It is a lovely hotel and the staff was equally pleasant and helpful.

No breakfast and hot tub out of order.

I have a dust mite allergy that is triggered by sheets/pillows/comforters that aren’t washed regularly. I was there for 2 nights and was very affected. Usually I bring my own pillows but wasn’t able to on this trip. The hot tub was out of order and while I understand that’s not a guarantee, it was still a disappointment since it was one of the reasons I booked this hotel over the Holiday Inn. They don’t have a breakfast included nor do they offer room service. The TV was in an annoying position to watch from the bed or the couch (it had a swivel stand attached from behind but was difficult to maneuver). The doors close heavily and loudly so you could hear when other patrons entered and exited their rooms. Overall, it was okay, but for the price I was hoping for a bit more.

Meh. Mediocre at best.
