L'albergo è ubicato al centro ed è comodissimo da raggiungere con la metro,ed è facile anche spostarsi avendola sotto al portone. Ci sono fast food giù a due passi nel caso si voglia mangiare una cosa al volo e diversi supermercati. La TV è vecchissima e avevo chiesto una matrimoniale ma ho avuto due letti attaccati. La camera però è grande.

Hola... Pues estuvimos 4 noches desde el miércoles al domingo fue sorpresa tras sorpresa... La primera el hotel aunque tú reserva ponga con desayuno incluido cobra el desayuno y lo que te dicen es que el hotel no tiene incluido el desayuno y que hables con tu operadora...el segundo la limpieza se hace de 11 a 17 como lees y cada 3 días...aparte si la limpiadora ve algo valioso a la vista no entra es decir que si queréis toallas os toca ir a por ellas...esto me pareció surrealista para cualquier hotel que se precie y menos uno de 3 estrellas...y ahora hablemos de esas 3 estrellas es un hotel boutique aunque no lo pongan lo que significa que la entrada está en un primer piso no a nivel del suelo..y con todo esto y un bizcocho hasta otro viaje.

Hotellet var under renovering och med de tillkom mycket höga ljud och allmänt icke-mysigt. Frukosten var allmänt dålig. Torrt bröd, bacon som knappt legat i stekpannan i 1 min, lite pålägg. Kallt kaffe. Duschen var jättevarm och gick inte att ändra temp. Hotellet har dock bra läge och ligger väldigt centralt. Bilder stämmer inte.

We had couple of issues during the stay (shower didn't work (only hot water and was automatically turned off every 30 sec) and TV didn't work also (no signal). We stayed for two nights and there was no attempt from the hotel to address the issues. My complains was not surprise for the stuff. My request for changing the room (we travel with kid) was denied.

Altes Haus mit großem Innenhof um den herum die Zimmer sind. Einfach, klein und wenig Komfort. Für ein oder zwei Nächte absolut okay. Man ist mit wenig Geld mitten in der Stadt und nahe am Bahnhof.

Malheureusement, mon séjour a été extrêmement décevant. L’hôtel est d’une saleté alarmante : la literie était sale, les serviettes dégageaient une mauvaise odeur, et le pommeau de douche ne fonctionnait pas. La salle de bain était très sale et nous avons même trouvé un pansement usagé. Le réceptionniste l’a ramassé avec ses doigts, ce qui est totalement inadmissible sur le plan de l’hygiène. De plus, le personnel entre dans les chambres sans frapper, ce qui constitue un manque de respect et d’intimité inacceptable. Le petit-déjeuner était également catastrophique, très pauvre et de mauvaise qualité. J’ai vraiment l’impression d’avoir payé pour rien. Je déconseille vivement d’aller dans cet établissement.

The hotel was in a great location. The rooms had been renovated. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the cleanliness. We thought they'd cleaned it, but the napkins left under our pillows had been there for days. So, they'd just made the bed. No sheets had been changed. Furthermore, we had identical towels hanging in the bathroom. We'd used those towels, and if we hadn't been able to tell them apart because one was torn, our towels would have been mixed up. This made us think they might have been given other guests' towels. The hotel staff was friendly, but the cleanliness was a real concern.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, sauberen Zimmern und leckerem Frühstück. Zentrale Lage – perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Jederzeit wieder!

El hotel esta SUPER BIEN SITUADO pero la limpieza brilla por su ausencia. La habitacion no se limpio ni 1 dia, yo me quede 5 y como mucho me cambiaron las toallas. El baño estaba super sucio y olia mucho a polvo. El suelo tiene moqueta y con ver el baño ya no me queria imaginar lo que hubiera en el suelo. Las almohadas eran horribles pero la cama comoda. En el desayuno no tiene nada dulce y ni tostadora siquiera. Las habitaciones son bonitas pero las tienes tan mal cuidadas que ya no te parecen tan bonitas. Lo que tiene este hotel bueno es su ubicacion es EXCELENTE.

The location was excellent when price is taken to account. There was about 15min walk to the all locations and stores were next to the hotel. Bed was comfortable. The hotelroom was not the same in the real life than in the pictures. It was a little bit dirty when we arrived. We found for example empty water bottles under the bed and there was strange stains on the carpet. Carpet on the floor was wet from some places when we arrived to the hotel room. There was two big dissappointments. First is the shower. The pressure of the shower was awful. Hopefully we had warm water. The biggest dissapointment was breakfast which cost 15€/person. It is not worth it. There were onky a few choices of to pick what to eat. Food which supposed to be warm were cold. Coffee tasted awful. Dishes were dirty. You could easily buy a way better freakfast for example for 2 mornings with 15€ rather than eat there. ALSO when we checked into the hotel the receptionist tried to charge us the breakfast peice again. We have paid it beforehand when reserving the hotel. After a little discussion the receptionist said that they had ” a problem in their system” why they did not see our paid breakfast. Finally we got the breakfast ticket. I think that they tried to recharge us again if we would have been softer.

