The room was spotless, my family felt very safe. The front office staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful with directions to the nearest mall. I would have given it 5 stars but the pool was being worked on and my granddaughters wanted to swim. Other than that, everything was well kept.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado si te vas a mover sin carro en llano grande. Comodo, seguro, limpio y con un muy buen restaurante de carnes en el lobby.

Hallway carpet stain and had trash on them need spit cleaned and daily vacuum No internet for 4 nights my husband ou had to pay our phone carrier almost $100 to use our phone and internet. Every day I went to the office I was told they were working on the internet at the end I was told someone would reimburse me for the inconvenience. At checkout I was given a card to contact someone.
