Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Edmonton Intl Airport

Check in is 4pm but we got check in by 5pm because room is not yet done and.the fridge in 237 smell fishy.

Our room looked clean. However, there were random things that made me question how clean - used shower cap in the shower, a small container of syrup from the breakfast on the shelf of the closet, and ants, that we gave up on counting, as we killed them. When we went to fill water bottles, the ice machine and the water fountain were both broken. The pool was good, but no pool towels. After notifying front desk, we gave up after 15 minutes and went back to our room wet. The breakfast was good and area was well maintained by staff

Everything was great except for the airport shuttle had to wait about 45 min to be picked up at airport

The hotel is starting to see some wear and tear. Hallway carpets really need to be changed soon.
