A estadia foi de 4 noites
Check-in experience was the worst I have ever had. No one at the front desk and I was left waiting over an hour to check in. I tried to call the number at the desk but the person didn't have wifi. The wifi was awful and only got signal at the reception desk. The air con in the room didn't work. No service at the bar either so I spent most of my time at the beach. Breakfast was poor with limited / stale options. Room taxes only payable in cash which led to a dash to the cash point last minute where I was charged extra fees. The positive side was the room was cleaned daily and the cleaner was lovely. I was told they are having staffing issues.

Property and room was a bit outdated. Breakfast was simple. Coffee machine was not great and wasps were annoying. WiFi did not work in room On plus side they were very welcoming and hotel pool area was nice and short walk to lovely beach

Air conditioning worked perfectly in a spotlessly clean room that was not what we were expecting after a recommendation from family, it was very dated and tired, the cleaning staff were brilliant though, they cleaned our room thoroughly every day with a smile. Breakfast started off great with lovely selections from fruits and yoghurts to continental to cooked breakfasts, but sadly it got steadily worst as the days past, the dining area wasn’t as clean as it had been, what should have been hot food was cold, with some of it left out on the side. The pool and its surroundings were amazing but the pool bar was quite often left unattended. The staff were very friendly and helpful but it felt like the hotel was very understaffed and minimal staff there was would often group together for cigarette breaks..!!! Shame.

Comfortable and spotlessly clean hotel. Lovely and friendly staff. Amazinv infinity pool with pool bar. Great location with tavernas and beach on your doorstep and only 10 mins walk into the centre of Skala.

First and foremost, the staff were exceptional! The hotel rooms have seen better days, but we had everything we needed. The beach was down a side road and across the street, and there were restaurants within a short walk. The breakfast was ok, the AC did its job, the bed and pillows were not terrible. What I loved was that the staff was super accommodating, and allowed us to use the pool late into the night, which was welcome during the heat wave in Skala.
