We stayed in the King suite at the bldg next door, which we didn't realize isn't actually part of the b&b, so no breakfast was included. The suite was large and clean. And we definitely appreciated the air conditioning units. Bed was very comfy and it was nice having a small kitchen with coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave. The living area itself could use a little sprucing up (the furniture was oddly all lined up against one wall instead of having any sort of conversation area) and rug would have made it feel more cozy. some of the old woodwork looked a little rough, and the water cooler dispensed only room temp water. We did peak into the room next door which seemed much cozier so not all suites are the same. No deal breakers, and overall a nice stay.
