Nicely renovated and reasonably priced for a quick ski trip. Firepit's in the back were the highlight

We stayed a night and got in very late but the hotel sent us an email/text with the code for the front door and our room so check in was a breeze. Complimentary snacks in room, awesome coffee room/coffee machine. The lobby had cool chairs and games for guests. Back door was a glass sliding door in lobby for guests to catch a view of the mountains, fire pit and gazebo as well. Really awesome place. Looks like they are doing renovations as well and it’s paying off cause I want to stay here again for a longer stay. I was only there to see the trump rally in wolfeboro but the area seems to offer a lot for adventure seeking tourists (lake, mountains etc) very convenient to Laconia and wolfeboro, awesome place!!!! Very quiet scenic location!!!! I can’t say enough how cool and nice this place was lol!!! Awesome!!!!

needed more signage ie when check out was, loved the easy keypad entry. Would get a room with a view next time. Maybe offer a grab-and-go breakfast. The coffee and tea service was excellent.

Staff very friendly and helpful but not always there. Rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable. Strong odor of chlorine immediately upon entering which was not pleasant. A bit expensive for what it offers (no bar or restaurant) but very convenient to Gunstock.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The outside patio area was amazing with the views, the fire pits, and corn hole boards.

Property was clean and quiet and had an amazing few of the mountains over the lake. Rooms were updated and clean. Gym was great and coffee was perfect in the morning

Updated, clean and roomy accommodations for a family of 5. The views from the back of the hotel are gorgeous. My husband was impressed with the expresso machine.

Had the tiny room with no windows but that didn’t matter because we were only there one night. Room was clean but a little dark

Avoid, worn rooms with sub-par cleaning. Dirty bed, sticky floor

The property has beautiful views (as shown in photos). Hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. The check-in and check-out was no-fuss and so quick and smooth that it didn't feel like it was part of the process. Receptionist at desk was very friendly and helpful with the questions that we had. Would definitely stay here again

Amazing staff, greeted us when we walked in very welcoming. Our room smelt weird, like something rotting. It ended up being milk that was spilt in the room in and under the fridge. The bathroom was infested with ants. The shower head was broken and wouldnt change the setting. Sleeping there was terrible, even with the air condition on it was still so hot and humid. The blinds were broken and there was a light outside shining in our eyes all night. Overall terrible experience.

Beautiful room with balcony and view, large and spacious; nice bathroom; all very clean and comfy, no complaints at all. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, especially if going to a concert, or hanging out on the southwest side of the lake; very convenient, nice area, fun to drive around and explore.

The room was small. It was noisy. We had to plunge the toilet several times. It was not worth the price.

The room was decorated nicely but the bed is hard as a rock and a lot of things were broken. The view was nice. Not well maintained or well done to begin with.

For almost $500 per night, I was disappointed. If the rate was cheaper, I'd have been okay with the cost considering the experience for a single night. First, the loops for the curtains for the big window were torn at the top with flimsy poles being used as pulls for the curtains, making them impossible to fully close, so our back window was exposed all night; giving little privacy as firepits/seating were located outside the window. Second, the windows (which would have shown an amazing view of the lake, forest and mountains nearby) was disgusting. The ones you look through when in the loft looks like they haven't been cleaned since the walls were painted because there were two different paint types on the windows; a spray and a brush texture of paint. The windows themselves were foggy/discolored with water streaks so bad that you can barely see through them. Additionally, there was a significant amount of moss growing between the window panes near the floor. Third, in the summer it gets bright at 5 am. If you are sleeping in the loft, you better be okay with the sunlight waking you up early. The brackets for a curtain rod exist to cover up the high windows but, no curtains were actually in them. After checking into the unit at midnight after a concert, being woken up at 5am was irritating. The Wifi kept cutting out as well. Bathroom was okay, microwave and fridge would have been great to use if staying longer. Property was clean. Contactless check-in was easy.

Rooms are very nice. Lobby and coffee area also very nice. The exterior on the road side could use some work. But they are in the process. Wish they had vent fans in the bathroom.

The room could have used a mirror in the main room and there was no closet at all but it was perfect for our short stay otherwise.

Early check in was easy, check in as a whole was very easy with coded doors. The man at the front desk was super nice and helpful. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the lighting was pretty poor but the property was nice, just didn’t have the weather to enjoy it!

My fiancé and I stayed there recently from Massachusetts to see a show at the New Hampshire pavilion. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

They treat you like family! Small hotel and you see the same workers everyday who are extremely friendly! Very clean and comfy beds! Will stay again next summer!

Pleasantly surprised how easy it was to check in and out. The host was very friendly and made sure to check in with a call as I was traveling to make sure I had everything I needed for a smooth check in. I would definitely stay here again.

It was very close to Gunstock Ski Resort , perfect to wake up there and be able to get right to the chairlift and beat the crowds!

This property has been recently redone. The room was cozy and comfortable. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The lobby/gathering area was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. Would definitely stay there again. Very close to Gunstock Mtn. and a short drive to several excellent restaurants.

The grounds are beautiful and the view is really pretty. Minutes from Bank of NH Pavillionn it was the perfect place to stay when seeing a show.

I thought we were getting a queen size bed - felt like a double. Other than that it was a quick trip to NH for a concert, location of the Inn was great

It was pleasant and close to the ski hill.

Motel is cool. It’s an older place that has been recently updated and rehabbed having a comfortable & cool vibe. It was nice and clean. Lobby is great and there’s coffee all the time! View is pretty overlooking the lake and mountains. Manager and staff were great. We already have a plan to stay again here this summer. Loved it.

This property has been modernized very tastefully. It was very clean and comfortable. The self service area for coffee was great and they provided snacks and water in the room…very nice touch! The room and bathroom had everything I needed.

The staff is always courteous but the renovated rooms and lounge are so inviting and beautiful. The coffee machine needs special mention. So convinient to stay and ski

Pretty quiet place, value for the money, has a waterview, only drawback is that they don't have breakfast options, you have to go 6 miles to get something to eat.
