The location is great, the restaurant has good food. It’s a place to sleep, the workmanship repairs/painting in room leaves a lot to be desired. Overall an okay stay if you look past its cosmetic flaws and the need for an overhaul.

Pictures on hotels.com do not look like actual hotel. It's pretty dumpy! I don't mind if the rate reflects the property, but we paid decent money to stay here with terrible views and ancient furniture .

This hotel is clean and suitable for our stay. We rented the suite which was spacious for the 4 of us. The restaurant had good food for dinner.

Restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was ok. Lobby and hallway smelled bad. Room wasn’t finished, floor was not complete it stopped at the sides of the bed. Bed was worst I’ve had in any hotel. Mattress was completely shot.

Disappointing. When we arrived we were told that they were still cleaning the room and check in was 4:00. when we came back at 4:30 they were repairing the lock on the door. Don't know why it wasn't working especially given that we were told that the owner of the hotel had apparently stayed in that room the night before. Toilet roll was broken of the wall. We were told don't worry about it we will get to it. no remote for the tv. Cleaning staff found one for us from another room. She was the only friendly staff member in the building. No coffee maker even though there is a coffee maker in the photo of the room. Initially we were told it had been stolen. Then we were told none of the rooms had coffee makers. No coffee anywhere except in the restaurant which had to be paid for outside of breakfast hours. We booked for three people and only two towels in the room. All the above information was given to us by the same person at the front desk and she couldn't seem to keep a single story straight. didn't seem too interested in accountability or a willingness to help. We had to ask twice for the breakfast coupons each day. These are all minor things but the real issue was the unwillingness to provide any solutions or assistance.
