There were no sheets or pillows ir blankets for the sofa bed and the ac wasn’t working, breakfast is good, room was clean

No tv service,, no phone service , the sofa very very old in my room, #219 I called to the desk from my cell phone I told them I don't like that room because I don't have tv service, and they gave me another room.
