The hotel uses electronics to control everything which took some getting use to. The food was excellent and we had no issues with the room. The staff was excellent.

Hermosas vistas del Parque Nacional que pueden ser aprovechadas (en casi todo el año) desde los jardines y edificios del hotel. Desafortunadamente no pude hacer uso del spa, pero las instalaciones se ven de primera.

Beautiful location. Pool and hot tub and the lakefront views are the highlights. Room is nice and clean. Breakfast buffet is expansive and delicious. Staff is a little cold and perfunctory.

We liked everything about the property. They had excellent breakfast. Excellent dinner. Excellent spa. Location was great. Only complain we didn’t have AC in our room and it got hot at night inspite of the fan that they provided.
