The staff were friendly. Loved that they had underground parking ( it was an extra £20) but I kmew my car was safe. They also let me stayed parked in there after I checked out so I could look around the shops. Will definitely be booking there again.

We stayed here for a few nights while visiting the city, and it was an ideal central location - very convenient for public transport, and within an easy walk of many of the city's attractions. Staff were absolutely brilliant, very welcoming and helpful, and our apartment was immaculate and came with laundry facilities which was a big plus. The only downside was the heat - we were on the top floor, and in the middle of summer it was pretty warm up there. However the fans which were provided did a reasonable job of keeping things manageable! We'll certainly be back here next time we visit Manchester.

A nice sized aparthotol room with good amenities and reasonable but not perfect sound deadening. Staff was very friendly, complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby along with oat milk. Seemed to really care about sustainability. WiFi was very good. I'd definitely stay again.

A really great stay! Loved the size of the apartment, it was absolutely perfect and the location was great. Car parking was secure, though a little bit annoying that you had to get out of the car to ring the intercom to get let into the car park - it would be much more practical and efficient to have the key card used to access the room, also programmed to open the garage door.

Shame the property has no air-conditioning because even in winter it was hot. The apartment was ok but had a lot of flashing led lights that need replacing. Also the tv in the lounge was in an alvove making it only watchable from one seat. All that said the apartment was ok.

Beautiful location, with an easy mostly flat walk to the heart of the city and its attractions. And after a day of hectic shopping and touring, look forward to returning to this safe and comfortable place for a recharge. There is a gym on the 4th floor of you aren't walked out yet. There is a basement carpark but has to be booked and costs GBP 15 a day

Overall, it is a decent place. There some minor problems but for a few days they are not deal breakers. For long stays though, you may want to book rooms to another facility. For example, there is no daily service to clean the room, no new towels if you use them, the gym is tiny (just a single machine) and some weights, no receptionist after 10pm, etc.

My family of 4 people enjoyed staying in this serviced apartment a lot as we loved the flat has plenty of space with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living and dining space and the open kitchen. We had no worries to prepare the meals, take shower, sleep and the room was quiet and cosy. There were also enough sockets around the entire flat to rechargre phone batteries while watching tv, sleeping and having meals. Also, we all had a good sleep for 3 nights! The location is great as it is really close to the Chinatown, supermarkets, Arndale Market and tram stations. All are within walking distance. We liked the parking too that it is so accessible. We could get to the car directly from the lift and load the luggage. The front-desk staff were helpful and polite. Also the free coffee tasted good. However we noted the flooring at the open kitchen was quite dirty. The cleaning may need a bit of improvement.

It's Man Utd vs Chelsea so the price for the 2-bed apartment is high. A bit disappointed with the rooms' condition - dusty in places, chipped edges here and there, clear signs of age. The only 'luxury' bit is the lobby, and the staff member who were helpful. Have to say it's a spacious apartment with enough amenities though.

For my purposes the Cove on Minshull Street was close to perfect. I had a two bedroom two bath shared with a close friend. We had our own spaces, a large living/dining room and full kitchen. Some basic paper products weren't provided, such as tissues and paper towels ( they brought a box of tissues after ai asked). Location between the train station and center of Manchester was great. Easy walking to anywhere in town. Overall not fancy but just fine.

Fantastic property, clean, tidy has appliances, ie dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer etc. property on the doorstep of everything you need, shops and bars and restaurants. Might need earplugs though due to noise all night (even though it’s a weekday) ie, night life, bin men, road sweepers. (This not the property’s fault though it’s just the general area) Does not have modern TV unfortunately just digital channels so an upgrade in both rooms would be ideal, ie to allow Netflix etc. TV not central in bedroom for some reason just facing towards 1 person. Other than that amazing! staff really friendly and accommodating. Would stay again.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Cove Minshull Street. The property exceeded our expectations on all accounts. It is very centrally located and all the floor are accessible by lift. Our one bedroom apartment was spotless and had all the amenities required. The bathroom was quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. All the front desk staff we interacted with were very polite and helpful. They came up two different times to help with the sofa bed and the washing machine. Check in and check out were very smooth, all the processes were easily navigable. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who requires a nice and quiet place right next to the city centre. We couldn’t be happier with our stay here.

Eventhough I had arrived early I was able to place my luggage in storage and book an early check-in for two o'clock in the afternoon. Later, after I had returned I enjoyed a free cup of coffee while I waited for early check-in. When I had checked in and received my room cards my luggage was already in my apartment. The day before I checked out I had booked a taxi at reception I was even told the price for airport transfer. When I checked out the taxi was waiting outside and I was helped with my luggage by the receptionist.
Eventhough I had arrived early I was able to place my luggage in storage and book an early check-in for two o'clock in the afternoon. Later, after I had returned I enjoyed a free cup of coffee while I waited for early check-in. When I had checked in and received my room cards my luggage was already in my apartment. Excellent stay, brilliant friendly staff. Central location. Excellent apartment was like a flat everthing we needed. Very clean, will definitely be back to stay hopefully for longer next time. The only thing that would have made our stay better would have been if the tv allowed Netflix log in and normal tv apps for itv, 4 and 5 and iPlayer.

