even open when I checked out (11am) so I was standing in the cold waiting for uber. The room was very very dirty with the bed, the sink counter I don’t know when was the last time they cleaned it. I saw hairs, residues on the bed, the sink. Worst is the bathroom drainage wasn’t working because there were hairs and dirt on top!!!! Horrible place.

Our prior hotel ( Best Western) caught fire, so we scrambled to find a handicap hotel room. Only to have them give it away! There was 3 available when i booked! Huge disapointment. Another guest questioned my husband a out "breakfast", he was pretty ticked off none was provided!

We had a late check in at 9pm, but the people at the desk were not very friendly. The room was clean and fairly comfortable,but there was no coffee and only a half used toilet paper roll in the bathroom.

There were dirty handprints on the bathroom door, there were mold stains on the upper bathroom walls. Bathroom sink had some leftover men’s facial hair leftover from shaving and the corner of the sink was kind of gross. The ironing board needs replacing, no way anything ironed on it would be clean. The lady at the desk was very nice and efficient. Bed wasn’t too bad consort wise, bedroom was much cleaner than bathroom.

Surprisingly good. Very clean room, quiet and great bed, and right next door to a fitness center, a Mexican restaurant and a waffle House, in case you want to sample some good old Alabama hospitality.

trouble finding it because it was behind a Tractor Supply and was hard to get to. It was locked up, I had to ring a bell twice before she came to the window. When asking about my reservation she kept asking if it was only for one. She finally unlocked the door to the miniature lobby and repeated the check in through plexiglass. The room was dirty. I did not sleep well and left at 4:30 in the morning.

In order to check in I had to stand out in the cold. All doors were locked. No elevators. And literally next to a major freeway and no easy way to access the hotel. No AC even though the front said yes there was. The room was 84 degrees.

At first site it was a nice enough room but the microwave was filthy inside and out, didn’t look like the floor had been vacuumed, there was hair in the bathroom sink and in the bathroom floor, and when I turned the bed down the sheet was either dirty or stained. It sits right on the interstate so road noise constantly.

The motel is close by the Interstate the noise is constant, also We had hoped when booking the room it would be for lower lever because of our health conditions.

The rooms were not cleaned properly at all!. They were old, dated and had a old musty smell to them. When i spoke with the mgmt they stated there was nothing they could do about it, but could only offer me a 10% discount on the rooms on checkout. We were forced to stay as we were they for my daughter's college graduation. I also did not receive any discount on checkout at all. They were supposed to have free breakfast and did not have anything, the doors stayed locked to the lobby and you have to talk to mgmt through the glass outside. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

All dealings with staff was done through an outside window, with me standing out in the cold weather. The lobby was locked both am and pm. The room was comfortable enough but not terribly clean. There was dirt and trash in the corner of the bathroom. There was no stopper in the sink drain. On the app it states complimentary breakfast was offered, but there was no breakfast and no one to explain why. I would not recommend this hotel and I will definitely not stay there again. It needs Major updating.

The lobby was closed the entire visit. Breakfast was not provided and there wasn't a coffee maker in the room. A request was made to clean the bathroom, which was done the same day.

The room was not clean. There was lint and hair in the corners. There was a dirty handprint on the bathroom door. The hair dryer looked like the cord had been repaired with caulk. The person at the check-in counter offered no information about their wifi. This was advertised as offering breakfast, but the lobby was locked at check in and check out and nothing offered. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Old stale smoke smell in the room. Owners let me have air freshener, but it didn't last. Room needs some updates, but then it would cost more. It was nice enough for a night of rest before continuing our journey on to Texas.

Room was clean and AC was fine. Stairs a bit sketchy. Staff was pleasant. No access to lobby for coffee or breakfast. A package of 2 muffins were given through the night window. Not a breakfast! Never staying at Days Inn again.
