Otelin hizmet kalitesi maalesef çok düşüktü. Havlu istedik, ancak saatlerce gelmedi ve dört kez istemek zorunda kaldık. Kapalı yüzme havuzu hem kirliydi hem de çok soğuktu. Yemeklerin tadı ise gerçekten kötüydü. Hayatımda yediğim en kötü curry soslu tavuğu burada yedim. Salatada ilaç tadı vardı, bu yüzden zehirlendiğimi bile düşündüm. It was good accommodation spacious rooms and clean. Bathroom amenities could be better. Breakfast offered wasn’t buffet and it was basic but purchase menu looked good but not included. Parking in Marmaris is really bad just be aware… We were lucky to find spot across the road at the shops.

Premium hotel, everything was very nice. Very Clean rooms and bathroom. A.C. was working very nicely. Perfect front desk clerks. Many thanks to the Front desk clerks Mustafa, Ahmet, and Tuba. They were so helpful and very friendly. We will definitely come back and stay at this hotel. The hotel is located in the Center area and is 2 minutes by walking to the beach. The hotel has private beach facilities so you can swim very conveniently. Breakfast was also good.

Merkezde oldugu icin heryere ulasim cok kolay ama otopark sorunu var biz karsidaki migros otoparkina biraktik arabamizi. Kucuk de olsa bir kapali havuzu var ve suyu sicak. Sahile 5 dk. The hotel is in a very good condition, easy shopping and transport, 5 min from the beach, value for money. I couldn't use the private beach area as the chairs were occupied by not guess people but nobody was controlling. I received a fantastic room upgrade, the suit was fabulous however the aircon was not powerful enough so it was boling inside, despie leaving it on all day only about 3am it became cool a bit and by 9am was boiling again, bear in mind that were 36*C outside, in any other season could be fantastic. I would not recommend the Full board or half board food options if you want to enjoy the Turkish cuisine, this was more kind of fast food. I would use this hotel in another season but definitely not summer. Most hotels give you the option of late check out if they have rooms available, this one had rooms available but they charge you 20 Euros for an extra hour.

Ich war für 2 Nächte dort. Die Lage is super und man findet auf der Straße hinter dem Hotel ganz einfach Parkplätze. Der Service im Hotel ist super, die Zimmer sind sauber und modern. Der Wellnessbereich ist auch top. Das einzige, was mich richtig gestört hat, waren die undichten Fenster, weil in der Nacht in der Umgebung ein Club war, der richtig laut Musik gespielt hat und ich schlecht schlafen konnte.

I found this 4 star hotel.just OK. The room. Was average, a little on the small side. Breakfast is in the attached Big Chef restaurant and it was fine. Parking is not that convenient. Its directly across the street, but you need to walk with luggage to the corner in order to cross. I didnt see a way of dropping luggage directly at hotel.

Wir waren 2 Nächte in Marmaris. Gute Lage des Hotels, kurzer Weg zum Strand. Und zum Zentrum/Hafen läuft man entspannt am Strand entlang ca. 25min. Hotel/Lobby sehr gepflegt. Unser Zimmer war toll. 6. Etage, mit Terrasse und Meerblick. Service am Pool. Auch Mittagessen am Pool war möglich. Top. Wir würden uns wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden.

Die Lage war ideal, Strandnah und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren vorhanden. Das Hotel eignet sich gut für eine Durchreise, für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich es jedoch nicht empfehlen. Das Familienzimmer für vier Personen war etwas zu eng, was den Komfort beeinträchtigt hat. Das Abendessen hat leider nicht überzeugt und ist nicht empfehlenswert. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, allerdings auch nichts Besonderes.

The hotel is a good place, but a ñittle bit expensive for what you get, about the breakfast we had a really bad experience, waited for morw than 30 minites to sonebody to take my order, I asked 4 people to help, and all of them just leave and said hold on. Really bad service at the restaurante, and at the front desk a lady and a guy, were kind of rude, never smile or make us feel welcome, if you want a warm place to stay, this is not the one.

The staff at this hotel are amazing. So friendly and welcoming. Cancel in the dining room works her socks off and is probably worth twice what they pay her. Service gets a little spotty when it’s busy but overall we couldn’t complain. The food on the half board menu is basic. Breakfast is ok. Half board menu is hardly worth it unless you’re on a very limited budget or you have a very limited palate. If you’re vegetarian or vegan don’t bother The a la carte menu on the other hand is excellent and the food is delicious. You get what you pay for. Pool area is very good but gets very hot. Beach is literally less than 5 minutes walk. Service on the beach is also very friendly and attentive. Sea is pretty clean and the beach is as you’d expect in a resort where most people smoke. Room in general and bed in particular was very comfortable. Room was clean and cleaning staff were very efficient and, you guessed it, very friendly. I wish the gym/spa had been open earlier in the morning but that’s a minor quibble.

Marmaris is to me a great holiday resort, and the Motto Premium suited me well. It is tucked well into the top end of the marina amongst the other good hotels so the competition is valuable.. The staff could not do enough for us, and were most helpful. The outside pool is good, also the pool bar. Breakfast was enormous but unusual, enquire beforehand is your want an "English" Breakfast. Table service is good, Some guests prefer to eat out at the very many other bars and restaurants in the locality. Other guests in the hotel came from a variety of countries. The bedrooms are well furnished, and all have balconies. The hotel is circular in design, so is you want sea view, enquire. I much enjoyed staying at the Motto.

Daha önce Marmaris'te başka otellerde de kaldım. Fakat Motto Premium gerçekten en beğendiğim oldu. Gerek personelin ilgi ve alakası gerekse de temizlik açısından son derece memnun kaldık. Alakart olarak servis edilen kahvaltısı birçok açık büfe kahvaltıdan çok daha lezzetli ve çeşitliydi. Fiyat olarak da oldukça uygundu.