Fantastic place, great location, exceptional staff and service. We were received warmheartedly by the staff and their service along the stay was amazing especially Alfie, Evelina, Ishoy, and Ebenezer. We also had a small issue with hot water (my fault), and Dima from Maintenance went up in less than 5 minutes and had it fixed. Last but not least, the house keeping was phenomenal thanks to the wonderful housekeeping team there. 10/10 and I’ll definitely return.

The Cove was easy to get to from the train station. Very clean and the staff was great. Ethel and Bo were very nice and were a great help. My only issue with the stay is the noise. We were on the 5th floor and even with the windows closed the outside noise sounded like it was right outside the window. Other than that it was a great place to stay and I would definitely go back again. Only reason for 4 stars is the noise.

For my purposes the Cove on Minshull Street was close to perfect. I had a two bedroom two bath shared with a close friend. We had our own spaces, a large living/dining room and full kitchen. Some basic paper products weren't provided, such as tissues and paper towels ( they brought a box of tissues after ai asked). Location between the train station and center of Manchester was great. Easy walking to anywhere in town. Overall not fancy but just fine.

We stayed here for a few nights while visiting the city, and it was an ideal central location - very convenient for public transport, and within an easy walk of many of the city's attractions. Staff were absolutely brilliant, very welcoming and helpful, and our apartment was immaculate and came with laundry facilities which was a big plus. The only downside was the heat - we were on the top floor, and in the middle of summer it was pretty warm up there. However the fans which were provided did a reasonable job of keeping things manageable! We'll certainly be back here next time we visit Manchester.

Excellent location for exploring Manchester. Easy walking distance of spinning fields, AO arena, Arndale and picadilly station. Apartment was clean and had good facilities with 2 bathrooms washing machine iron hair dryer and dishwasher. Booked 2 bedroom and both were very comfortable with room to hang clothes and drawers. Would definitely stay again. Thanks

We came up to see the Coronation St experience by National Express - this hotel was located less than 5mins from the depot , a 5 minute walk to Piccadilly and the trams - and a couple of streets away from Canal street but quiet !! Location was top notch - room was nice and modern, spacious and even had a washing machine

Perfect stay in Manchester. The apartments are is a superb location just off Portland Street near Piccadilly station. Very clean they have all the amenities you need. Very quiet considering it’s a busy location. We have stayed before and would most definitely stay again. Rachel on reception was excellent gave us lots of useful information and booked a taxi to our show.

My family of 4 people enjoyed staying in this serviced apartment a lot as we loved the flat has plenty of space with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living and dining space and the open kitchen. We had no worries to prepare the meals, take shower, sleep and the room was quiet and cosy. There were also enough sockets around the entire flat to rechargre phone batteries while watching tv, sleeping and having meals. Also, we all had a good sleep for 3 nights! The location is great as it is really close to the Chinatown, supermarkets, Arndale Market and tram stations. All are within walking distance. We liked the parking too that it is so accessible. We could get to the car directly from the lift and load the luggage. The front-desk staff were helpful and polite. Also the free coffee tasted good. However we noted the flooring at the open kitchen was quite dirty. The cleaning may need a bit of improvement.

A nice sized aparthotol room with good amenities and reasonable but not perfect sound deadening. Staff was very friendly, complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby along with oat milk. Seemed to really care about sustainability. WiFi was very good. I'd definitely stay again.

I absolutely loved my stay here and would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others. The check in process was extremely flexible and informative, my only criticism would be the lack of car parking spaces in the underground car park. The apartment itself was extremely cosy, safe and spotlessly clean. I wish I would have stayed another night! I loved the touch of the small oat milk and coffee available too.

Wonderful stay. No complaints. 2-4mins walk to Market Street tram. Very good location. Free coffee/hot choc machine near reception is a big plus. Will book here again for my next trip to Manchester!

We’ve stay here atleast twice a year for the past 6 years and they dont let us down! Staff are lovely and understanding, apartments are spacious and the parking facility is a massive bonus! Highly recommend, im sure we will be back soon as its our first choice accommodation in Manchester.

Paid for early check in but room wasnt available until standard check in time. We were offered free late checkout as recompense but we didn't really need that. Instructions on parking location were not clearly communicated prior to arrival which is a simple thing that could have reduced a friction point. Overall, good clean apartment, good value, staff helpful and friendly. Just a couple of points that stopped it being 5 stars

Apartments are lovely and clean, just like home from home, everything you need. It was extremely hot during our stay, a fan was provided in the room but I think air conditioning would make these apartments 5 stars.