Does exactly what it says. Decent bed, clean, great location near subway entrance and next to. Burger King, Lidl & restaurants and bars within a few Mins walk. Is this a luxury hotel, no. Is it clean, comfortable and well priced YES!!

The bed was very very disappointing old and made sound, and the carpet was very disgusting.

Il prezzo pagato ( 94€ a notte) non vale per nulla la stanza che ci hanno assegnato. Le foto pubblicate nel sito non rispecchiano la realtà. Stanza piccolissima, sporca e maleodorante di fogna. Il bagno aveva il lavandino così piccolo e incastrato tra una parete e la doccia che rendeva difficilissimo lavarsi! Il mio compagno non riusciva a farlo tant’è che utilizzava la doccia. Parecchie parti del bagno erano arrugginite e sporchissime. Non ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani, anzi ci hanno portato via il tappeto del bagno senza sostituirlo e mai rifornito la cartigenica terminata. Purtroppo il nostro soggiorno è stato pessimo.

The sign of the hotel is invisible from distance if arriving at night. The hotel didn’t do cleaning during our stay. We stayed here for four days. They cleaned the toilet and empty bin as our strong request in the last day. The standard of the hotel is very low based on 3 star rating.

The shower and toilet were quite clean. The breakfast was insufficient. Although there was air conditioning in the rooms, I had to get the AC remote from reception. The air conditioning turned on by itself every morning at 7:30 AM, constantly waking me up throughout my stay. Although the floor was carpeted, it didn't seem clean to me, so there should have been slippers, even if they were basic.

An okay, but cheap hotel close to the city center and to the ruin bars. The staff was helpful and nice. Our AC wasn't working, and it was quite hot, especially since our window was right out to the courtyard, so it wasn't that appealing to have open a window. However, for the price it is quite nice.

It was mid, the wifi was bad, the staff didn't clean the room during the 5 days we stayed.... This is a 3/5 for me. Nevertheless, the room was decent and clean...

Der var pænt og rent, den ene lampe over sengen virkede ikke. Morgenmaden var fin. Vi havde værelse ud mod hovedvejen, der var en del støj, dog mest fordi vinduerne ikke kunne lukkes helt.

Güleryüzlü karşılama vardı, oda çok genişti, ancak yataklar cok konforsuzdu, düzgün uyumak için Hareketsiz yatmak gerekiyordu, otel ambiyans iyiydi ama malesef konfordan sınıfta kaldı.

Onvriendelijk personeel, waren prive aan het bellen en gingen niet de gasten te woord staan. Dat hoort niet. Ontbijt was heerlijk! Kamer was heel groot, niets op aan te merken.

I stayed 3 days at a reasonable price (for the quality) but when I asked to extend for a single day more I was quoted double the previous price. Even though a colleague had verified with the hotel the night before that this would be possible. I learned about the price change just 20 minutes before the 11am checkout time. When I asked for extra hour to pack, the desk clerk refused. Thus I had to crash pack, phone my colleague about the situation and wait for him for two hours while came from work to rescue me. Otherwise, the hotels rooms face an attractive interior courtyard. But there was also loud construction noise in the courtyard beginning early morning.

Professional service, very nice employees, nice location. Highly recommend to stay.

Posizione centrale a due passi dalla metro e molto confortevole.

Sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí. Su relación costo beneficio es mayor de lo que esperaba. En gustos se rompen géneros pero me pareció una excelente opción, la zona no es insegura pero al parecer hay mucha vida nocturna, entonces hay mucho movimiento y gente haciendo ruido. También un poco sucio afuera del hotel y a unos pasos la entrada del metro, se ve un poco feo pero no es inseguro. Si desayuno el mejor que he probado en todo Europa, diario era diferente. La atención del personal maravillosa, las habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas. 10 de 10.

Absolutely awful - breakfast was cold and was not refreshed, and accomodation is not clean. Had to move rooms due to strong smoke smell and was put in a worse room. They are not friendly to tourists and is not welcoming. I contacted them to express my dissatisfaction and they are avoiding my correspondences. AVOID!

Oben im dritten Stock ein schönes sauberes Zimmer gehabt. Auch das Frühstücksbüfett war sehr schön und vielseitig gestaltet!

Vi havde læst os til at morgenmaden var ringe - det var desværre helt korrekt så vi gik ned i metroen og købte frisk morgenbrød. Sengene knirkede helt forfærdeligt så vi vækkede konstant hinanden. Aircon kunne slet ikke køle værelset bare nogenlunde med selvom vi havde den kørende 24/7 Værelserne er triste og kedelige. Vi måtte bede om toilet papir 6 ud af de 8 dage vi boede her fordi de aldrig satte nok. Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme men hotellet som sådan er ikke noget jeg vil anbefale. Det eneste gode var beliggenheden som var dejlig central. Vi kommer ikke tilbage hertil.
